ThisinstallationmanualconcernsairhandlingunittypeSAVEVSR150/BmanufacturedbySystemairAB.

Themanualconsistsofbasicinformationandrecommendationsconcerninginstallationofanewrotor

drivebelt.Thenewrotordrivebeltisdeliveredinaplasticbagwiththemanualandanipplethatcanbe

attachedtothebeltinordertoxit.

Thekeytoproperandsafereplacementoftherotordrivebeltistoreadthismanualthoroughly,usethe

unitaccordingtogivenguidelinesandadheretoallsafetyrequirements.

Note:

Ifquickreleaseconnectionsarenotvisible,thentheyarebehindthelterintheextractairchamber(pos4).

Removebracketholdingscrews(pos1),removethebracket(pos2)andpulloutthelter(pos3),then

disconnectquickreleaseconnectionsintheextractairchamber(pos4).

Warning

•Iftheunitismountedwithasidecoverfacingdownwards,donotremovethescrewsintheslots.

Theywillpreventtheheatexchangerfromfallingoutaccidentally.

•Makesurethatsmallchildrenarenotbeneaththeunitwhentheheatexchangerisremoved!

Removetwobrackets(pos2)thatholdtheheatexchangerpackagebyloosening4screws(pos1).

Takeouttheheatexchangerpackage.Rememberitsposition.

Placetheheatexchangerontheatsecuresurfacewiththerotordrivefacingtop.Remove8screws

atthefrontand4screwsatthebackandthen2screwsholdingheatexchangersinordertoremove

sidecasing.

Takeoffheatexchangersidegable(pos1)andremovefaultyrotormotorbelt(pos2).

Placethenewdrivebelt(pos1)aroundbothheatexchangers(pos3)andthebeltpulley(pos2)as

shownintheillustrationsbelow(sideandtopview).Makesurethenewdrivebeltisalignedorelseit

canslipoff.

Remountthesidegable(pos1)andsecureitwiththescrews(pos2,8screwsatthefrontand4screws

atthebackandthen2screwsholdingheatexchangers).

Itisrecommendedtotightenmotordriveholdingscrewslast(pos3).

Important

Rotatetheexchangerbyhand.Checkthatthebeltpulleyrotatesandthebeltdonotslip.

Remounttheheatexchangerpackageinthewayitwastakenout.

Securetheheatexchangerwiththescrews(pos1)andthebrackets(pos2).
