Installation:
CYLINDER HC5331-3
The Teleflex HC5331-3 steering cylinder is NOT com atible with
some early model ower steering rams. Although the cylinder
will still mount to these rams, loss of articulation and ossible
damage to the steering ram may result. Please identify your
ower steering cylinder by com aring your clevis bracket to the
4 drawings shown below. The HC5331-3 IS com atible with
units identified by figures A to C below, it is NOT com atible
with the clevis bracket in figure D shown below.

CABLE TUBE
When replacing any seals, make sure shaft is
clear of any abrasions.
WARNING
CUT CLEVIS PIN, ITEM 10 TO A LENGTH
OF 2" WHEN MOUNTING CYLINDER IN
LOWER POSITION.
CAUTION
Rotate Cable Tube into threads of Item until tight.
NOTICE
Item 10 must pass through Items 12 and 15 before
being secured by Item 11.
NOTICE
Always mount cylinder in lower mount position of item
and with out spacer item 16, unless mechanical
interference prevents you from doing so.
