Einsatzbedingungen für die Zone 22
● Das Bediengerät muss in einem Gehäuse eingebaut sein. Das Gehäuse muss nach EN 60529 Folgendes gewährleisten:
–Für Zone 22 die Schutzart IP5x oder höher
Berücksichtigen Sie die Umgebungsbedingungen, unter denen das Bediengerät eingesetzt wird. Für das Gehäuse muss
eine Herstellererklärung gemäß der Richtlinie 94/9/EC, die der Anwendung entspricht, vorliegen.
Die Betriebsanleitung ist zu beachten, damit die Schutzart an der Frontseite gewährleistet wird.
● Stellen Sie bei Wartungsarbeiten sicher, dass keine explosionsfähige Atmosphäre vorhanden ist!
Das Unwirksammachen der Schutzart ist während des Betriebs der Anlage nicht zulässig!
● Zulässiger Umgebungstemperaturbereich: 5 °C bis 45 °C
Einschränkungen, die den Umgebungstemperaturbereich betreffen, entnehmen Sie der Betriebsanleitung.
● Schalten Sie das Bediengerät sofort ab, wenn die Frontfolie durch einen Riss oder ein Loch beschädigt ist oder sich die
Frontfolie ablöst.
Tauschen Sie das Bediengerät aus. Nehmen Sie die Anlage erst nach dem Austausch wieder in Betrieb.
Instandhaltung
Das Bediengerät ist wartungsfrei. Im Reparaturfall muss das Bediengerät an das Retouren-Center in Fürth gesendet
werden. Nur dort darf das Bediengerät repariert werden. Die Anschrift lautet:

Conditions of use for Zone 22
● In must be installed in some form of enclosure. In accordance with EN 60529, the enclosure must guarantee:
–Protection type IP5x or higher for Zone 22
Make allowances for the ambient conditions under which you install the HMI device. A manufacturer's declaration must
be provided for the enclosure in accordance with EC Directive 94/9, stating it is fit for purpose.
Follow the operating instructions to ensure that the protection type on the front panel is guaranteed.
● Ensure that the atmosphere is not explosive during servicing.
Safety devices must not be disabled during system operation.
● Permissible ambient temperature range: 5 °C to 45 °C
Refer to the operating instructions for details of limitations resulting from the ambient temperature range.
● Turn the HMI device off if any cracks appear in the front coating, holes are damaged or the front coating starts to peel off.
Exchange the HMI device. Restart the system again after the device has been exchanged.
Maintenance
The HMI device does not need servicing. In case of repair, the HMI device must be shipped to the Return Center in Fürth.

Conditions d'utilisation en zone 22
● Le pupitre opérateur doit être monté dans un boîtier. Le boîtier doit remplir les exigences suivantes selon EN 60529 :
–Degré de protection IP5x ou plus élevé pour la zone 22
Tenez compte des conditions ambiantes dans lesquelles le pupitre opérateur est utilisé. Le boîtier doit faire l'objet d'une
déclaration du fabricant correspondant à l'application selon la directive 94/9/CE.
Les instructions de service doivent être respectées de façon à garantir le degré de protection sur la face avant.
● Assurez-vous que l'atmosphère n'est pas explosible pendant les travaux de maintenance !
La désactivation du degré de protection n'est pas admissible pendant le fonctionnement de l'installation !
● Plage de température ambiante admissible : 5 °C à 45 °C
Consultez les instructions de service à propos des restrictions concernant la plage de température ambiante.
● Eteignez immédiatement le pupitre si le film de la face avant est déchiré ou troué ou s'il se détache.
Remplacez l'appareil. Ne remettez l'installation en service qu'après l'échange de l'appareil.
Entretien
Le pupitre n'a pas besoin de maintenance. En cas de réparation, le pupitre opérateur doit être envoyé au centre de retours à
Fürth. Seul ce site est habilité à effectuer la réparation. L'adresse est la suivante :

Condizioni d'impiego per la zona 22
● Il pannello operatore deve essere montato in un contenitore. Il contenitore deve garantire secondo EN 60529 quanto
segue:
–Per la zona 22 il grado di protezione IP5x o superiore
Tenere conto delle condizioni ambientali in cui viene impiegato il pannello operatore. Per il contenitore deve essere
presente una dichiarazione del costruttore secondo la direttiva 94/9/CE in conformità all'utilizzo.
Al fine di garantire il grado di protezione sulla parte frontale, attenersi a quanto specificato nelle Istruzioni operative.
● Durante gli interventi di manutenzione, assicurarsi che nell'ambiente non sussista il pericolo di esplosione.
Durante il funzionamento dell'impianto non è consentito abbassare il grado di protezione.
● Intervallo consentito della temperatura ambiente: 5 °C ... 45 °C
Le limitazioni riguardanti l'intervallo della temperatura ambiente sono riportate nelle Istruzioni operative.
● Spegnere immediatamente il pannello operatore, se la pellicola frontale è fessurata o bucata oppure si stacca.
Sostituire il pannello operatore. Dopo la sostituzione mettere nuovamente in servizio l'impianto.
Manutenzione
Il pannello operatore non richiede manutenzione. Per eventuali riparazioni, il pannello operatore deve essere inviato al
Retouren-Center di Fürth. La riparazione del pannello operatore può essere effettuata solo in questa sede. Al seguente
