1. SAFETY
WARNING! Ensure Health and Safety, local authority and general workshop practice regulations are adhered to when using
tools and equipment.
9Avoid shocks, impact, dropping etc.
8DO NOT use the dial bore gauge if damaged.
8DO NOT remove output connector lid, without using the output interface. Output should never be connected to anything metal. Doing
so could damage the dial indicator.
8DO NOT connect any part of the dial indicator to a voltage source. Doing so will damage the circuits within.
9This is a precision instrument, always return gauge components to the storage case.
9Remove the battery if the dial indicator is not used for a long period of time.
9Keep indicator face clean and dry.
9Maintain the gauge in good and clean condition for best and safest performance.
9Keep the work area clean, uncluttered and ensure there is adequate lighting.

Digital dial bore gauge for use in precision engineering. Digital display shows both metric and imperial measurements. Measuring range between
0-25.4mm. Features lugged back plate for mounting on magnetic bases.

appears and the dial indicator is ready for measurement.
6.3. BATTERY REPLACEMENT
Remove battery compartment lid and replace battery
(SR44) with its positive (+) side upwards.
