ThepurposeofthisSeaAcceptanceTestistoverifytheoperationalfunctionalityofthe
SC90thatcanonlybefullytestedwiththevesselatsea.Thetestassumesthatthe
HarbourAcceptanceTesthasbeenpreviouslydoneonthesameSC90system.Whenall
thetaskshavebeendone,thereportformmustbesignedbytherelevantparties.The
completeddocumentthenbecomestheofcialreport.

Successfulcompletionofthetestrequiresqualiedandexperiencedtestengineers
and/ortechnicians.
ThisSeaAcceptanceTestisdoneonboardthevessel,inopenwaters,withafully
functionalSC90system.ThetestisdonebypersonnelfromKongsbergMaritime.All
personnelmusthavegoodknowledgeoftheproductand/ormodule(s)athand.
ArepresentativefromanauthorizeddealerordistributorcandotheSeaAcceptance
TestonbehalfofKongsbergMaritime.
Representativesfromtheclientand/orenduserarenormallypresenttowitnessthe
testandresults.
Aswithallassemblyandtestproceduresrelatedtoadvancedtechnicaland/orelectronic
equipment,theskilloftheoperatorisvitaltoasuccessfulcompletionofthetasks.The

twoseconds.
Thegreenlampontherightsideofthebuttonwillashtoindicated
thatthepowerhasbeenturnedon.TheProcessorUnitandthe
TransceiverUnitarebothautomaticallyturnedon.
