Intended use
Your Stanley SDR1400 Paddle Mixer has been designed for
mixing liquid and powdery materials: paints, glue/adhesive,
plaster, screed as well as mortar etc. This tool is intended for
professional and private, non professional users.
Safety instructions
General power tool safety warnings
@Warning! Read all safety warnings and all
instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and
instructions listed below may result in electric
shock, fire and/or serious injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for future reference.
The term "power tool" in all of the warnings listed below
refers to your mains operated (corded) power tool or battery
operated (cordless) power tool.
1. Work area safety
a. Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark
areas invite accidents.
b. Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres,
such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases
or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the
dust or fumes.
c. Keep children and bystanders away while operating a
power tool. Distractions can cause you to lose control.
2. Electrical safety
a. Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify
the plug in any way. Do not use any adapter plugs
with earthed (grounded) power tools. Unmodified plugs
b. Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded
surfaces such as pipes, radiators, ranges and
refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock
if your body is earthed or grounded.
c. Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions.
Water entering a power tool will increase the risk of

carrying, pulling or unplugging the power tool. Keep

extension cord suitable for outdoor use. Use of a cord
suitable for outdoor use reduces the risk of electric shock.
f. If operating a power tool in a damp location is
unavoidable, use a residual current device (RCD)
protected supply.
Use of an RCD reduces the risk of electric shock.
3. Personal safety
a. Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common
sense when operating a power tool. Do not use a
power tool while you are tired or under the influence
of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment of inattention
while operating power tools may result in serious personal
injury.
b. Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye
protection. Protective equipment such as dust mask,
non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection
used for appropriate conditions will reduce personal
injuries.
c. Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in
the off-position before connecting to power source
and/or battery pack, picking up or carrying the tool.
Carrying power tools with your finger on the switch or
energising power tools that have the switch on invites
accidents.
d. Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning
the power tool on. A wrench or a key left attached to a
rotating part of the power tool may result in personal injury.
e. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at
all times. This enables better control of the power tool in
unexpected situations.
f. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or
jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away
from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery or long hair
can be caught in moving parts.
g. If devices are provided for the connection of dust
extraction and collection facilities, ensure these are

e. Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or
binding of moving parts, breakage of parts and any
other condition that may affect the power tools
operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired
before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly
maintained power tools.
f. Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly
maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less
likely to bind and are easier to control.
g. Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc. In
accordance with these instructions, taking into
account the working conditions and the work to be
performed. Use of the power tool for operations different
from those intended could result in a hazardous situation.
5. Service
a. Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair
person using only identical replacement parts. This will
ensure that the safety of the power tool is maintained.

Never clamp the product into a vice or to a work bench to
use as a stationary tool. This may cause serious injury.
Switch the product off immediately if the tool attachment
jams. Be prepared for high reaction torques, which could
cause kickbacks. The tool attachment will jam if the
product is overloaded or becomes twisted in the
workpiece.
Wear protective clothing, dust masks and protective
gloves when using this product. While this product is
being used, dust may be created or splashing may occur

Wait until the product has come to a complete standstill,
before removing it from the material being stirred and
putting it down. The bucket can get jammed or stirred
material can be flung around. This can lead to a loss of
control over the product.
Residual risks.
Even with the application of the relevant safety regulations
and the implementation of safety devices, certain residual
risks can not be avoided. These include:
Injuries caused by touching any rotating/moving parts.
Impairment of hearing.
Risk of injury when changing any parts, or accessories.
Health hazards caused by breathing dust developed when
sawing wood, especially oak, beech and MDF.
Injuries caused by prolonged use of a tool. When using
any tool for prolonged periods ensure you take regular
breaks.
Safety of others
This appliance is not intended for use by persons
(including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible
for their safety.
4. Power tool use and care
a. Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power
tool for your application. The correct power tool will do
the job better and safer at the rate for which it was
designed.
b. Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it
on and off. Any power tool that cannot be controlled with
the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
c. Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or the
battery pack from the power tool before making any
adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power
tools. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of
starting the power tool accidentally.
d. Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and
do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or
these instructions to operate the power tool. Power
tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.

