Cautions:
1. Keep all children and pets away from assembly area. Children and pets should be
supervised when they are in the area of gazebo construction.
2. The area for assembly should not be less than 6 feet from any obstruction such as fence,
garage, house, overhanging branches, laundry line or electrical wires.
3. This unit is heavy. Do not assemble this item alone. Four people are recommended for safe
assembly.
4. Some parts may contain sharp edges. Wear protective gloves if necessary during assembly.
5. When assembling and using this product, basic safety precautions should always be
followed to reduce the risk of personal injury and damage to equipment. Please read all
instructions before assembly and use.
6. The chairs and ottomans are not to be used for standing purposes and will not function as a
stool or step-ladder. Use on even surfaces only
7. Improper use of this product or failure to use as directed may result in injury. Not intended
for commercial use.
8. Check all bolts for tightness before use. IMPORTANT - check and tighten bolts often to keep
them secure.
Assembly Instructions:
Please read all the instructions and warnings before assembling. In order to make the whole
product adjusts to the best, please install all the screws on the product and tighten all the
screws after adjusting the product which can stand on the floor even.

Parts identification: For ease of identification, all parts are labeled to correspond to the Step
number in which the part is used.
WARNING: Proper use of the chair is for single person seating only. The
chair is not to be used for standing purposes and will not function as a stool
or step-ladder. Use on even surface only. Chair tested for use at weight of
300 lb (136 kg). Improper use of this product or failure to use as directed
may result in injury. Not intended for commercial use.
WARNING: Proper use of the ottoman is for single person to rest legs on
while sitting in chair. The ottoman is not to be used for seating or standing
purposes and will not function as a stool or step-ladder. Ottoman will
support up to Max. Weight of 300 lb (136 kg). Improper use of this product
or failure to use as directed may result in injury. Not intended for
commercial use.
WARNING: Sofa is for sitting / lying purpose only. It is not to be used for
standing purposes and will not function as a stool or step-ladder. Use on
even surface only. Sofa tested for use at weight of 800 lb (362.8 kg).

side of assembled chair back (B) with 2
washer (D) and 2 screws (E) by using wrench
(G)
Step 1: Secure chair back (B) to left arm (A1)
with 2 washer (D) and 2 screws (E) by using
Wrench (G). Do not fully tighten now.
Step 3: Secure seat panel (C) to assembled
arms (A1.A2) with 4 washer (D) and 4 screws
(E) by using wrench (G). Do not fully tighten
now.

Step 4: Secure seat panel (C) to assembled
sofa back (B) with 2 washer (D) and 2 screws (F)
by using wrench (G), verify the alignment and
adjust, fully tighten all the screws now.
Step 5 & 6: Put seat cushion (H) and back cushion (I) on the chair. The chair is assembled.
Step 1: Secure right leg (A3) with washer (D)
and screws (E) by using wrench (G). Do not
fully tighten now.
Step 2: Secure left leg (A3) with washer
(D) and screws（E) by using wrench (G).
Step 3 & 4: Put seat cushion (C1) on the panel. The ottoman is assembled.

Step 1: Secure sofa back (B2) to left arm (A1)
with2 washer (D) and 2 screws (E) by using
wrench (G). Do not fully tighten now.
Step 2: Secure right arm (A2) to assembled sofa back
(B2) with 2 washer (D) and 2 screws（E) by using 2
wrench (G). Do not fully tighten now.
Step 3: Secure seat panel (C2) to assembled
sofa arms (A1.A2) with 4 washer (D) and 4 screws
(E) by using wrench (G). Do not fully tighten now.
Step 4: Secure seat panel (C2) to assembled sofa
back (B2) with 4 washer (D) and 4 screws (F) by using
wrench (G), verify the alignment and adjust, fully tighten
all the screws now.
Step 5 & 6: Put seat cushion (H) and back cushion (I) on the sofa. The sofa is assembled.

Step 1: Assemble 4 legs (A) with 8 washer (D)
and 8 screws (E) by using wrench (G). Do not
fully tighten now.
Step 2: Secure bottom shelf (C3) with 4 washer (D)
and 4 screws (E) by using wrench (G) verify the
alignment and adjust, fully tighten all the screws now.
Step 3: The coffee table is assembled.

Care & Maintenance:
Spills care: Immediately wipe up the spill using a white damp cloth. Repeat process if
necessary until stain is gone. Allow cushion to air dry.
Fabric Care: Hand wash cold, non-chlorine bleach when needed, lay flat to dry. Cool iron if
necessary. Do not dry clean
Resin wicker product care: Before using, clean the product completely with a soft dry towel.
When not in use, wipe free of any dirt or loose objects, wash with a mild solution of soap and
water, rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Do not use strong detergent or abrasive cleaners.
Over time nuts and bolts can loosen. Occasionally, check nuts and bolts on all chairs and
tables, re-tighten if necessary.
Hardware care: Our steel components for garden accessories and furniture are treated with
rust inhibiting paint that protects it from rusting. However, due to the nature of steel, surface
oxidation (rusting) will occur once these protective coatings are scratched. This is not a defect
and thus not covered by the warranty.
Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty:
This limited warranty is extended to the original purchaser and applies to defects in materials
and workmanship of your item provided the item is maintained with care and used only for
personal, residential purposes.
The item is warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1)
year. We don't reimburse for transportation or delivery costs, or compensate the individual or
any outside party for assembling or disassembling the product.
Exclusions:
Items used for commercial, contract, or other non-residential purposes, or items damaged due
to acts of nature, vandalism, misuse, or improper assembly are not covered. Corrosion or
rusting of hardware is not covered. Proof of purchase (dated register receipt) is required for
warranty claims. Warranty is to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any
replacement of warranted items will be in the original style and color, or a similar style and
color if the original is unavailable or has been discontinued. As some states do not allow
exclusions or limitations on an implied warranty, the above exclusions and limitations may not
apply. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary
from state to state.
