1. Para hacer efectiva esta garantía se requiere: La presentación de esta póliza y del producto, en el lugar en donde fue adquirido o en ELECTRONICA STEREN S.A. DE C.V.
2. ELECTRONICA STEREN S.A. DE C.V. se compromete a reparar el producto en caso de estar defectuoso sin ningún cargo al consumidor.
3. El tiempo de reparación en ningún caso será mayor a 30 días contados a partir de la recepción del producto en cualquiera de los sitios en donde pueda hacerse efectiva la
garantía.
4. El lugar donde puede adquirir partes, componentes, consumibles y accesorios, así como hacer válida esta garantía es: En cualquiera de las direcciones arriba mencionadas.
ESTA GARANTIA NO ES VALIDA EN LOS SIGUIENTES CASOS:
1. Cuando el producto ha sido utilizado en condiciones distintas a las normales.
2. Cuando el producto no ha sido operado de acuerdo con el instructivo de uso.
3. Cuando el producto ha sido alterado o reparado por personas no autorizadas por ELECTRONICA STEREN S.A. DE C.V.
Nota: El consumidor podrá solicitar que se haga efectiva la garantía ante la propia casa comercial, donde adquirió el producto. Si la presente garantía se extraviara, el
consumidor puede recurrir a su proovedor para que le expida otra póliza de garantía, previa presentación de la nota de compra o factura respectiva.

Warranty
CONDITIONS:
1. This warranty card with all the required information, the invoice or purchase ticket, the product box or package, and the product, must be presented with the product
when warranty service is required.
2. If the product stills on the warranty time, the company will repair it free of charge even the transportation charges.

INSTRUCTIVO DE USO DE TERMÓMETRO DIGITAL PARA
INTERIORES Y EXTERIORES

Antes de utilizar su nuevo Termómetro digital lea este instructivo
para evitar cualquier mal funcionamiento. Guárdelo para futuras
referencias.
Su nuevo termómetro digital cuenta con 2 pantallas para poder visualizar
2 temperaturas diferentes: la temperatura interna y la temperatura
externa. Las temperaturas interna y externa se pueden ajustar, una vez
realizado el ajuste el termómetro emitirá una alarma audible si la
temperatura detectada es mayor a la fijada en la pantalla inferior o si es
menor a la fijada en la pantalla superior.
IMPORTANTE
No exponga el equipo a temperaturas extremas.
No use ni almacene este equipo en lugares donde existan goteras o
salpicaduras de agua. Puede causar un mal funcionamiento o un choque
eléctrico.
Siempre utilice un paño suave limpio y seco para limpiar el equipo.

Para comenzar a utilizar su nuevo termómetro digital, siga estas
instrucciones:
1.- Inserte una batería AAA en el compartimiento de baterías poniendo
atención a la polaridad (Fig. 1).
2.- Coloque el termómetro en la posición deseada (en un escritorio o
colgado en la pared) (Fig. 2).
3.- Coloque el sensor en una zona exterior.
4.- La medición comenzará. En la parte superior de la pantalla de LCD se
mostrará la temperatura interna. En la parte inferior se desplegará la
temperatura externa.
5.- Si desea cambiar el modo de visualización de la temperatura, ya sea
en °C o °F, presione el botón de Grados.

Before using your new Digital Thermometer, please read this
instruction manual to prevent any damage. Put them away in a safe
place for future references.
Your new digital thermometer has 1 screen divided in two, in order to
visualize 2 different temperatures: the internal temperature and the
external temperature. The external and internal temperatures can be
adjusted, once you made it, the thermometer will emits an audible alarm if
the detected temperature is higher than fixed on the bottom screen or will
sound if the temperature is less than fixed temperature in the superior
screen.
IMPORTANT
Do not expose to extreme temperatures.
Do not use or store the equipment near wet places. May cause
malfunction or shock hazard.
Clean only with a soft, dry cloth.