Electrical safety
#This tool is double insulated; therefore no earth
wire is required. Always check that the power
supply corresponds to the voltage on the rating
plate.
Inspect tool cords periodically. If the supply cord is
damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or an
authorised Stanley Fat Max Service Centre in order to
avoid a hazard.
Voltage drops
Inrush currents cause short-time voltage drops. Under
unfavourable power supply conditions, other equipment may
be affected. If the system impedance of the power supply is
lower than 0.34 Ω, disturbances are unlikely to occur.
Using an extension cable
Always use an approved extension cable suitable for the
power input of this tool (see technical data). Before use,
inspect the extension cable for signs of damage, wear and
ageing.
Replace the extension cable if damaged or defective.
When using a cable reel, always unwind the cable
completely. Use of an extension cable not suitable for the
power input of the tool or which is damaged or defective
may result in a risk of fire and electric shock

Assembly.
Unpacking.
Unpack all parts and lay them on a flat, stable surface
Remove all packing materials and shipping devices, if
applicable.
Make sure the delivery contents are complete and free
of any damage. If you find that parts are missing or show
damage do not use the product but contact your dealer.
Using an incomplete or damaged product represents a
hazard to people and property.
Ensure that you have all the accessories and tools needed
for assembly and operation. This also includes suitable
personal protective equipment.
Warning! The product and the packaging are not children’s
toys! Children must not play with plastic bags, sheets and
small parts! There is a danger of choking and suffocation!
Vibration
The declared vibration emission values stated in the technical
data and the declaration of conformity have been measured
in accordance with a standard test method provided by
EN 60745 and may be used for comparing one tool with
another. The declared vibration emission value may also be
used in a preliminary assessment of exposure.
Warning! The vibration emission value during actual use of
the power tool can differ from the declared value depending
on the ways in which the tool is used. The vibration level
may increase above the level stated. When assessing
vibration exposure to determine safety measures required by
2002/44/EC to protect persons regularly using power tools
in employment, an estimation of vibration exposure should
consider, the actual conditions of use and the way the tool
is used, including taking account of all parts of the operating
cycle such as the times when the tool is switched off and
when it is running idle in addition to the trigger time.

Removing/Replacing (Fig.E, Fig.F)
uLock the socket (3) with one mounting spanner (9) and
loosen the shaft (4) anticlockwise with another mounting
spanner (9) gripping the welded nut (Fig. E).
uLoosen the welded nut anticlockwise (Fig. F) and remove
the shaft (4) from the socket (3) (Fig. F)
Stirrer (Fig.G, Fig.H)
uLock the welded nut of the shaft (4) with one mounting
spanner (9) and loosen the stirrer (5) anticlockwise with
another mounting spanner (9) gripping the welded nut
(Fig. G).
uLoosen the welded nut anticlockwise (Fig. H) and remove
the stirrer (5) from the shaft (4) (Fig. H).
uAttach a new shaft/stirrer as required.
Use
Variable speed switch (Fig.I)
Operate the product either in instant or continuous mode.
Instant Mode
uSwitch the product on by pressing the variable speed
switch (7) (Fig. I).
uSwitch the product off by releasing the variable speed
switch (7).
General operation
uCheck the product, its power cord and plug as well as
accessories for damage before each use. Do not use the
product if it is damaged or shows wear.
uDouble check that the accessories and attachments are
properly xed.
uAlways hold the product on its handles. Keep the handles
dry to ensure safe support.
uEnsure that the air vents are always unobstructed and
clear. Clean them if necessary with a soft brush. Blocked
air vents may lead to overheating and damage the
product.
uSwitch the product off immediately if you are disturbed
while working by other people entering the working area.
Always let the product come to complete stop before
putting it down.
uDo not overwork yourself. Take regular breaks to ensure
you can concentrate on the work and have full control over
the product.
Mixing (Fig.K)
Warning! During operation ne dust will be generated!
Some dusts are highly inammable and explosive! Do not
smoke during operation, keep heat sources and open ames
out of the working area! Always wear a dust mask to protect
yourself against hazards resulting from fine dust!
The stirrer will come to a stop during operation if the material
is too firm! Switc h the product off, lift the stirrer out of the
material and inspect the material before using the product
Stirrer
Warning! Stirrers are available in different types and with
different shape and diameters. Always use the correct
stirrer according to the intended use! Observe the technical
requirements of this product (see section “Technical
specications”) when purchasing and using stirrer! Stirrer
becomes hot during use! Handle them carefully! Wear
protective gloves when handling stirrer in order to avoid
injuries like burns and cuts!

