Unpack the heater to make sure that all the items are present and that there are no components left in the
box and that the heater head is free from any packing material. Using the detailed drawing and follow the
steps to assemble your heater. Do not connect the heater to the electrical supply until all the assembly is
complete. Do not connect the heater to the electrical supply if any of the components or the power cord is
damaged in any way. If in doubt contact your supplier.
CAUTION
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING SAFETY GUIDELINES BEFORE OPERATION
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children
shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without
supervision.
WARNING: This heater is not equipped with a device to control the room temperature. Do not use this
heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the room on their own,
unless constant supervision is provided.
Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has
been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children
aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user
maintenance.
Caution
-Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given
where children and vulnerable people are present.
-Mount the heater outside or in a large open area and well away from any obstructions such as
branches or where the heater is near any objects that can be affected by heat, such as furniture,
curtains or other inflammable objects (minimum distance 1 meter).
-Do not position immediately above or below an electrical socket.
-The unit must be placed with the clearance of 180cm to the floor and 30cm to the ceiling.
-When the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by authorized agent or other
professional people to avoid danger.
-This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical. Sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
-Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
-Do not use it near bath tubs, wash areas or swimming pools.
-Do not use it in unventilated areas

-Do not use where gas, petrol, paint or other inflammable goods are stored.
-Do not move when connected to an electrical supply and always wait until the patio heater cool down
before storing away.
-Do not touch the heater head when in use.
-Do not leave after turn it on and unattended especially when children or animals are in the vicinity.
-The indication of different positions of switches should be visible from a distance of 1M at least.
-The Marking concerning covering shall be visible after the heater has been installed. It shall not be
placed on the back of heaters.
-The heater must be correctly installed according to the instructions.
-The heater must be securely placed on a horizontal and flat Wall surface.
-The heater will be at high temperature when in use. It keeps hot for a period after shut down.
Potential danger would occur when you touch it during this period.
-Don’t place the heater closed to curtain or other flammable objects. Otherwise there will be a danger
of catching fire.
-Don’t cover the heater with anything when in use or a short time after it is shut down.
-Don’t wrap the power supply cord on the heater.
-The heater must be handled with care, and avoid vibration or hitting.
-The heater must be securely grounded when in use.
-If the heater gets damaged, it must be repaired by professional electricians.
-When assembling, keep away from any board or flammable material.
-The heater must be supervised by adults when it is used by a child.
-It is not safe to install the heater near a swimming pool, in a bathroom or shower area.
-The heater is for household use only. It is not safe to use on a building site, greenhouse, barn or
stable where there’s flammable dust.
-The heater is at high temperature when in use. Unplug the heater and wait until it cools down before
cleaning.
-Don’t use this heater in place where causticity or volatile air exists, such as dust, steam, gas, etc.
-Don’t use this heater as a cloth drier or towel drier.
-Don’t use this heater as a sauna heater.
-Don’t use this heater in place of animal propagating and raising.
-The heater should be plugged in a socket, which is easily visible and reachable.
-Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.
-Do not use this heater with a programmer, timer, separate remote-control system or any other device
that switches the heater on automatically, since a fire risk exist if the heater is covered or positioned
incorrectly.
-Place the heater outside or in a large open area and well away from any obstructions such as
branches or where the heater is close to any objects that can be affected by heat, such as furniture,
curtains or other inflammable objects (minimum distance 1 meter).
-The instruction manual shall provide adequate instructions for connection to the supply ensuring an
equivalent protection!
-If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

Installation
Heater ZHQ1580-BG-WM-RM is built with the best quality components in accordance to the prevailing legal
regulations and certified for safety in use. For best results from the appliance please ensure that the
installation is done by a qualified electrician in accordance with the following instructions and taking full
account of current regulations.
When using the heater, please carefully follow the instructions and recommendations below.
-You could loosen the two M6*10 screws to change the best Angle of heating. Then retighten them.

