1. GETTING STARTED
1.1 Important Safety Symbols
The symbol is used to indicate that some hazardous live termi-
nals are involved within this apparatus, even under the normal
operating conditions, which may be sufcient to constitute the
risk of electric shock or death.
The symbol is used in the service documentation to indicate
that specic component shall be replaced only by the compo-
nent specied in that documentation for safety reasons.

Water / Moisture
This lighting is intended to indoor use only. To prevent risk of re or shock,
do not expose xture to rain or moisture. Make sure there are no ammable,
explosive or corrosive materials surrounded in 10 meters while operating.

Heat
The apparatus should be located away from heat sources such as radiators,
stoves or other appliances that produce heat. Fixture may carry high heat, do
not aim at objective exceeding 2 minutes.
Ventilation
The unit must be installed in a location with adequate ventilation, at least 5m
away from adjacent surfaces. Be sure that no ventilation slots are blocked.
Object and Liquid Entry
Objects do not fall into and liquids are not spilled into the inside of the appara-
tus for safety.
Installation
Always secure xture using a safety chain and carrying handles. Never carry
the xture by its cord.
Power Cord and Plug
Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at plugs,
convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the apparatus.
Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A
polarized plug has two poles; a grounding-type plug has two poles and a third
grounding terminal. The third prong is provided for your safety. If the provided
plug does not t into your outlet, refer to an electrician for replacement.
Power Supply
Always make sure that you are connecting to the proper voltage and the line
voltage not higher than stated on the decal or rear panel of the xture. Unplug
this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
Fuse
To prevent the risk of re and damaging the unit, please use only of the rec-
ommended fuse type as described in the manual. Before replacing the fuse,
make sure the unit turned off and disconnected from the AC outlet.
Electrical Connection
Always disconnect from the power source before servicing or replacing fuse/
lamp and be sure to replace with same fuse/lamp size and type. Cut off power
before moving, repairing and cleaning the machine. Improper electrical wiring
may invalidate the product warranty.
To avoid electric shock, all xtures must be connected to circuits with a suit-
able ground. Do not power on and power off the xture in a short time.
DMX connection
When use DMX controller, please make sure that there is no interference
sources (e.g. intercom, high frequency radio waves and radiation source.

Cleaning
Clean only with a dry cloth. Do not use any solvents such as benzene or alco-
hol.
Servicing
In case of failure or malfunction occurred, stop using the unit immediately.
Never try to repair the unit by yourself. Repairs carried out by unskilled people
can lead to damage or malfunction. Please contact the nearest authorized
technical assistance center. Buy the same spare parts/components from man-
ufacturer directly.
Any damage that cased by violating this manual is out of insurance, our com-
pany will not take the responsibility.
Warning
Avoid direct eye exposure to the light source while it is on.
1.3 Before You Start
1.3.1 UNPACKING
Carefully unpack the box and check the contents to ensure that all parts are
present and in good conditions.

If anything damaged during transport, notify the shipper immediately and keep
the packing material for inspection. Again, please save the carton and all
packing materials. If the xture must be returned to manufacturer, it is import-
ant that the xture be returned in the original manufacturer box and packing.
1.3.2 Getting started
Make sure there is enough space around the unit for proper ventilation and
prevent overheating; do not place the unit on top of hot devices such as
radiators or power ampliers. The console is connected to mains through the
supplied cable. The product meets the required safety standards. Blown fuses

must be replaced with fuses of the same type and specication.
Make sure that all units must be properly grounded. For your safe-
ty, you should never remove any ground connector from electrical
devices or power cables, or make them inoperative.
Our products are subject to a process of continual further development. There-

2. MACHINE CONNECTION
2.1 Cable Connectors
Cables must have a male XLR connector on one end and a female XLR con-
nector on the other end.
DMX use of XLR connectors
1 = Ground / Shield
2 = DMX +
3 = DMX -
INPUT OUTPUT
A word on termination: DMX is a resilient communication protocol, however
errors still occasionally occur. Termination reduces signal errors, and therefore
best practices include use of a terminator in all circumstances. If you are ex-
periencing problems with erratic xture behaviour, especially over long signal
cable runs, a terminator may help improve performance.

To build your own DMX Terminator: Obtain a 120-ohm, 1/4-watt resistor, and
wire it between pins 2&3 of the last xture. They are also readily available
from specialty retailers.

5.1 LED display Operation
When choose a function, press MENU button, select menu options you want.
Press ENTER button to the selected function, the display will be ash, then
press UP/DOWN button to select the required function, press ENTER button,
or wait for 10 seconds or press MENU button, then enter the menu mode.

