1. The boat will automatically be powered on when launched in water, and can be connected
directly to the remote control.
2. The effective remote distance is up to 50 meters, otherwise the boat will be out of control.
3. The boat can be driven for about 20 minutes.
4. The boat does not have an automatic capsize function, so be careful not to capsize the boat or
hit an obstacle when controlling it.
5. When the boat is operating, make sure there are no weeds and other debris to avoid tying up the
propeller.
6. The navigation rudder needs to be adjusted manually.
7. Low-voltage alarm warning: When the battery runs low, the remote control lights will flash and
sound a “Di di di” alarm. (When the alarm sounds, please sail the boat back immediately to
prevent the boat from running out of power on the way back)
8. As the boat is equipped with an automatic on/off switch, you must lift the boat out of the water
and remove the battery each time after use; and clean it with a dry soft cloth. (Notice: Do not place
the boat in the water with electricity after use)

Maintenance and repair
Welcome to purchase Syma's RC products. To ensure safe and convenient use of this RC boat, please
read this manual thoroughly before operating it, and keep it as a reference for future maintenance
instructions.
1. If the RC boat stops running, you must remove the battery.
2. Avoid exposing the surface of the model to long exposes of sunsight, to prevent paint stripping. Please
clean the model with a dry soft cloth each time after use.
3. If the model is not in use for a long time, please remove the battery to avoid possible damage to the
boat from battery leakage.
1. This product must be used under adult supervision and guidance and is not intended for use by
children under 8 years old.
2. Please keep all small parts of the remote control boat out of the reach of children to avoid
accidents.
3. Do not charge the battery immediately after use. Please wait until the battery cools down.
4. When sailing, make sure that there is no one in the water to avoid injury, and that there is no grass
or debris on the water surface to avoid propeller entanglement, or model damage.
5. Never place any small part of the boat in your mouth as it could cause suffocation.
6. Please keep a safe distance from the high-speed rotating propeller to avoid the risk of strangulation
or cuts.
7. When using or after use, do not touch the motor as it generates heat and could cause burns.
8. When using or after use, do not touch the battery as it may be hot and could cause burns.
9. To ensure the electromagnetic environment of aviation radio stations, it is prohibited to use model
remote controls within a 5,000 meter radius of the airport runway or any other restricted areas where
radio control orders are in effect.
10. Important information is included in the packaging or manual, which should be stored properly.
Notice
!After each use of the model, a dry soft cloth should be used to absorb the moisture in the
hatch to ensure that the hull is dry and clean.

The installation method for the battery is as follows: Open the battery cover on the back of the
remote control, correctly insert two "AA" alkaline batteries (not included, need to be purchased
separately) according to the polarity indication of the battery compartment.

2.2 RC boat diagram
The battery will take about 180 minutes to fully charge. The light on the charger plug will show red
while charging and will go off when finished charging.
BATTERY WARNING:
1.Failure to follow all the instructions may result in serious injury, irreparable damage to the battery,
and may cause a fire,smoke or explosion.
2.Always check the battery’s condition before charging or using it.
3.If the battery has been dropped or shows signs of odor, overheating, discoloration, deformation, or
leakage, the battery should be replaced immediately.
4.Use only the supplied charging cable.
5.The battery temperature must never exceed 60℃(140°F) otherwise the battery could be damaged
or ignited.
6. Never charge on a flammable surface , near flammable products or inside a vehicle ( preferably
place the battery in a non-flammable and nonconductive container ).
7. Never leave the battery unattended during the charging process . Never disassemble or modify the
housing's wiring,or puncture the cells. Always ensure that the charger output voltage corresponds
to the voltage of the battery . Avoid short circuit between the charge leads.
8. Never expose the battery to moisture or direct sunlight, or store it in a place where temperatures
could exceed60℃
9. Always keep it out of reach of children .
10. Improper battery use may result in a fire, explosion or other hazards.
11. Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged . Rechargeable batteries are only to be
charged under adult supervision .
12. Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed.
13. Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
14. The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited. Regular examination of transformer or battery
charger for any damage to their cord, plug,enclosure and other parts and they must not be used until
the damage has been repaired.
15. The packaging has to be kept since it contains important information.

Remote control boat battery installation
1. Twist the cabin knob to the left and lift the cover upwards to open it.
2. Twist the inner hatch knob as directed, and lift the hatch upwards to open.
3. Place the battery into the battery slot in the hull of the boat.

4. Connect the battery to the boat
5. Insert the cover into the hull at an angle.

!Insert the battery into the battery slot on the remote control boat, making sure the
battery connector is properly oriented and not reversed.

!Insert the inner hatch into the inner cabin at a 45-degree angle and push it forward,
button up the inner hatch buckle; then slightly tilt and insert the outer cabin cover into
the hull and latch the buckle.

2.5 Spindle oiling
1. Hold the spindle rubber part and use a wrench to unscrew the locking nuts, then remove
the propellers.
2.Remove the motor by unscrewing the four screws on both sides of the motor.

3. Pull the spindle a short distance towards the bow.
5. Lock the four screws of the motor base.
4. Squeeze an appropriate amount of lubricant into the end of the spindle tube and slowly
rotate and pull it back and forth so that the lubricant is evenly coated on the inner wall of
the spindle tube.

3.1 Pair the remote control with the boat
1. Turn on the power switch of the remote control, the power indicator light will flash, then put the boat into
the water. When the remote indicator light turns solid, it means the pairing is successful.
2. If the indicator light of the remote control keeps flashing, the remote and the boat have not been
successfully paired.

tightly closed.

Navigation Rudder: It can correct the direction of navigation.
If the boat drifts to the left while sailing straight, adjust it by
turning the navigation rudder to the right. And if the boat drifts to
the right while sailing straight, adjust it by turning the navigation

LIMITED 2-YEAR WARRANTY AND FREE LIMITED REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR 2-YEARS
Symatoys.com.cn warrants to the original buyer only that its products will be free from
defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date upon which the product is
shipped, either directly from symatoys.com.cn or from an Authorized Re-seller’s location, to
the buyer.
The following condition's must to be eligible for warranty coverage:
1. During the warranty period product is used as intended by the manufacturer.
2. The Product has not been disassembled or modified.
3. The labels and serial numbers show no signs of tampering or altering.
4. Buyer has a warranty code obtained by registering their product online prior to making a
claim.
EXCEPTIONS: THE LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO:
