but we suggest adding at least /" of clearance to the dimensions listed in
the table above to cover masonry imperfections.

Suivre ces instructions à partir de l'étape
indiquée dans la notice d'installation du
Stûv 6.
Étape 1 Le cadre appliqué n'est pas
ajustable. Il est important de positionner
le caisson de prépose à son emplacement
définitif en profondeur et largeur.
La distance entre l'avant du caisson de
prépose et la façade de l'âtre doit être de
2 ". Voir la section DIMENSIONS.
Étape 2 Si la porte est toujours en place,
retirer la porte.
Étape 3 La finition du mur doit être faite
avant de commencer l'installation du
cadre appliqué. Tout matériau apposé
à proximité du cadre doit être non
combustible. Voir la notice d'installation
du Stûv 6 pour plus de détails.
Étape 4 Déballer soigneusement le cadre
appliqué. La peinture est fragile.
Follow these instructions starting from the
step indicated in the Stûv 6 installation
manual.
Step 1 The picture type frame is not
adjustable. It is important to position the
suport casing at its final location, both in
depth and width.
The distance between the front of the
support casing and the front of the hearth
must be 2 ".See the DIMENSIONS
section.
Step 2 If the door is still in place, remove
the door.
Step 3 The wall finishing must be
completed before installing the picture
type frame. All materials affixed near the
frame must be non-combustible. See the
Stûv 6 installation manual for more details.
Step 4 Carefully unwrap the picture type
frame. The paint is fragile.

Étape 5 Récupérer les quatre vis sur le
foyer qui serviront à visser le cadre.
Étape 6 Vérifier le sens du cadre grâce à
la flèche pointant vers le haut dans le coin
supérieur du cadre.
Étape 7 Assembler le cadre au foyer
avec les quatre vis retirées du foyer
précédemment.
Repositionner le foyer au besoin en
s'assurant que la cheminée pourra
s'adapter.
Étape 8 Réinstaller la porte.
Step 5 Retrieve the four screws on the
fireplace, which will be used to affix the
frame.
Step 6 Look for the small arrow in the top
corner of the frame to confirm the correct
position.
Step 7 Attach the mounting frame to the
fireplace with four screws.
If needed , replace the fireplace while
making sure the chimney will be able to
adapt.
Step 8 Reinstall the door.
