INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing this product!
For installation, maintenance and assurance of a long life
of this product, please follow this manual.
CONTENT IN BOX
• Luminaire
• 1 pcs. M25 cable gland,
for cable diameter Ø11,0-20,1mm.
• 1 pcs. M25 stopping plug
• User manual
TOOLS REQUIRED
• 4mm hex socket key for opening lamp.
• 3mm flat screwdriver for electrical connections.
• 30/32mm wrench for cable gland and stop plug.
• Tool suitable for fixing screws used. Not supplied.
Do not use power tools!
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
The luminaire should be inspected according to Company
routines. The manufacturer suggests regular check for wa-
ter intrusion/condensation which should be removed imme-
diately. When cleaning, use only mild detergents. Alcohol
or petroleum based products may damage lens, paint or
plastic components.
APPLICATIONS
• Deck lighting.
• Walkway lighting.
• General applications.
• Direct replacement for PLC and incandescent light
sources.

INSTALLATION
• Open the lamp. Loosen the 4x 4mm hex socket screws.
• Remove the red dust covers and install the stopping plug and/or cable gland(s). Check that the cable gland/sealing
is suitable for cable used.
º The included cable gland has two sealing rings included. One for Ø11,0-15,0mm cable and one for Ø15,0-
20,1mm cable.
• Tighten the cable gland/stopping plug according to the specification for gland/plug.
º Tightening force for included gland/plug: 25Nm
• Fix the luminaire at desired location. Use 4x M6 screws. Screws not included.
• Insert the cable. Make sure the cable has a downwards bend before entering the gland, in order to prevent water fol-
lowing cable. See figure 1 & 2 below. Secure the cable at a distance of maximum 50cm from luminaire.
• Tighten the cable gland sealing according to the specification for cable gland.
º Tightening force for included cable gland: 8Nm.
• Terminate cable. See figure 3 & 4 below. Max. cross section: 2.5mm2. Strip length: 10mm.
• Check that the gasket is clean and free of damages. Screw the lid back on. Tightening force: 10Nm.
º Slightly tighten the two opposite screws, and then repeat with the other two opposite screws. Tighten all four
screws until the top is firmly positioned.
• Do not use power tools!
