2. INFORMAZIONI DI SICUREZZA IMPORTANTI

4. INSTALLAZIONE PARTI MECCANICHE
Il B200 è un operatore per cancelli con peso fino a 600 Kg e di lunghezza pari a 8m / 12 m.
L'operatore funziona forzando la cremagliera tramite un ingranaggio di azionamento.
L'operatore deve essere installato all'interno del cancello.
Controllo cancello
Prima di iniziare con l'installazione verificare che tutte le parti del cancello (fisse e mobili) abbiano una struttura forte e il meno
possibile deformabile, inoltre assicurarsi che:
a) L’anta sia rigida e compatta;
b) La guida di scorrimento inferiore sia perfettamente dritta, orizzontale e senza ostacoli che potrebbero impedire lo scorrimento
del cancello;
c) Le ruote inferiori scorrevoli siano dotate di cuscinetti a stagno o che possano essere ingrassate;
d) La guida di scorrimento superiore è stata prodotta e posizionata in modo che il cancello sia montato in posizione perfettamente
verticale;
e) Le battute meccaniche siano sempre installate in modo da evitare possibili deragliamenti dell’anta.
Piattaforma di cemento
L'unità di base dell’operatore richiede una piattaforma di cemento in modo da mantenere la corretta stabilità. La piattaforma di
cemento deve essere di circa 450mm x 300mm x 200mm di profondità al fine di fornire assicurare una corretta e stabile
installazione.
Ancoraggio (vedi Fig.2)
È possibile utilizzare bulloni di ancoraggio, ancore, rondelle e dadi. Questi ancoraggi devono essere inseriti nel calcestruzzo
quando lo si versa oppure è possibile utilizzare ancoraggi a cuneo per fissare l'operatore.

Base dell’operatore (vedi Fig.3)
Dopo che il calcestruzzo si è indurito, montare la base dell'operatore sulla piattaforma di cemento. Verificare che la base sia ben
livellata. Usando bulloni e rondelle montare l'operatore sulla base e inserire il coperchio. Controllare l'operatore e assicurarsi che
sia allineato con la porta.
Installazione della cremagliera
- Fissare i tre dadi (inseriti nell’imballo della cremagliera) sull'elemento della cremagliera.
- Posare il primo pezzo di cremagliera sul pignone e saldare il primo dado sul cancello.
- Muovere manualmente il cancello, verificare che la cremagliera sia in appoggio sul pignone e saldare il secondo e terzo dado.
- Affiancare un altro elemento della cremagliera vicino al precedente. Muovere manualmente il cancello e saldare i tre dadi come
sul primo elemento, procedere in questo modo fino alla completa lunghezza del cancello.
- Quando la cremagliera è stata installata, assicurarsi che si adegui correttamente all'ingranaggio.
- Lo spazio tra cremagliera ed ingranaggio è di circa 0,5 mm.
5. REGOLAZIONE
Finecorsa magnetico
- Per garantire la sicurezza, si raccomanda di installare dei finecorsa ad entrambe le estremità del cancello per evitare che il
cancello scivoli fuori dai binari. Le guide devono essere installate in posizione orizzontale.
- Installare il lamierino finecorsa come indicato in Fig.7e Fig.8. Il magnete del finecorsa e i lamierini sono utilizzati per controllare la
posizione del cancello.
- Sbloccare l’ingranaggio con la chiave e spostare il cancello scorrevole manualmente per predefinire la posizione, fissare il
lamierino alla cremagliera e bloccare l'ingranaggio tirando la leva di sblocco. Spostare il cancello elettricamente, sistemare il
lamierino sulla posizione corretta fino a quando la posizione di apertura e chiusura sia quella giusta.

Nelle figure 11 e 12 è mostrata la corretta installazione
dell’operatore su cancello rispettivamente aperto e chiuso, la corsa
obbligatoria della catena è situata all'interno del gruppo pignone e
non deve essere modificata.
Per una corretta installazione seguire attentamente le indicazioni
sotto riportate:
6.1. Saldare due solide staffe forate alle due estremità del cancello
per agganciare la catena.
Nota: i fori per il tendicatena e quindi la catena stessa devono
essere ad una distanza minima dal cancello di 40mm (Fig. 13).
6.2. Installare la catena facendola passare attraverso il gruppo
pignone come in Fig.10.
La catena deve essere sempre allineata sia in senso verticale (Fig.
11) che orizzontale (Fig. 13), se non perfettamente allineata (Fig.
14 e 15) può deragliare dal gruppo pignone o provocare uno sforzo
maggiore del motoriduttore, impedendo il corretto funzionamento
del sistema.
6.3. Installare i tendicatena alle due estremità del cancello per
regolare la tensione della stessa.
Nota: prima di eseguire quest'ultima operazione sbloccare il
motore con la chiave di sblocco speciale.
6. ASSEMBLAGGIO DELLA CATENA
L'assemblaggio delle parti principali dell'operatore a catena è
illustrato in Figura 10.

