INTRODUCTION
Your OEM Wireless Dialler has been designed to provide you with the
freedom and peace of mind in the knowledge that, should you need
assistance or HELP, it is available to you 24 hours a day with the simple
press of a Button.
The modern slim line design of the OEM Wireless Dialler allows it to be
installed unobtrusively anywhere and is ready when you need help. HELP
can be summonsed by pressing a Button on your personal Pendant, which
you can wear both inside your home or outside in the garden, ready for any
emergency and giving you the freedom you enjoy for total control at all
times.
The OEM Wireless Dialler has been built to the highest of technical
standards for the protection of people and property and manufactured to
internationally accredited ISO9000 World Quality Standard. The OEM
Wireless Dialler conforms to Australian and Austel Standards TS001,
TS002, TS004, AZ/NZS3548, NZ Telecom PTC 200 and AS4268.2.
Your OEM Wireless Dialler can be supplied with additional fixed or
portable Radio Key Pendants, which can be worn or placed around the home
as needed. Please contact SmartLink for further information.

USING THE DIALER
NORMAL OPERATION
Your OEM Wireless Dialler will normally look like this:
The Mains On Light on your OEM Wireless Dialler should be ON.
CALLING FOR HELP

You can make your OEM Wireless
Dialler call for HELP by pressing
the Help/Panic Button on your
Radio Key Pendant for 2 seconds.

The Radio Link Light will flash
once and your OEM Wireless
Dialler will beep for 15 seconds to
alert you that it is about to call the
Control Centre for Help.

Your OEM Wireless Dialler will then automatically dial
your Control Centre using the telephone line. When your
Control Centre has received the Help Call, your OEM
Wireless Dialler will beep 7 times to let you know that
the call has been received. The “Cancel” Button on the
unit will Restore all outstanding Alarms on all Channels.

DISPLAYS AND WARNINGS
MAINS ON LIGHT FLASHING
AC power fail – Check and make sure that
the mains power pack is plugged in and
turned on at the power point.
BATTERY LOW LIGHT FLASHING
Power has been off for too long and
battery is low or faulty – Contact your
installer or Control Centre.
RADIO LINK LIGHT FLASHING
The Radio Link Light will turn on
momentarily after a valid signal has been
received from your Radio Key Pendant (this
is normal).
LINE FAULT LIGHT FLASHING
The telephone line has failed – Check and
make sure that the telephone lead is plugged
in and all normal telephones are working.
