Owner's Manual
1. The Ab Gym should only be used after a thorough review of the Owner’s Manual.
2. Keep children away from the Ab Gym. Do not allow children to use or play on the Ab Gym.
Keep children and pets away from the Ab Gym when it is in use.
3. It is recommended that you place this exercise equipment on an equipment mat.
4. Set up and operate the Ab Gym on a solid level surface. Do not position the Ab Gym on loose
rugs or uneven surfaces.
5. Make sure that adequate space is available for access to and around the Ab Gym.
6. Before using, inspect the Ab Gym for worn or loose components, and securely tighten or replace
any worn or loose components prior to use.
7. Consult a physician prior to commencing an exercise program and follow his/her recommendations
in developing your tness program. If at any time during exercise you feel faint, dizzy, or experience
pain, stop and consult your physician.
8. Follow your physician’s recommendations in developing your own personal tness program.
9. Always choose the workout which best ts your physical strength and exibility level. Know your
limits and train within them. Always use common sense when exercising.
10. Do not wear loose or dangling clothing while using the Ab Gym.
11. Never exercise in bare feet or socks; always wear proper footwear such as running, walking, or
cross training shoes that t well, provide foot support, and feature non-skid rubber soles.
12. Be careful to maintain your balance while using, or assembling the Ab Gym, loss of balance may
result in a fall and serious bodily injury.
13. The Ab Gym should be used by only one person at a time.
14. The Ab Gym is for consumer use only. It is not for use in public or semipublic facilities.

NOTE: Do not tighten any bolts until STEP 4.
STEP 1
NOTE: CONNECTING BAR(5) is the one without holes in its middle section.
The HANDRAILS(6) have the FOAM GRIPS(9) attached to them.
Insert the HANDRAILS(6) into the CONNECTING BAR(5) and secure with
BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M6x1x30mm)(12), LOCK WASHERS(M6)(10), and
ACORN NUTS(M6x1)(11).
STEP 2: Insert the HANDRAILS(6) into the PIVOT SUPPORTS(2) and secure
with BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M6x1x40mm)(14), LOCK WASHERS(M6)(10),
and ACORN NUTS(M6x1)(11).
STEP 3: Slide a FOAM PAD(8) onto each end of the CONNECTING BAR(4),
but don’t cover the screw holes on either end. Insert the HEADREST
SUPPORTS(3) into the CONNECTING BAR(4) and secure with BUTTON
HEAD BOLTS(M6x1x30mm)(12), LOCK WASHERS(M6)(10), and ACORN
NUTS(M6x1)(11).
STEP 4: Insert the HEADREST SUPPORTS(3) into the PIVOT SUPPORTS(2)
and secure with BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M6x1x40mm)(14), LOCK
WASHERS(M6)(10), and ACORN NUTS(M6x1)(11). Tighten all bolts from
STEP 1 to STEP 4.

Note the correct position of the BASE STANDS(1) in the illustration below. The
longer ends of the BASE STANDS(1) point to the HEADREST(7).
Attach the BASE STANDS(1) to the PIVOT SUPPORTS(2) with BUTTON
HEAD BOLTS(M6x1x60mm)(15), LOCK WASHERS(M6)(10), and ACORN
NUTS(M6x1)(11).
STEP 6
Adjust the distance between the two FOAM PADS(8) so the HEADREST(7)
can be fitted in. Position the HEADREST(7) with its longer side pointing
upward and attach to the CONNECTING BAR(4) with BUTTON HEAD
BOLTS(M6x1x35mm)(13).