Installation to Wall
-When fixing the heater to a wall, ensure hinges are in the underside so that the lid hands down in the
open position.
-Minimum required distances:
a) 500mm from the side wall
b) 500mm from the ceiling
c) Installation height above 1.8M
-The heater must be fixed to a wall with the bracket supplied to allow adequate ventilation.
-Never fix or place heater near flammable or combustible materials.
-Generally heaters must be placed at a safe distance (clear space) of at least 2.0m from combustible
materials and glass walls. If installed in workshops or garages where inflammable or combustible
paints are used, the heaters must be installed at a distance of at least 4.0m from the source of
danger.
-If the heaters are placed in areas where spray painting of any description is taking place, they should
not be used during the painting operations.
-Never use the heater in particularly dusty and explosive areas.
Connection to 220-240 Volts Power Supply
-It is important to ensure that the electricity supply is of adequate capacity for the electrical load
required by the appliance being installed.
-These appliances must be earthed.

Assembling Process
Step 1:
Bore four holes in the wall, Hammer the four explosive
bolts M6*50○,1into the wall.
Step 2:
Take off the nuts, the spring locks washers
and the plain washers from four explosive bolts.
Keep them for the next step.
Step3:
Fix the bracket○,2 on the wall.

Step 4:
Tighten the four nuts, the four spring locks washers
and the four plain washers(The parts of explosive bolt
M6*50)with M6 spanner○,7.
Step 5:
Put the heater on the bracket, fix it by three M6*10
screws and three nuts M6 ○,4 , then tighten them.
Complete!

Operation
Connect the power cable to a 13 amp supply which is located in a safe, dry area.
-The switch on the heater is used to control the Heater. When the position mean on the 【ON】, the first
indicator light will be turn red, the heater will be in standby mode. The【OFF】position will turn off the
Heater.
-The panel control:
-Although the patio heater is waterproof, do not use when raining or in wet conditions.
-Never connect the power cable from the electrical supply, when the patio heater is not in use.

Care and maintenance
-When disconnected from the electrical supply, clean the surface of the patio heater with a damp cloth.
Never use corrosive or solvent cleaners or immerse in water.
-Any maintenance or repairs including replacing the halogen tube should only be carried out by a qualified
electrician or by a recommended service center.

Pak de heater uit om ervoor te zorgen dat alle onderdelen aanwezig zijn en dat er geen onderdelen in de
doos blijven zitten en dat het hoofd van de heater vrij is van elke verpakking. Met behulp van de
gedetailleerde tekening volgt u de stappen om uw heater te monteren. Sluit de heater niet aan op de
elektrische voeding totdat de montage is voltooid.
Sluit de heater niet aan op de elektrische voeding als een van de onderdelen of het netsnoer is beschadigd.
Neem bij twijfel contact op met uw leverancier.
WAARSCHUWING
LEES ONDERSTAANDE VEILIGHEIDSEISEN GOED DOOR ALVORENS U HET APPARAAT GAAT GEBRUIKEN
Dit apparaat moet worden aangesloten op een geaard stopcontact.
Voor de installatie of het vervangen van de lamp moet het apparaat altijd worden verwijderd uit het
stopcontact.
Het apparaat mag uitsluitend worden geïnstalleerd in een perfecte horizontale positie.
Aansluiting op 230 Volt stopcontact
Het is belangrijk om ervoor te zorgen dat de elektriciteitsvoorziening van voldoende capaciteit is voor de
elektrische lading die door het apparaat dat wordt geïnstalleerd wordt vereist.
Dit apparaat moet worden aangesloten op een geaard stopcontact.
Dit apparaat kan alleen worden gebruikt door kinderen vanaf 8 jaar en ouder en personen met verminderde
lichamelijke, zintuiglijke of verstandelijke vermogens of gebrek aan ervaring en kennis mits ze onder toezicht
staan of instructies krijgen over het veilig gebruik maken van het apparaat en de gevaren begrijpen van
verkeerd gebruik. Kinderen mogen niet met het apparaat spelen. Reiniging en onderhoud van het apparaat
dient plaats te vinden door een volwassen gebruiker of eventueel een kind onder toezicht.
WAARSCHUWING: Deze kachel is niet uitgerust met een thermostaat. Gebruik deze heater niet in kleine
ruimtes, wanneer deze ruimte gebruikt wordt door personen die niet in staat zijn zelfstandig de ruimte te
verlaten.
Kinderen jonger dan 3 jaar dienen uit de buurt van de heater te blijven, tenzij ze continu onder toezicht staan.
Kinderen vanaf 3 jaar en jonder dan 8 jaar mogen de heater alleen aan / uitschakelen, mits deze is geplaatst
in de correcte positie en ze toezicht of instructie hebben gekregen over het veilige gebruik maken van het
apparaat en begrip hebben van gevaren.
Kinderen vanaf 3 jaar en jonger dan 8 jaar mogen de heater niet inpluggen, reguleren en reinigen.

