This appliance has a polarized plug,
(one blade is wider than the other). As
a safety feature to reduce the risk of
electrical shock, this plug is intended
to fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug
does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it
still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do
not attempt to defeat this safety feature or modify
the plug in any way. If the plug fits loosely into the AC
outlet or if the AC outlet feels warm do not use that
outlet.

WHERE TO USE YOUR HEATING PAD
Heating pads are effective pain relievers to soothe muscle and joint pain. The
FlexFit™ Heated Wrap has a long slim design with fastening ends that allow
you to wrap the heating pad to multiple areas of the body and secure the pad in
place for hands-free, targeted heat therapy.
This heating pad can be worn on several different areas of the body to
customize treatment. It is ideal for use on the upper and lower arm, wrist, lower
leg, and ankle.

HEATING PAD COMPONENTS HOW TO APPLY YOUR HEATING PAD
Note: Always consult with your physician
or health professional for recommended
treatment of an injury or chronic muscle or
joint pain.
1. Ensure the heating pad is connected to
the controller by making sure the cord
connector is securely attached to the pad
connector before using (Figure 3). Push
both parts together for a tight fit.
2. To wrap the heating pad, start at the top of
the pad where it indicates ‘start wrapping
here’ (Figure 1, number 5). Secure the first
hook fastener (Figure 1, number 3). This
is the end where the pad connects to the
controller.
3. Wrap the pad around the body and securely fasten the second hook
fastener directly to the exterior pad fabric. See figure 2 for the best way
to wrap each body part. NOTE: Be careful not to overlap the pad. The red
edges of the pad should never touch the pad (Figure 1, number 6).
4. Once in place, tighten each end around the body for a comfortable and snug
fit.
5. To remove pad, detach the hook fasteners tabs by pulling up on one end of
the pad. Unwrap pad from body.
NOTE: Some wear of the exterior pad fabric may be seen over time; this is
normal and will not affect the performance of the heating pad. Use caution
when fastening the pad to prevent hook fasteners from touching clothing.

HOW TO USE YOUR HEATING PAD
1. After controller is connected to pad,
plug into 120V AC electrical outlet. Note:
Controller must be connected to heating
pad before plugging unit into outlet.
2. To turn the pad on, press the Control
Button (Figure 4, letter A).
3. Select from 3 heat settings: low, medium,
or high, by repeatedly pressing the control
button until the desired heat setting
indicator lights up (Figure 4, letter B).
It is recommended to start on the low heat
setting. Gradually move to the medium
and high heat settings in 15 minute
increments if more heat is desired. If at
any point during use, you feel discomfort,
select a lower heat setting or turn the unit
to the off setting. Check skin under pad frequently while using.
4. To turn the pad off, press the Control Button (Figure 4, letter A) repeatedly
until all of the heat setting indicator lights (Figure 4, letter B) turn off.
CAUTION:
• DO NOT SIT ON, LEAN AGAINST, CRUSH OR FOLD PAD DURING USE.
• DO NOT TO OVERLAP THE PAD. THE RED EDGES OF THE PAD SHOULD NEVER
TOUCH THE PAD (Figure 1, number 6).
• DO NOT USE WHILE SLEEPING.
• SEE ADDITIONAL WARNINGS IN THE IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
SECTION.
AUTO-OFF FEATURE
Your heating pad controller includes an Auto-Off feature. This feature is
designed to conserve energy by automatically turning off after 2 hours of
continuous use. The Auto-Off Indicator (Figure 4, letter C) will flash when the
auto-off feature is activated and the pad shuts off. To reset after Auto-Off, press
the control button until the desired heat setting is reached.
NOTE: After a power outage, the Auto-Off feature automatically resets the time.
HOW TO USE YOUR HEATING PAD WITH MOIST
HEAT THERAPY
In some cases, you may find that moist heat therapy
provides more comfort and relief. When using moist
heat therapy, you should protect furniture and
clothing from becoming damp.
1. Dampen the interior pad fabric (Figure 1, number
1) of the heating pad with water by patting the
surface with a wet sponge or cloth, or use a spray
bottle to apply a fine mist. Do not thoroughly soak
pad.
2. Do not spray or dampen the pad connector
(Figure 5).
DANGER: DO NOT IMMERSE THE PAD OR WIRING IN
WATER OR PLACE UNDER RUNNING WATER. FAILURE
TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN PRODUCT FAILURE
AND/OR PERSONAL INJURY. THE ELECTRICAL PAD
CONNECTOR MUST BE THOROUGHLY DRY BEFORE
ESTABLISHING ELECTRICAL CONNECTION.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT USE BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER!
1. Disconnect pad from outlet. DO NOT PULL BY THE CORD.
2. Disconnect controller cord from pad by holding the pad side connector with
one hand and pulling firmly on the cord side connector with the other hand.
3. Fold pad ends and attach hook fasteners to the exterior pad fabric before
placing in the washing machine, or separate in a laundry wash bag.
4. Machine wash pad in cold water on gentle cycle or hand wash. Tumble dry
on low heat and remove promptly from dryer or drape to dry.
5. DO NOT plug in pad and pad connector until completely dry.