clockwise onto the lower end
uLock the welded nut of the shaft (4) with one mounting
spanner (9) and secure the stirrer (5) clockwise with the
other (9) gripping the welded nut (Fig. B).
Note! Tighten the connection hand tight at rst, before using
the spanners.
uAlign the shaft (4) with the socket (3). Screw the shaft end
with welded nut clockwise into the socket (3) (Fig. C).
uLock the socket (3) with one mounting spanner (9) and
secure the shaft (4) clockwise with another mounting
spanner (9) gripping the welded nut (Fig. D).
Setup
Warning! The product must be fully assembled before
operation! Do not use a product that is only partly assembled
or assembled with damaged parts! Follow the assembly
instructions step-by-step and use the pictures provided as a
visual guide to easily assemble the product! Do not connect
the product to power supply before it is completely assembled!
Continuous mode
uSwitch the product on by pressing the variable speed
switch (7) and hold it in position (Fig. J, step 1).
uPress the lock-on button (6) and hold it in position to lock
the variable speed switch (7) (Fig. I, step 2).
uRelease the lock-on button (6) and variable speed switch
(8). The variable speed switch is now locked on for
continuous use.
uDepress and release the variable speed switch (7) to
switch the product off.
uAlign the stirrer (5) with the shaft (4). Screw the stirrer (5)

uIn particular clean the air vents (1) after every use with a
cloth and brush.
uRemove stubborn dirt with high pressure air (max. 3 bar).
Note: Do not use chemical, alkaline, abrasive or other
aggressive detergents or disinfectants to clean this product as
they might be harmful to its surfaces.
uCheck for worn or damaged parts. Replace worn parts
as necessary or contact an authorised service centre for
repair before using the product again.
Maintenance
uBefore and after each use, check the product and
accessories (or attachments) for wear and damage. If
required, exchange them for new ones as described in this
instruction manual. Observe the technical requirements.
Repair
This product does not contain any parts that can be repaired
by the consumer. Contact an authorised service centre or a
similarly qualied person to have it checked and repaired.
Storage
uSwitch the product off and disconnect it from the power
supply.
uClean the product as described above.
uStore the product and its accessories in a dark, dry, frost-
free, well-ventilated place.
uAlways store the product in a place that is inaccessible to
children. The ideal storage temperature is between 10°C
and 30°C.
uWe recommend using the original package for storage or
covering the product with a suitable cloth or enclosure to
protect it against dust.
Transportation
uSwitch the product off and disconnect it from the power
supply.
uAttach transportation guards, if applicable.
uAlways carry the product by its handles (2).
uProtect the product from any heavy impact or strong
vibrations which may occur during transportation in
vehicles.
uSecure the product to prevent it from slipping or falling
over.
Troubleshooting
Suspected malfunctions are often due to causes that the
users can x themselves. Therefore check the product using
this section. In most cases the problem can be solved quickly.

