Introduction
1
The condition of the system and any defects found must be documented with suitable
photos.
If an inspection point is marked "FAIL (F)", a more detailed description of the defect must be
given at the end of the checklist.
Criteria that cannot be checked, e.g. because they are not present, are to be marked with
"N/A".
The list must be filled in completely.
Defects that have been directly eliminated are to be entered in the defect list and marked as
completed.
Note
Carry out the tests after commissioning a
t the following intervals:

2 months after commissioning

6 months after commissioning
•
12 months after commissioning
After the first year, carry out the checks every 12 months or at shorter intervals if necessary
due to the ambient conditions.

Observe if the charger comes back to default function after the emergency stop button is re-
leased.

Disconnect the charger safely on its MCCB according to the 5 safety rules. Regarding the AC and
DC capacitors pay attention to the follow note.

Note: The DC capacitors may not be fully discharged after switching off the power supply. DC live parts remain under
dangerous electrical voltage for up to 10 minutes during discharging. AC live parts may remain under dangerous
electrical voltage until they are manually discharged. Touching the live parts can lead to death or serious injury.
•Wait 10 minutes after switching off the power supply.
•Heed warnings about charged capacitors
•Make sure that the charging station and its parts are de-energized.
•Only then should you start work on the charging station.

2. Preconditions for hr values are: already integrated vehicle, availability of vehicle for test,
availability of customer for test and signature. Vehicle integration activities are not included.
3. Apart from the filter mats, no working parts are proactively exchanged during preventive
maintenance. The material cost of replacing defective parts during a repair case is given by
the corrective maintenance estimate based on MTBF.
The interval of annual filter mat replacement is once a year when the ambient air is clean.
In case of contamination must be changed more often.
4. After 12 years, the MastPanto must be completely inspected once. Therefore, an increase of
Effort=6 [h] and Tools =800 [€] should be considered.
5. Preventive maintenance has to be performed at least once a year.
