-Stage 3 Precharge stage: If the battery voltage is 1.5V-12V, the charger will charge the battery with a small current to make the
battery better maintained.
- Stage 4 Soft start stage: The charging current is gradually increased from small current precharge to CC constant-current charge.
-Stage 5 CC1, CC2, CC3 (constant-current stage): Quick charge state. The charging current is automatically adjusted based on the
battery status to extend battery life.
-Stage 6 CV (constant voltage) absorption charge stage: The charging voltage is maintained at 14.6V, but the charging current is
gradually reduced until the battery is fully charged.
- Stage 7 Rest: After the battery is fully charged, the charger will be cut off.
-Stage 8 High-voltage repair: Automatic on-off monitoring. The charger monitors the fully charged battery. If the battery voltage drops
below 12.8V (12V position) or 25.6V (24V position) within 2 minutes, the charger will output a high voltage greater than CV value to repair
the battery. The charger will restart and enter Stage 1 to charge the battery again.
-Stage 9 Recharge: The charger monitors the fully charged battery. If the battery voltage drops below 12.8V (12V position) or 25.6V (24V
position) after 2 minutes, the charger will enter Stage 1 to charge the battery again.
3.6 Fully automatic micro control unit - boost mode (12V position):
- Pre-charge function before start mode: When the battery voltage is lower than 15.5V, the charger will automatically charge the battery.
-Forced start: If you press and hold the Start/Pause button for 3s, the charger will directly enter the start mode even if the battery voltage
is lower than 15.5V.
3.7 Protection features:
- Short circuit, open circuit and spark protection
- Overheat protection
- Overcurrent and overcharge protection

- Wash off the corrosives on the clips with a mixture of water and baking soda
- Regularly check the cable for cracks and other damage and replace if necessary
Fault Cause Solution
Faulty battery
The battery voltage is lower than 1.5V or
greater than 15.5V
(12V position) or 31V (24V position), the Faulty
battery LED will light up; or the battery has
a fault such as open circuit, short circuit or
severe vulcanization.
Ask the professional technician to test the battery.
Battery can't be charged
AC input power not available Check that the charger is plugged into an AC socket
and the power LED is lit.
Wrong connection of battery terminals
Unplug the charger and check the battery connections;
make sure the battery terminals/poles and/or the
vehicle chassis are properly connected.
Wrong charging voltage selected Check that the charging voltage selected when
charging the battery is correct.
Battery voltage is too low Make sure that the battery is charged for a enough
long time
The temperature of charged battery is too
low
If the battery is charged under extremely cold
conditions (temperature below 0 °C), high-rate
charging is not acceptable at this time, so the initial
charging rate is low. The charging rate increases as
the battery temperature increases.
Warning:
All repairs should be done by professionals