Warning: Always switch the product off, disconnect the
product from the power supply and let the product cool down
before performing inspection, maintenance and cleaning work!
Cleaning
uKeep the product clean. Remove debris from it after each
use and before storage.
uRegular and proper cleaning will help ensure safe use and
prolong the life of the product.
uInspect the product before each use for worn and
damaged parts. Do not operate it if you nd broken and
worn parts.
Warning: Only perform repairs and maintenance work
according to these instructions! All further works must be
performed by a qualied specialist!
uClean the product with a dry cloth. Use a brush for areas
that are hard to reach.

operation at a low speed.
uMove the stirrer through the material until it is evenly and
completely mixed.
uSwitch the product off. Let the stirrer come to a complete
again! A blocked stirrer may cause overheating the of the
motor. Hold the product firmly during operation. Do not let the
stirrer touch the bucket! This can cause damage to the stirrer
and bucket!

Maintenance
Your tool has been designed to operate over a long period of
time with a minimum of maintenance. Continuous
satisfactory operation depends upon proper tool care and
regular cleaning.
Warning! Before performing any maintenance, switch off
and unplug the tool.

Regularly clean the ventilation slots in your tool using a
soft brush or dry cloth.
Regularly clean the motor housing using a damp cloth.
Do not use any abrasive or solvent-based cleaner.
Protecting the environment
Separate collection. This product must not be
disposed of with normal household waste.
Should you nd one day that your Stanley product needs re-
placement, or if it is of no further use to you, do not dispose
of it with household waste. Make this product available for
separate collection.
Separate collection of used products and
packaging allows materials to be recycled and
used again. Re-use of recycled materials helps
prevent environmental pollution and reduces the
demand for raw materials.
Local regulations may provide for separate collection of
electrical products from the household, at municipal waste
sites or by the retailer when you purchase a new product

混合（图K）

火远离工作区！始终佩戴防尘面罩，以保护自己免
受细微粉尘造成的危害！如果材料太硬，搅拌器在
运转过程中会停下来！再次使用该产品前，请先关
闭产品电源，从材料中吊出搅拌器并检查材料！阻
塞搅拌器可能会导致电机过热。在运转过程中请握
紧产品。不要让搅拌器接触料斗！这样可能会损坏
搅拌器和料斗！
♦ 双手放在两个手柄 (2) 上握住产品，并将搅拌
器 (5) 插入材料中（图 M）。
♦ 轻按变速触发开关以低速开始运转。
♦ 在材料中从头到尾移动搅拌器，直到材料均匀
地完全混合在一起为止。

攪拌器
警 告！攪 拌 器 具 有 不 同 的 類 型、外 型 及 直 徑。請 始
終根據設計用途使用正確的攪拌器！購買及使用攪
拌器時，請遵循本產品的技術需求 (請 參 閱「技 術 規
格」一 節 )！在 使 用 期 間，攪 拌 器 會 變 熱！請 小 心 操
作！手持攪拌器時，請佩戴防護手套，以避免諸如
灼 傷 及 割 傷 等 傷 害！
安裝 (圖A、圖 B、圖 C、圖 D)
♦將攪拌器 (5) 與軸 (4) 對 齊。將 攪 拌 器 (5) 順時針
旋入軸 (4) 的下端 (圖A)。
♦使用一個安裝扳手 (9) 鎖定軸 (4) 的 焊 接 螺 母，
使用另一個安裝扳手 (9) 握緊焊接螺母，以順時
針方向固定攪拌器 (5) (圖B)。
注 意！請先手動旋緊接頭，然後再使用扳手。
♦將軸 (4) 與套筒 (3) 對齊。將軸具有焊接螺母的
一端順時針旋入套筒 (3) (圖C)。
♦使用一個安裝扳手 (9) 鎖定套筒 (3)，使 用 另 一 個
安裝扳手 (9) 握緊焊接螺母，以順時針方向固定
軸(4) (圖D)。
注 意！請先手動旋緊接頭，然後再使用扳手。
卸除/裝回 (圖E、圖 F)
♦使用一個安裝扳手 (9) 鎖定套筒 (3)，使 用 另 一 個
安裝扳手 (9) 握緊焊接螺母，以反時針方向旋鬆
軸(4) (圖E)。
♦以反時針方向旋鬆焊接螺母 (圖F)，然 後 從 套 筒
(3) 上卸除軸 (4) (圖F)。