WAARSCHUWING
Gebruik de heater uitsluitend op een stevige verticale wand waar de beugel in contact is met de
muur.
-Sommige onderdelen van dit product kunnen zeer heet worden en brandwonden veroorzaken.
Bijzondere aandacht moet worden gegeven waar kinderen en kwetsbare mensen aanwezig zijn.
-Monteer de verwarmer buiten of in een grote open ruimte en ver weg van alle obstakels, zoals takken, of
wanneer de verwarmer voorwerpen kan beïnvloeden door warmte, zoals meubels, gordijnen of andere
brandbare voorwerpen (minimale afstand van 1 meter) .
-Gebruik niet direct boven of onder een stopcontact.
-Het apparaat moet worden gemonteerd met een afstand van 180cm van de vloer en 30 cm van het
plafond.
-Als het apparaat beschadigd is, moet het worden gerepareerd door een professionele elektricien.
-Als het netsnoer is beschadigd, moet het worden vervangen door een professionele elektricien.
-Dit apparaat is niet bedoeld voor gebruik door personen (inclusief kinderen) met verminderde fysieke,
zintuiglijke of geestelijke vermogens, of gebrek aan ervaring en kennis, tenzij zij onder toezicht staan of
instructie hebben gekregen over het gebruik van het apparaat door een persoon die verantwoordelijk is
voor hun veiligheid.
-Kinderen moeten onder toezicht staan om ervoor te zorgen dat ze niet met het apparaat spelen.
-Gebruik de verwarmer niet in de buurt van baden, zwembaden of doucheruimte.
-Gebruik niet in ongeventileerde ruimtes
-Gebruik niet, waar gas, benzine, verf of andere brandbare goederen worden opgeslagen.
-Verplaats de verwarmer niet wanneer deze is aangesloten op een elektrische voeding en wacht altijd tot
de verwarmer afgekoeld is voordat u weghaalt of verplaatst.
-Nooit de heater aanraken tijdens het gebruik.
-Laat de heater niet onbeheerd aanstaan vooral wanneer kinderen of dieren in de buurt zijn.
-De aanduiding van de verschillende posities van de schakelaars moet zichtbaar op een afstand van 1 M
tenminste.
-De markering met betrekking tot afdekking zal zichtbaar zijn, nadat de kachel is geïnstalleerd. Het zal
niet op de achterkant van verwarmingstoestellen worden geplaatst.
-De heater moet correct worden geïnstalleerd volgens de instructies.
-De heater moet correct worden geplaatst op een horizontale en vlakke muur oppervlak.
-De heater bereikt hoge temperatuur bij gebruik en blijft warm voor een periode na uitschakeling.
Potentieel gevaar zou optreden wanneer je het aanraakt tijdens deze periode.
-Gebruik de heater nooit in de buurt van gordijnen of andere brandbare voorwerpen. Anders kan er een
gevaar voor brand zijn.
-Dek de heater nooit af, tijdens het gebruik of kort nadat deze is uitgeschakeld.
-Wikkel het netsnoer nooit om de heater.
-De heater moet met met zorg worden behandeld, en trillingen of slaan moet worden voorkomen.
-Als het toestel beschadigd raakt, moet het worden gerepareerd door professionele elektriciens.
-De heater mag alleen onder toezicht van een volwassenen worden gebruikt door een kind.
-Het is niet veilig om de heater te installeren in de buurt van een zwembad, in een badkamer of
doucheruimte.

