1Nur die für den Sportmundschutz notwen-
digen Modellbereiche mit einmaligem,
dünnem Auftrag von BIOPLAST®-Isolier-
mittel versehen. Modell so im Granu-
lat platzieren, dass der klare Keil der
BIOPLAST®XTREME Folie nach dem
Tiefziehen in gewünschter Ausdehnung
die Front des Modells abdeckt (z.B. von
3-3). Granulatabdeckung positionieren. Die
weiche Seite der Folie zeigt beim Einlegen
in die Druckkammer nach unten! Etiketten
zeigen somit Richtung Strahler und sind
leserlich eingelegt. Mittels programmier-
tem Code bzw. empfohlener Heizzeit die
Folie vorschriftsmäßig erwärmen. Druck-
kammer verriegeln und nach Ablauf der
Abkühlphase öffnen.

Im Artikulator erfolgt der Einbiss des mit
BIOPLAST®-Isoliermittel isolierten Gegen-
kiefers. Mittels Druckluft oder Wasser
abkühlen und entformen. Ränder mit
Finier-Set und evtl. thermisch polieren.

Folie mit Schere oder Skalpell beschnei-
den und in die endgültige Form bringen.
Die Ränder können mit dem OSAMU-
Polierer oder mit einer DIMO®PRO Scheibe
geglättet werden.

Apply one thin layer of BIOPLAST®insula-
ting agent only to those parts of the work-
ing model which will be covered by the
mouthguard. Embed model in pellets with
the clear V-shaped part of the BIOPLAST®
XTREME covering the desired extension of
the anterieur section (eg. from 3-3). Place
pellet cover on pellets. Make sure the plate
is fixed with the soft side down and the
labels being placed in the direction of the
heater. The imprint on the label has to be
readable. Heat the plate by setting the code
or recommended heating times according
to the instructions. Lock pressure chamber
and open after cooling phase has finished.

Warm up the occlusal surfaces under the
infrared heater using the heating support.
Apply BIOPLAST®insulating agent on the
antagonist model and put the models into
the articulator for counter bite. Cool down
with compressed air or water and remove.
Polish the edges using the finishing set.
If necessary, polish thermally.

Cut mouthguard to the desired shape.
Polish the edges with OSAMU-Polisher or
DIMO®PRO wheel.