使用
變速開關 (圖I)
以即時模式或連續模式操作產品。
即時模式
♦按下變速開關 (7) 以開啟產品 (圖I)。
♦鬆開變速開關 (7) 以 關 閉 產 品。
連續模式
♦按下變速開關 (7) 並按住使其到位以開啟產品
(圖J 步驟 1)。
♦按下鎖定按鈕 (6) 並按住使其到位以鎖定變速
開關 (7) (圖J 步驟 2)。
♦鬆開鎖定按鈕 (6) 與變速開關 (8)。現 在 變 速 開
關 已 鎖 定，可 供 連 續 使 用。
♦按下然後鬆開變速開關 (7) 可關閉產品。
一般操作
♦在每次使用之前，請檢查產品、其電源線與插頭
以及配件是否有損傷。請勿使用已受損或有磨
損 的 產 品。
♦請仔細檢查配件與附件是否正確安裝。
♦請務必握持工具的手柄。保持手柄乾燥，以確
保 安 全 支 撐。
♦請確保通氣孔始終暢通無阻。若需要，請使用
軟刷進行清潔。通氣孔阻塞會導致產品過熱，
並產生損傷。
♦若您在工作時遭進入工作場所的他人干擾，請
立即關閉產品。請務必等產品完全停止後，再將
其 放 下。
♦請勿疲勞工作。請定時休息，以確保工作時能集
中精力並完全控制產品。
混合 (圖K)
警 告！在操作期間會產生細小的灰塵！有些灰塵極
具易燃性與爆炸性！請勿在操作期間吸菸，並讓熱
源與明火遠離工作場所！請務必配戴防塵面具，以
抵禦細小灰塵產生的危險！若材料過於堅硬，攪拌
器在操作期間會停止！再次使用本產品之前，請先
關閉本產品，然後材料中提出攪拌器，並檢查材料！
攪 拌 器 受 阻 可 能 會 導 致 電 機 過 熱。在 操 作 期 間，請
緊握本產品。請勿讓攪拌器接觸水桶！否則會導致
攪 拌 器 與 水 桶 受 損！
♦雙手握持兩個手柄 (2) 以握緊本產品，將攪拌器
(5) 插入到材料中 (圖M)。
♦輕輕按下變速觸發開關，以低速開始操作。
♦在材料中移動攪拌器，直到材料完全均勻混合
為 止。
♦關閉本產品。讓攪拌器完全停止，然後將其從
混合的材料中提出。
警 告：若攪拌器在混合的材料中卡住，請關閉本產
品，讓其完全停止，然後中斷其與電源供應器的連
接。此 時 才 能 清 理 卡 住 的 附 件。
使用後
警 告：執 行 檢 查、維 護 與 清 潔 工 作 之 前，請 務 必 關
閉本產品，中斷產品與電源供應器的連接，並讓產
品 冷 卻！
清潔
♦請保持產品清潔。每次使用後與存放前，請移
除產品上的碎屑。
♦定期執行適當的清潔有助於確保安全使用並延
長 產 品 的 使 用 壽 命。
♦每次使用前，請檢查產品是否有磨損或受損的
零 件。若 發 現 有 破 損 或 磨 損 的 零 件，請 勿 操 作。
警 告：請僅在遵循以下指示時執行維修與維護工
作！所 有 進 一 步 工作 必 須 由 合 格 的 專 業 人 員執 行！
♦使用乾布清潔本產品。對於很難觸及的位置，
請 使 用刷 子。
♦尤其是在每次使用後，應使用布與刷子清潔通
氣孔 (1)。
♦使用高壓空氣 (最大 3 巴) 移除頑固污垢。

