SIPLUS CMS2000 Schirmauflage; für die EMV-gerechte Anbindung
von Signal- und Geberleitungen an das Grundgerät VIB.
Eine Zugentlastung der Leitungen muss zusätzlich erfolgen.

muss diese Anleitung sowie die Betriebsanleitung gelesen und verstanden
werden.
Das zu dieser Dokumentation zugehörige Produkt/System darf nur von
für die jeweilige Aufgabenstellung qualifiziertem Personal gehandhabt
werden unter Beachtung der Betriebsanleitung SIPLUS CMS2000

Hinweis
Schließen Sie die Funktionserde nur über die gekennzeichneten
Verbindungen an.
Kabelschirm auflegen
Folgende Signale des SIPLUS CMS2000 müssen über geschirmte
Leitungen, deren Schirm auf CMS2000-Seite aufgelegt werden muss,
angeschlossen werden:
• Sensorsignale (VIB1 / VIB2)
• Analoge Eingänge (AI1 / AI2)
• LAN (Ethernet)
Legen Sie dazu die Schirme der Leitungen mit Hilfe der Klemmbügel
auf die obere und / oder untere Schirmauflage auf. Dazu gehen Sie wie
folgt vor:
1. Isolieren Sie das Kabel ab.
Sensorsignale (VIB1 / VIB2), Analoge Eingänge (AI1 / AI2)

1) Länge ist abhängig vom Abstand zwischen Schirmauflage und Gerät.
2. Drücken Sie den Klemmbügel auf das Schirmgeflecht des Kabels.
3. Schieben Sie den Klemmbügel auf die Schirmauflage.
4. Das Ergebnis ist in der ersten Abbildung unter
"Schrimauflage montieren" dargestellt.
Hinweis
Legen Sie die Kabelschirme geräteseitig nicht weiter als 15 cm vor der
Eingangsklemme auf.
Hinweis
Für einen störungsfreien Betrieb, insbesondere bei langen Leitungen,
wird empfohlen, den Schirm auch am fernen Leitungsende großflächig mit
Erdpotenzial zu verbinden. Sorgen Sie dabei für einen ausreichenden
Potenzialausgleich.

SIPLUS CMS2000 shield support; for correct EMC connection of
signal and encoder cables to the basic unit VIB.
Additional strain release of the cables is required.

Note
Only connect functional ground using the designated
connections.
Attaching the cable shield
The following SIPLUS CMS2000 signals must be connected via
shielded
cables with their shields attached to the CMS2000
side:
• Sensor signals (VIB1 / VIB2)
• Analog inputs (AI1 / AI2)
• LAN (Ethernet)
The shields of the cables must be attached to the upper and/or lower
shield support using the clamp connections. To do this, proceed as
follows:
1. Strip the cable.

1) Length depends on distance between shield support and device.
2. Press the clamp connection onto the protective braided shield of the cable.
3. Slide the clamp connection onto the shield support.
4. You can see the result in diagram 1 under "Mounting the shield support".
Note
Attach the cable shield on the device side no further than 15 cm away from
the input terminal.
Note
To ensure fault-free operation, particularly with long cables,
it is recommended to make a large area contact to ground potential for the shield
at the far end of the cable as well. Ensure adequate equipotential bonding.
