PC308 SN-PC308 is an automatic photocell switch for lamps. When the ambient light darkens
to the LUX that you set in advance, the light will turn on. The light will turn off when
the ambient light is more than the setting LUX. Equipped with the functions
of LUX adjustable.

FUNCTIONS
LUX setting
- When the LUX knob anti-clockwise is turned to “2” position, the photocell will only
work in the dark, that is when the ambient light is less than 2 LUX. If the LUX knob
is turned clockwise to the “100” position, it will work when the ambient light is
less than 50 LUX.

Note: When testing during daylight, please cover the sensor with a black polythene cover,
otherwise the sensor could not work.
TEST
ŸSlide the LUX knob to (-) position and switch on the power.
ŸThe lamp will switch on when the cloth mantles the detection window of the
photocell and the ambient light of the photocell is less than 2 LUX.
ŸWhen the cloth is removed, the lamp will turn off automatically.
ŸWhen you adjust the LUX knob to the (+) position, the lamp can stay on in the
ambient light for less than 100 LUX.
ŸCover the product with a black opaque cloth when you test it during the daytime.

Light control setting
The chosen light response threshold can be adjusted from approximately 2-100 LUX.
Turn it fully anti-clockwise to select the dusk-to-dawn operation and turn it fully
clockwise to select continuous daylight operation. You can adjust it according to
locations and site requirements.

NOTE
ŸThere should be no obstruction in front of the photocell that affects the natural light.
ŸNo swaying object should be there in front of the photocell.
ŸWhen the power is off for more than 2-5 seconds, the electronic TIMER will reset itself.
ŸDo not install a photocell under the light or in any place where the light will be irradiated to the photocell.
ŸWhen the lamp is on, another source of light irradiation to the photocell due to which this light lasts for more
than 1 minute, the lamp will then turn off and the electronic TIMER will stop. Afterward, when the light turns on
again, the TIMER will restart counting from the beginning.