To start to use your new digital thermometer, follow these steps:
1.- Place a new battery type AAA into the battery compartment paying
attention to polarity (Fig. 1).
2.- You can put the thermometer at your desk or hang it up in the wall
(Fig. 2).
3.- Place the external sensor in an outside area.
4.- Now your thermometer starts to measure the temperature. On the top
screen appears the internal temperature measure. On the bottom screen
you can see the external temperature.
5.- If you want to change from ° Celsius to ° Fahrenheit press Grades
button.

ACTIVACIÓN DE ALERTA
Mediante esta función puede establecer valores mínimos y máximos de
temperatura y una vez que se sobrepasen esos límites, una alarma
audible comenzará a sonar.
1.- Presione el botón de Alerta / Ajuste (Alert / Set) durante un segundo.
2.- La temperatura de la pantalla inferior comenzará a parpadear. Utilice el
botón de Grados para cambiar el valor máximo.
3.- Presione el botón de Alerta / Ajuste (Alert / Set) una vez más, la
temperatura de la pantalla superior comenzará a parpadear. Utilice el
botón de Grados para cambiar el valor mínimo de la temperatura.
4.- Presione el botón de Alerta/ Ajuste (Alert / Set) para guardar los
cambios.
5.- La alerta sonará si la temperatura excede el nivel máximo o es menor
al nivel mínimo de la temperatura programada.
Si desea activar la alerta presione el botón de Alerta / Ajuste (Alert / Set)
hasta que aparezca el mensaje Ale On en pantalla. Si desea desactivar la
alarma, presione nuevamente el botón hasta que aparezca el mensaje Ale
Off.
TEMPERATURA MÁXIMA Y MÍNIMA
Mediante esta función podrá visualizar la última temperatura máxima y/o
mínima guardada en memoria.
1.- Presione el botón de Máximo (Max/Min) una vez para visualizar la
última temperatura máxima guardada en la memoria del termómetro. En
pantalla aparecerá el mensaje MAX y la última medición de temperatura
máxima.
2.- Presione el botón de Mínimo (Max/Min) para visualizar la última
temperatura mínima guardada en memoria. El mensaje MIN y la última
temperatura mínima interna y externa aparecerá en la pantalla de LCD.
3.- Presione una vez más el botón de Máximo / Mínimo (Max / Min) para
regresar al modo normal de visualización.
REINICIAR AJUSTES DE TEMPERATURA
Si desea borrar la información guardada en memoria acerca de los
valores máximos y mínimos de temperatura así como los valores de
Alerta, presione el botón de Reinicio (Reset). Toda la información será
borrada y podrá volver a realizar los ajustes necesarios siguiendo las
instrucciones anteriormente explicadas.

HOW TO ACTIVATE THE ALARM
Use this function to set minimum temperature value and maximum
temperature value, in order to obtain an audible alert when the
temperature surpass this limits.
1.- Press and hold Alert button for one second.
2.- The numbers on the inferior screen starts to blink. Press the Grades
button to set the maximum temperature value.
3.- Press Alert button once again, the numbers on the bottom screen starts
to blink. Press Grades button constantly to change the minimum
temperature value.
4.- Press the Alert button once to store the changes.
5.- When the temperature exceeds the maximum level or is less than the
minimum level then an audible alert starts to sound.
If you want to activate the alert, press Alert button until the message Ale
On appears on screen. If you want to deactivate the alarm, press Alert
button once again until the message Ale Off appears on the screen.
MAXIMUM AND MINIMUM TEMPERATURE
Use this function to visualize the stored measure of maximum and
minimum temperature.
1.- Press the Max button once to visualize the last stored maximum
temperature value. On screen appears the word MAX and the last
measure of the maximum temperature.
2.- Press Min button once to visualize the last stored minimum
temperature value. The message MIN appears on the screen and the last
measure of the minimum temperature.
3.- Press Max/Min button once again to back to normal display.
RESET
If you want to delete all the stored information about maximum and
minimum temperature values and the Alert settings, press Reset button.
Whole information will be deleted and you can re-make the required
settings following the instructions mentioned before.