8. MANUTENZIONE
- Controllare la porta una volta al mese. La porta deve essere attentamente controllata per il suo bilanciamento. La porta deve
essere in buono stato.
- Per motivi di sicurezza vi consigliamo di usare fotocellule per tutte le installazioni.
- Scollegare la rete elettrica prima di eseguire delle sostituzioni.
- Leggere attentamente l'intero manuale prima di eseguire qualsiasi installazione o lavori sull’operatore.

9. CONFEZIONE

7. SISTEMA DI SBLOCCO
Per sbloccare operare come segue:
- Inserire la chiave e ruotarla in senso antiorario di 90° (Fig. 16).
- Tirare la leva di sblocco fino a battuta, 90° circa (Fig. 17).
Per ribloccare operare come segue:
- Spingere la leva di sblocco fino alla completa chiusura.
- Ruotare la chiave il senso orario ed estrarla.

4. MECHANICAL INSTALLATION
The B200 is an operator for gates with a weight of max. 600 Kg and a length of max. 8m / 12 m.
The gate operator operates by forcing a drive rack by a drive gear.
The gate operator must be installed on the inside of the gate.
Gate arrangement
Before starting with the installation check if all the gate parts (fixed and mobile) have a strong and as less as possible
deformable structure, also make sure that :
a) The leaf is rigid and compact;
b) The inferior slideway is perfectly straight, horizontal and without any obstacles which could obstruct the gate sliding;
c) The inferior sliding wheels are equipped with greasable or water tightened bearings;
d) The superior slideway has been produced and placed so that the gate is in a perfect vertical position;
e) Mechanical stops of the leaf are always installed in order to avoid possible derailment of it.
Concrete pad
The base unit of the gate operator requires a concrete pad in order to maintain proper stability. The concrete p ad should be
approximately 450mm x 300mm x 200mm deep in order to provide for adequate weight and structure to insure proper stable
installation.
Anchors (see Fig.2)
You can use anchor bolts, anchors, wa shers and nuts. These anchors must be set into the concrete when it is poured or you can use
wedge anchors to fasten the operator.

5. ADJUSTMENT
Magnetic limit switch
- To ensure safety, it is recommended to install limit switches at both ends of the gate to prevent the gate from sliding out of the rails.
The rails must be installed horizontally.
- Install the limit switch sheet as shown in Fig.7 and Fig.8. The limit switch magnet and limit switch sheets are used to control the
position of the gate.
- Release the gear with the key and push the sliding gate manually to pre-determine the position, fix the limit switch sheet to the rack
and lock the gear by pulling the release lever. Moving the gate electrically, adjust the limit switch sheet to the proper position until
the position of the opening and closing meet the requirement.

After the concrete has hardened, mount the gate operator base to the concrete pad. Verify that the base is properly leveled. Using
bolts and washers mount the gate operator to the base and insert the cover. Check the operator and make sure it is lined up with the
gate.
Installation of Rack
- Fix the three nuts (in the same package with rack) on the rack element.
- Lay the first piece of rack on the gear and weld the first nut on the gate.
- Move the gate manually, checking if the rack is resting on the gear, and weld the second and third nut.
- Bring another rack element near to the previous one. Move the gate manually and weld the three nuts as the first rack, thus
proceeding until the gate is fully covered.
- When the rack has been installed, make sure it meshes correctly with the gear.
- The space between rack and gear is about 0.5mm.

In the pictures 11 and 12 it is possible to see the correct
installation with opened and closed gate respectively; notice the
obliged run of the chain inside the pinion group which must not
be modified.
For a correct installation follow carefully the indications written
below:
6.1. Weld two strong pierced brackets to the two extremities of
the gate to couple the chain.
Notice: the holes for the chain tensioner and so the chain
itself must be to a minimum distance of 40 mm from the
gate (Fig. 13).
6.2. Install the chain making it pass through the pinion group as
in Fig.10.
The chain must be always in line both vertically (Fig. 11) and
orizontally (Fig.12), if not perfectly aligned (Fig. 14 and 15) it
may derail from the pinion group or the motor reducer risks a
greater effort not allowing the right operating of the system.
6.3. Set up a fillet chain tensioner to the two extremities of the
gate to regulate the tension of the chain.
Notice: do this last operation with the engine completely
unlocked through the special unlocking key.
6. ASSEMBLING OF THE CHAIN SYSTEM
The assembling of the main parts which include the whole chain
automation is illustrated in Fig. 10.