6. CHANNEL MODE INSTRUCTIONS (choose A001 de-
fault address code)
1. Add r DMX512 Address Setting
Choose Addr press ENTER button to conrm. Press UP/DOWN button to
initial address, and press ENTER button to save, After 10 seconds or press
MENU long time to return to main menu.
2. ChNd Channel Mode
Choose ChNd, press ENTER button to conrm. Press UP/DOWN to choose
the channel, like 6Ch1 (6 channel 1) or 6Ch2 (6 channel 2) mode or 8Ch (8 chan-
nel ) mode or 15Ch (15 channel ) mode. Press ENTER button to save it. After
10 seconds or press MENU long time to return to main menu.
3. SlNd Slave mode
Choose SlNd, press ENTER button to enter. Nast(Master) or Sl 1 (slave 1) or
Sl 2 (slave 2) mode. Press ENTER button to save. After 10 seconds or press
MENU long time to return to main menu.
4. ShNd Show mode
Choose ShNd, press ENTER button to conrm. Press UP/DOWN button to
chose Sh 0(random show) or Sh 1 (Show 1) or Sh 2 (Show 2) or … or Sh 8
(Show 8), and press ENTER button to save. After 10 seconds or press MENU
long time to return to main menu.
5. SoUn Sound Control
Choose SoUn, press ENTER button to conrm. Press UP/DOWN button to
choose _on_ or _off. Press Enter button to save.
6. SensSound control sensitivity
Choose Sens, press ENTER button to conrm. Press UP/DOWN to adjust the
sensitivity value from ___0 to _100. After chosen, press ENTER button to save.

7. blNd Standby Mode
Choose blNd, press ENTER button to conrm. Press UP/DOWN button to
chose yes_ (standby) or no__(normal). and press ENTER button to save,
After 10 seconds or press MENU long time to return to main menu.

Choose led_ press ENTER button to conrm. Press UP/DOWN button to
choose _on_ (light up) or _ o f f (light off) mode. After chosen, press ENTER
button to save. After 10 seconds or press MENU long time to return to main
menu.
9. disp LED display inversion
Choose disp. Press ENTER button to conrm, then enter the disp (inver-
sion) after chosen, press MENU to enter the mode. After 10 seconds or press
MENU long time to return to main menu.
10. test Test
Press MENU button to test, press ENTER button, the led display will strobe,
the light will run built in program, press MENU to back to main menu.

Press MENU button to hour, press ENTER button, the led display could show
the working time, press MENU back to main menu.

Press MENU button to v er_, press ENTER button, the led display will show
the program version, press MENU back to main menu.
7. HOW TO OPERATE
7.1 Master/slave mode
Connect the lights in series, the rst light control the other light auto show,
sound control show and so on. It’s very suitable for the instant show mode.
You must set the rst light to be master light NAs t. At the same time choose
s h _0 (Random show), sh _1 (show 1) or … or s h _8 (show 8). If there is no
DMX signal, the master mode LED will light up, the sound control LED will
strobe according to the music, the other lights will not work in slave mode.
On the other lights enter menu slNd and choose sl _1 (Normal) or s l _2 (two
light show) mode, when connect the DMX cable, the slave LED will light up.
7.2 Two Light
For the slave light, slave 1(sl_1) running same as the master light, slave 2
(sl_2)running against the master light. If there are just two lights, you could
set the second light as slave light (sl_2) for better show.

7.4 DMX Controller
If control by DMX controller, then you need to set the address code to control
the light, the address code value is 1-512, the light could receive the signal
accordingly. Connect the device to the mains with the power-plug.

9. WARRANTY AND SERVICE
All SOUNDSATION products feature a limited two-year warranty. This two-
year warranty is specic to the date of purchase as shown on your purchase
receipt.
The following cases/components are not covered from the above warranty:
• Any accessories supplied with the product
• Improper use
• Fault due to wear and tear
• Any modication of the product effected by the user or a third party
SOUNDSATION shall satisfy the warranty obligations by remedying any
material or manufacturing faults free of charge at SOUNDSATION’s discretion
either by repair or by exchanging individual parts or the entire appliance. Any
defective parts removed from a product during the course of a warranty claim
shall become the property of SOUNDSATION.
While under warranty period, defective products may be returned to your local
SOUNDSATION dealer together with original proof of purchase. To avoid any
damages in transit, please use the original packaging if available. Alternatively
you can send the product to SOUNDSATION SERVICE CENTER – Via Enzo
Ferrari , 10 – 62017 Porto Recanati - Italy . In order to send a product to ser-
vice center you need an RMA number. Shipping charges have to be covered
by the owner of the product.
