
8. How To Bypass (Isolate) Zones
• Enter [User Code] [6] to get into isolate mode. The On-Line, Low Batt, AC Fail and On lights will come on.
• Any zone lights that are on indicate that the corresponding zone is bypassed.
• Enter the number of the zone to bypass to toggle it on / off.
• Press [∗] to exit isolate mode.
9. How To Clear Bypasses
• Bypasses are automatically cleared when the panel is disarmed.
• Alternatively enter bypass mode and manually toggle the bypasses for the required zones.
• Press [∗] to exit.
10. How To View Trouble
• If a low battery or AC fail occur then there corresponding lights will light on the keypad.
• If a fail to communicate occurs then the on-line light will flash.
• To see other events that may have occurred see “How To View Memory”
11. How To Clear Trouble
• If an AC fail has occurred check mains wiring / fuse.
• If a low battery fault occurs check the battery voltage and the battery fuse. If the AC has been off
recently, the battery may need to be recharged.
• If a fail to communicate occurs check the phone line wiring.
12. How To Exit From Trouble
• Press [∗] to exit review mode.
13. How To Recognise That The Chime Function (Home Beep) Is On
• When home-armed the keypad will give a beep every time a home-beep zone is tripped. If the home
squawk option is enabled the siren will also give a short burst each time a home-beep zone is
triggered.
14. How To Turn On Chime
• Home-beep zones are defined in the zone programming and can only be turned on / off by entering
programming.
• Enter [Installer Code] [7] [Address of zone for option group 2]. (Addresses start at 224 for zone 1 and
increase by 2 for each zone)
• Press [2] to toggle the home-beep option on / off for that zone.
• Enter the next zone address or press [∗] to exit programming.

16. How To Send Keypad Panic Alarms
• Enter a user code followed by [1] (or press [#] [1]) to send a Panic signal.
• Enter a user code followed by [2] (or press [#] [2]) to send a Duress signal.
• These inputs need to be programmed at addresses 086 and 088. Also check that account codes,
phone numbers, and reporting codes have been programmed.

17. How To Add User Codes
• User codes are added through programming. User code 0 is the master code, and user code 1 is the
installer code. User codes 2 through 7 have full access, and user codes 8 through 15 are arm/ disarm
only.
• Enter [installer code] [7] [Address of the user code] (User code addresses start at 000 for code 0, 004
for code 1, 008 for code 2, etc)
• If a code is already stored in that address it will be shown one digit at a time. The keypad will give a
beep.
• Enter the new code, or press [∗] to enter a new address.
• Press [∗] to exit programming.
