9Replace or repair damaged parts. Use genuine parts only. Non authorised parts will invalidate the warranty.
9Ensure safety eye protection and protective clothing are worn when using this product.
9Keep the work area clean, uncluttered and ensure there is adequate lighting.
9 Maintaincorrectbalanceandfooting.Ensuretheoorisnotslipperyandwearnonslipshoes.
9Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the working area.
9Dispose of waste liquids in accordance with local authority regulations.
8DO NOT dismantle, tamper with or adapt the pump for any purpose other than for which it is designed.
8DO NOT use the unit if it has been dropped or mishandled, check the unit to ensure there is no damage.
8DO NOTusethepumpasahandletomovetheuiddrum.
9Keep the pump clean and store in a safe, dry, childproof location.

Manufactured from hard wearing and durable polyethylene. 55ltr Capacity suitable for the distribution of Diesel, Oil, AdBlue®, Water and
Antifreeze.Availableinthreecongurationsandcolours,ModelNo.DT55RCOMBO1(Red)issuppliedwithModelNo.TP55OilRotaryPump,
DT55GCOMBO1(Grey)issuppliedwithModelNo.TP9612VDieselPumpKitandDT55BCOMBO1(Blue)issuppliedwithModelNo.TP6607
AdBlue®LeverPump.Unitsarettedwithtworollerwheels,hoseholderandventcaps.Eachtankfeaturesa2”BSPthreadandfourpoint
screwttingsenablingotherpumpstobettedasrequired.
3. ASSEMBLY
3.1.  Extendthesuctiontubesoitreachesthebottomofthetank.Pullitoutandscrew
 itintoplaceonthebottomofthepump(g.3).
3.2.  Turnthelockingringtotherightuntilallthethreadisexposed.Turntheadapterto
 therightuntilitisngertight(g.2).
3.3.  Placethepumpassemblyontoeithertheleftorrighthandsideports(g.1).Start
 turningthepumpassemblytotheright.Theadapterringcanbescreweddownon
 itsownifthepumpbodyfowlsthehandles(g.2).
3.4. Attach the hose to the pump by pushing it onto the spout and securing it with a
 hoseclip(g.1).
3.5. Attach the pump nozzletotheotherendofthehoseinthesameway(g.4and5).