8. MAINTENANCE
- Check the door once a month. The door should be carefully checked for balance. The door must be in good working order.
- We suggest for safety reasons, photocells be used on all gates.
- Disconnect from mains supply before replacing bulb.
- Be sure to read the entire manual before attempting to perform any installation or service to the door operator.
NOTICE:
Bleu by SEA can not be deemed responsible for any damage or accident caused by product breaking, being damages or accidents
due to a failure to comply with the instructions herein.
The guarantee will be void and the manufacturer responsibility will be nullified if original Bleu by SEA spare parts are not being used.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
All electrical work and the choice of the operating logic should conform to current regulations. A 16 A 0,030 A differential switch must
be incorporated into the source of the operators main electrical supply and the entire system properly earth bonded. Always run
mains carrying cables in separate ducts to low voltage control cables to prevent mains interference.

7. RELEASE SYSTEM FOR BOXER
In order to release do as follows:
- Insert the key and rotate it 90° counter-clockwise (Fig. 16).
- Pull the release lever until it stops, about 90° approximately (Fig. 17).
In order to relock do as follows:
- Push the release lever to complete closing.
- Rotate the key clockwise and extract it.

4. INSTALLATION PARTIES MECANIQUES
Le B200 est un opérateur pour portails jusqu'à 600 kg et d’une longueur de 8 m / 12 m. L'opérateur travaille en forçant la cremaillière
avec d'un pignon d'entraînement.
L'opérateur doit être installé à l'intérieur du portail.
Contrôle du portail
Avant de commencer l'installation, vérifiez que toutes les parties du portail (fixes et mobiles) aient une structure solide et le moins
déformable possible et assurez-vous bien que:
a) Le portail soit rigide et compact;
b) Le guide de coulissement inférieur soit parfaitement droit, horizontal et sans obstacle qui pourrait empêcher le coulissment du
portail;
c) Les roues inférieures soient équipées de roulements étanches ou qu’ils peuvent être graissés;
d) Le guide coulissant supérieur ait été produit et placé de sorte que le portail soit monté dans une position verticale;
e) Les butées mécaniques soient toujours installées afin d'éviter un déraillement possible du vantail.
Plate-forme en béton
L'unité de base de l’opérateur nécessite une plate-forme en béton pour maintenir une stabilité adéquate. La plate-forme de béton
doit être d'environ 450mm x 300mm x 200mm de profondeur afin d’assurer une installation correcte et stable.
Ancrage (voir Fig.2)
Il est possible d’utiliser les boulons d'ancrage, ancres, rondelles et écrous. Ces ancrages doivent être insérés dans le béton quand
il est coulé, il est aussi possible d’utiliser des ancres en coin pour fixer l'opérateur.

Base de l'opérateur (voir Fig.3)
Après que le béton ait durci, montez la base de l'opérateur sur la plate-forme en béton. Assurez-vous que la base soit nivelée.
Installez l’opérateur sur la base à l’aide de boulons et rondelles et fixez le couvercle. Contrôlez l’opérateur et assurez-vous qu’il soit
aligné avec le portail.
Installation du support
- Fixez les trois écrous (inclus dans l'emballage de la crémaillière) sur le portail. - Placez le premier élément de la crémaillère sur le
pignon et soudez le premier écrou sur le portail.
- Déplacez le portail manuellement, assurez-vous que la crémaillère soit posée sur le pignon et soudez le deuxième et troisième
écrous.
- Placez un autre élément de la crémaillère à proximité de l’élément précédent. Actionnez le portail manuellement et soudez les
trois écrous comme sur le premier élément, procédez de cette manière pour toute la longueur du portail.
- Lorsque la crémaillière est installée, assurez-vous qu’elle s’adapte correctement au pignon.
- L'espace entre la crémaillère et le pignon est d'environ 0,5 mm.
5. REGLAGE
Fin de course magnétique
- Pour garantir la sécurité, nous vous recommandons d'installer des fins de course aux deux extrémités du portail pour empêcher le
portail de glisser hors des rails. Les guides doivent être installés en position horizontale.
- Installez la tôle du fin de course, comme indiqué aux Fig.7 et Fig.8.
L'aimant du fin de course et les butées sont utilisés pour contrôler la position du portail.
- Débloquez le pignon avec la clé et déplacez le portail coulissant manuellement pour régler la position, fixez la tôle du fin de course
à la crémaillière et verrouillez le pignon en tirant le levier de déverrouillage. Déplacez le portail éléctriquement, placez la tôle du
fin de course sur la position correcte jusqu'à ce que la position d'ouverture et de fermeture soient bonnes.
