Tensões perigosas!
O contato com as peças condutoras de tensão
causa a morte ou graves ferimentos corporais. A
instalação só pode ser operada por pessoal qualifi-
cado que esteja familiarizado com as instruções e
que respeite nomeadamente as indicações de
aviso.
Em trabalhos no estado sem tensão, têm de ser
cumpridas as seguintes regras de segurança de
acordo com a EN 50110-1:
- Desligar da corrente;
- Proteger contra nova ligação;
- Verificar que não existe tensão;
- Ligação à terra e curto-circuito;
- Cobrir ou proteger peças adjacentes
sob tensão.
Os trabalhos sob tensão têm de ser realizados
de acordo com as regras da EN 50110-1:
Apenas é permitido o trabalho sob tensão a pessoas
com as devidas qualificações e instruídas sobre os
procedimentos e utilização do equipamento de pro-
teção. A formação e respetiva certificação têm de
cumprir as normas locais aplicáveis. Respeite a
definição de trabalhos sob tensão!
Cuidado
Durante a operação dos aparelhos de chavea-
mento e das instalações de distribuição elétricos,
determinadas peças dessas mesmas instalações
encontram-se forçosamente sob tensão elétrica
perigosa e as peças mecânicas podem mover-se
rapidamente, também quando comandadas à dis-
tância.
O incumprimento das disposições de segurança
e das indicações de aviso pode causar graves fe-
rimentos corporais e danos materiais.

mento dos diversos modelos de campo, o pessoal
operador deverá familiarizar-se com o modelo es-

Hazardous voltage!
Touching the live parts results in death or severe per-
sonal injury. Only qualified personnel may operate
the system; they must be familiar with the instructions
and, in particular, observe the warning notices.
For dead working on equipment follow EN 50110-
1 and
especially the “five safety rules”:
- Disconnect completely;
- Secure against re-connection;
- Verify absence of operating voltage;
- Carry out earthing and short-circuiting;
- Provide protection against adjacent live
parts.
Working on live equipment shall be carried out
according to EN 50110-1:
Persons are only allowed to work on life equipment
if they have undergone specialized training and
have had sufficient training in the procedure and
necessary protective equipment. Education and the
respective certificate must comply with local regula-
tions. Please observe the stipulations for working on
live equipment!
Warning
During operation of electrical switchgear and installa-
tions, certain parts are necessarily energized with a
hazardous voltage. Mechanical parts can move very
fast and may be under remote control.
Non-observance of the safety instructions and warn-
ings can result in severe personal injury and damage
to property.
Caution
As it is not possible to cover all special designs in the
operating instructions for the various cubicle types, op-
erating personnel must use the circuit diagrams etc. to
familiarize themselves with the version in question
and, if necessary, consult the manufacturer.

1 Functionality and design of the commissioning and test unit
for standard withdrawable units
1.1 Modo de funcionamento
1.1 Functionality
A unidade de colocação em funcionamento e de teste destina-se a
permitir o comando de unidades extraíveis normais com ou sem com-
ponentes de bus que devem ser operadas fora da instalação para tra-
balhos de colocação em funcionamento e ajuste.
Para este efeito, os sinais de comando são contactados por meio de
um adaptador (1) a ser colocado no compartimento relevante e ligado
a tomadas no painel de instrumentos (2).
A unidade extraível normal (3) destinada aos trabalhos de colocação
em funcionamento ou teste é posicionada em frente à instalação
(mesa, carrinho de laboratório, etc.). O condutor PE verde amarelo (4)
deve ser aparafusado na unidade extraível. Depois, o adaptador (1) e
a unidade extraível (3) são ligados através do cabo (5).
O circuito de corrente principal não é contactado.
The commissioning and test unit shall allow the operation of the con-
trolling of the standard withdrawable unit with and without bus compo-
nents outside of the switchboard for commissioning and configuration
operations.
For this purpose, the control signals are contacted via an adapter (1)
set into the appropriate compartment and wired on socket connectors
on the instrument panel (2).
The standard withdrawable unit (3) designated for the commissioning
or tests will be placed in front of the switchboard (table, trolley or simi-
lar). The green yellow PE conductor (4) must be screwed onto the with-
drawable unit (3). After that the adapter (1) and the withdrawable unit
(3) are connected with a cable (5).
The main circuit will not be contacted.

comendadas sem ou com acoplamento Profibus ou Profinet.
Dependendo do tamanho da unidade extraível, estes devem ser se-
lecionados para unidades extraíveis normais com altura do módulo de
100 mm ou altura do módulo ≥ 150 mm.

Commissioning and testing units without or with Profibus or Profinet
interfaces can be ordered.
These units can be selected for standard withdrawable units with
100 mm module height or for ≥ 150 mm module height depending on
the withdrawable unit size.

O adaptador deve ser inserido no compartimento respetivo da unidade
extraível. Depois, a porta do compartimento deve ser fechada. O con-
dutor PE verde amarelo deve ser aparafusado na unidade extraível e
depois ligado à unidade extraível e ao adaptador a testar utilizando o
cabo de controlo fornecido. Para tal, a ficha de controlo na unidade
extraível deve ser colocada na posição de teste.