제품 사용 교육을 받은 개인 사용자용입니다.
안전 지침
전동 공구에 관한 일반 안전 경고
@경고! 안전 경고와 지시사항을 모두 읽으십시오.아래 나열된 경고와 지시 사항을
준수하지 않으면 감전, 화재 및/또는 심각한
부상을 초래할 수있습니다.
향후 참고할 수있도록 모든 경고 및지시 사항을
보관해두십시오. 아래의 모든 경고에서 사용된 “전동
공구”라는 말은 주공급 전원에 의해 전기가
공급되는(유선) 전동 공구 또는 충전식(무선) 전동
공구를 의미합니다.
1. 작업장 안전
a. 작업 영역을 청결하고 밝게 유지하십시오.
혼잡하거나 어두운 작업장에서는 사고가 발생하기
쉽습니다.
b. 가연성 액체, 가스 또는 먼지 등이 있는 폭발성
대기에서 전동 공구를 사용하지 마십시오.전동
공구에서 먼지나 가스를 발화시킬 수있는 불꽃이
튈수있습니다.
c. 전동 공구로 작업하는 동안에는 어린이와 주변
사람들이 작업 영역에 가까이 들어오지 못하도록
하십시오. 주변이 산만해져 통제력을 잃을 수
있습니다.
2. 전기 안전
a. 전동 공구의 플러그는 콘센트와 형식이 일치해야
합니다. 플러그를 어떤 방식으로든 절대 개조하지
마십시오. 접지된(지면 접지) 전동 공구에 어떤
어댑터 플러그도 사용하지 마십시오.개조되지
않은 플러그 및형식이 일치하는 콘센트를
사용하면 감전 위험이 줄어듭니다.
b. 파이프, 라디에이터, 렌지 및냉장고 등과 같이
접지된 표면에 몸이 닿지 않도록 하십시오. 신체가
접지되어 있으면 감전 위험이 높아집니다.
c. 전동 공구를 비또는 습한 환경에 노출하지 않도록
주의하십시오. 전동 공구에 물이 들어가면 감전
위험이 높아집니다.
d. 코드를 함부로 다루지 마십시오. 코드를 사용하여
전동 공구를 운반하거나 잡아당기거나 플러그를
뽑지 마십시오. 열, 오일, 날카로운 모서리 또는
움직이는 부품에서 멀리 떨어진 장소에 코드를
보관하십시오. 코드가 손상되거나 얽혀 있으면
감전 위험이 높아집니다.
e. 전동 공구를 실외에서 사용할 때는 실외 사용에
적합한 연장 코드를 사용하십시오. 실외 사용에
적합한 코드를 사용하면 감전 위험이 줄어듭니다.
f. 어쩔 수없이 습한 장소에서 전동 공구를 사용해야
하는 경우에는 누전 차단기(RCD)로보호된 전원
공급 장치를 사용하십시오. RCD를사용하면 감전
위험이 줄어듭니다.
3. 신체 안전 사항
a. 전동 공구로 작업할 때는 방심하지 말고 작업에
주의하면서 상식에 따르십시오. 피곤한
상태이거나 약물, 술, 치료제를 복용한 상태에서는
전동 공구를 사용하지 마십시오.전동 공구를
사용하는 중에 주의력을 잃어 순간적으로 부상을
당할 수있습니다.
b. 신체 보호 장비를 착용하십시오. 항상 보안경을
착용하십시오.적합한 상황에서 방진 마스크,
미끄럼 방지 안전화, 안전모 또는 청력 보호 기구
등의 보호 장비를 사용하면 신체 부상 위험이
줄어듭니다.
c. 갑작스러운 장비 가동을 방지하십시오. 전원 및/
또는 배터리 팩에 연결한 상태로 공구를 선택 또는
운반할 때는 사전에 스위치가 꺼짐 위치에 있는지
반드시 확인하십시오. 스위치가 켜짐 위치에 있는
상태에서 스위치에 손가락이 닿은 상태로 전동
공구를 운반하거나 전동 공구에 전원을 공급하면
사고가 발생합니다.
d. 전동 공구를 켜기 전에 모든 조정 키또는 렌치를
제거하십시오. 전동 공구의 회전 부품에 렌치나
키가 부착되어 있으면 부상을 당할 수있습니다.
e. 무리하게 팔을 뻗지 마십시오. 항상 올바른 자세로
서서 균형을 유지하십시오. 그러면 예기치 않은