-De heater is alleen bedoeld voor huishoudelijk gebruik. Het is niet veilig om te gebruiken op een
bouwplaats, kas, schuur of stal waar er brandbare stoffen aanwezig zijn.
-De heater bereikt een hoge temperatuur bij gebruik. Verwijder de stekker uit het stopcontact en wacht
totdat deze voldoende afgekoeld is, voordat u het toestel schoonmaakt.
-Gebruik deze heater niet in de buurt van bijtende of vluchtige lucht, zoals stof, stoom, gas, enz.
-Gebruik deze heater niet als een hulpmiddel bij het drogen van brandbare voorwerpen zoals: kleding,
doeken of als een handdoek droger.
-Gebruik deze heater niet als een sauna verwarming.
-Gebruik deze heater niet in de buurt of als verwarming voor dierlijk teeltmateriaal.
-De heater moet op een goed zichtbare en bereikbare stroomvoorziening worden aangesloten.
-Gebruik deze heater niet in de onmiddellijke omgeving van een bad, douche of een zwembad.
-Gebruik deze heater niet met een programmeur, timer, een aparte afstandsbediening systeem of een
ander apparaat dat het toestel automatisch inschakeld, omdat er brandgevaar bestaat als het toestel is
afgedekt of verkeerd geplaatst.
-Plaats de heater buiten of in een grote open ruimte en ver weg van alle obstakels, zoals takken, of
wanneer het toestel zich in de buurt van voorwerpen bevindt, die kunnen worden beïnvloed door warmte,
zoals meubels, gordijnen of andere brandbare voorwerpen (minimale afstand van 1 meter ).
-De handleiding stelt adequate instructies voor aansluiting op de stroomvoorziening. Gelieve deze
instructies nauwkeurig te volgen.
-Indien het netsnoer beschadigd is, moet het worden vervangen door de fabrikant, of personen met
vergelijkbare kwalificaties om gevaar te voorkomen.

Installatie
De heater WMGT13D is gemaakt met de beste kwaliteit onderdelen, in overeenstemming met de geldende wettelijke
voorschriften, en gecertificeerd voor de veiligheid tijdens het gebruik. Voor het beste resultaat laat u de installatie
uitvoeren door een erkende electricien overeenkomstig de volgende instructies en met volledige inachtneming van de
geldende voorschriften. Bij gebruik van het apparaat dient u zorgvuldig de instructies en aanbevelingen hieronder na te
volgen.
U kunt de M6*10 schroeven losdraaien om de heater in te stellen op de hoek van uw keuze. Draai de schroeven
dan weer aan.

Bevestiging aan de muur
Let er bij het bevestigen van de wandbeugel
aan de muur op dat de kant met 4 gaten
tegen de muur aan komt. Zie de afbeelding.
Minimaal vereiste afstanden:
a) 50cm vanaf de zijwand
b) 50cm van het plafond
c) Installatiehoogte minimaal
180cm
a) De heater moet aan een muur worden bevestigd met de meegeleverde beugel voor voldoende ventilatie.
b) Plaats of repareer de heater nooit in de buurt van brandbare materialen.
c) In het algemeen moeten heaters op een veilige afstand (vrije ruimte) van ten minste 2,0m van brandbare
materialen en glazen wanden worden geplaatst. Bij gebruik in werkplaatsen of garages waar ontvlambare of
brandbare verven worden gebruikt, moet het apparaat op een afstand van ten minste 4,0m van het brandbare
materiaal worden geïnstalleerd.
d) Als de heater wordt geplaatst in een ruimte die wordt gebruikt voor het spuiten van verf, mag het apparaat niet
worden gebruikt tijdens het spuiten.
e) Gebruik de heater nooit op plaatsen met ontvlambaar stof.
Aansluiting op 220-240V stroomvoeding
Verzeker uzelf ervan dat de stroomvoorziening voldoet aan de vereisten van de heater.
De heater moet worden aangesloten op een geaard stopcontact.

Assembling Process
Step 1:
Boor vier gaten in de muur en sla de vier keilbouten M6*50 (1)
met een hamer in de gaten
Step 2:
Verwijder de moeren, de beveiligingsringen en de sluitringen
van de keilbouten. Bewaar ze voor stap 3.
Step3:
Zet de beugel vast aan de muur.