Insert the adapter into the appropriate withdrawable unit compart-
ment. After that close the compartment door. The green-yellow PE
conductor must be screwed onto the withdrawable unit designated for
the commissioning / tests. Connect this withdrawable unit with the
adapter using the supplied control cable. For this purpose, set the
control plug at the withdrawable unit into the test position.

switchboard the withdrawable unit designated for the commission-
ing/tests is now connected with control signals of the switchboard.
The appropriate measurements and test circuits can be executed.

2.1 Modo de funcionamento
2.1 Functionality
A unidade de colocação em funcionamento e de teste destina-se a
permitir o comando de pequenas unidades extraíveis com ou sem
componentes de bus que devem ser operadas fora da instalação para
trabalhos de colocação em funcionamento e ajuste.
Para este efeito, os sinais de comando são contactados utilizando um
adaptador (1) a ser colocado no compartimento respetivo e ligado a
tomadas no painel de instrumentos (2).
A unidade extraível pequena (3) destinada aos trabalhos de colocação
em funcionamento é colocada em frente da instalação (mesa, carrinho
de laboratório, etc.). Para contactar o circuito de corrente de comando,
é necessária uma reprodução do compartimento (4) na qual a unidade
extraível deve ser inserida. Conectar a reprodução do compartimento
(4) e o adaptador (1) no compartimento por meio de um cabo (5).
O circuito de corrente principal não é contactado.
The commissioning and test unit shall allow the operation of the con-
trolling of the Miniature withdrawable units with and without bus com-
ponents outside of the switchboard for commissioning and configura-
tion operations.
For this purpose, the control signals are contacted via an adapter set
(1) in the appropriate compartment and wired on socket connectors
on the instrument panel (2).
The miniature withdrawable unit (3) designated for the commission-
ing will be placed in front of the switchboard (table, trolley or similar).
For the contacting of the control circuit a compartment replication (4)

As unidades de colocação em funcionamento e teste podem ser en-
comendadas sem ou com acoplamento Profibus ou Profinet/Ethernet.
Dependendo do tamanho da unidade extraível, devem ser seleciona-
dos os adaptadores a serem colocados no campo para KE na altura
do módulo correspondente na largura 1/4M ou 1/2M.
A reprodução do compartimento para admissão das unidades ex-
traíveis a serem testadas possui ajuste universal para os vários ta-
manhos.
Commissioning and testing units without or with Profibus or
Profinet/Ethernet interfaces can be ordered.
The adapters to be installed into the cubicle for miniature withdrawa-
ble units have to be selected with the corresponding module height
with a width of 1/4M or 1/2M depending on the withdrawable unit size.
The compartment replication for the fixture of the withdrawable units
to be tested is adjustable universally for the different miniature with-
drawable unit sizes.

O adaptador deve ser inserido no compartimento respetivo da unidade
extraível. A porta do compartimento deve então ser fechada e a con-
exão com a reprodução do compartimento deve ser feita usando o
cabo de controlo fornecido. A reprodução do compartimento deve ser
ajustada para o tamanho da unidade extraível a ser inserida. Para
isso, a peça inferior deve ser colocada na posição de altura desejada
e rodada, se necessário, para mudar de 1/4M para 1/2M. A unidade
extraível a ser testada deve ser inserida na reprodução do comparti-
mento adequadamente ajustada e colocada na posição de teste.
Insert the adapter into the appropriate withdrawable unit compartment.
After that close the compartment door and make the contact to the com-
partment replication with the supplied control cable.
The compartment replication must be adjusted for the applied withdraw-
able unit size. For this purpose install the bottom part into the required
height position and if necessary, turn it for the adjustment from 1/4M to
1/2M.
Insert the withdrawable unit to be tested into the correct adjusted com-
partment replication and bring it into the test position.

namento dos diversos modelos de campo, o pes-
soal operador deverá familiarizar-se com o mo-
delo especial através dos diagramas de circuitos,
etc., consultando o fabricante se necessário:
Durante a operação dos aparelhos de chavea-
mento e das instalações de distribuição elétricos,
determinadas peças dessas mesmas instalações
encontram-se forçosamente sob tensão elétrica
perigosa e as peças mecânicas podem mover-se
rapidamente, também quando comandadas à dis-

O incumprimento das disposições de segurança e
das indicações de aviso pode causar graves feri-
mentos corporais e danos materiais.
Antes de trabalhar na parte fixa da instalação de
distribuição de baixa tensão, liberar a instalação

gação, verificar a ausência de tensão, aterrar e
curto-circuitar. Respeitar todas as normas e requisi-
tos de segurança empresariais!

During operation of electrical equipment and switch-
gear, certain parts are live and dangerous voltages
therefore present. Mechanical parts can move very
fast, even if remote-controlled.
Non-observance of the safety instructions and warn-
ings can result in severe personal injury or property
damage.
Before working on the fixed part of the low-voltage
switchgear, isolate the switchgear (including auxiliary
voltage), ensure it does not switch on again, verify that
it is free of voltage, and earth and short-circuit it.
Comply with all regulations and relevant safety rules!
