Installation instruction
Cleaning
The diffuser can be cleaned with lukewarm water
and a mild detergent.
Distribution pattern
Turn the nozzles to achieve desired airflow
pattern. The air gap is opened with a screwdriver
or another thin object.
Adjustment
See below description with PER plenum box. The
K-factors in the table below apply to the diffuser
mounted together with plenum box PER.

The K-factors for supply air applies for combination with all Systemair diffusers.
Correct adjustment requires a straight path, 4 x the diameter before the PER plenum box.

Adjustment
Adjust the damper until the pressure meter
shows 21.4 Pa. The airflow is then 25 l/s.
Note! Tighten the screw on the wire to fix the
setting.
Measure the adjustment pressure using the two
transparent hoses.

Mounting instructions
The diffuser is specially designed for mounting in
Gypsum ceiling slabs. By opening a square hole
in the ceiling slab the diffuser back box can be
completely recessed into the opening onto the
metal flange. The flange, which is part of the back
box is used to cover the edges of the opening.
The diffuser is fastened to the duct or plenum box
from the inside of the spigot by screws or pop
rivets.
The front plate with the nozzles is easily
detached from the back box by gently inserting a
screwdriver in openings on the side after which
the two parts are bent apart. In the same fashion
a small extra air gap can be created around the
diffuser.
Distribution pattern
Since each nozzle can be turned individually an
endless variation of distribution patterns can be
achieved. It is also possible to open a small gap
between the front plate and the back box. This
gives the possibility to slightly increase the airflow.

Rengöring
Donet kan torkas av med ljummet vatten och ett
milt rengöringsmedel.
Spridningsmönster
Vrid dysorna för att ställa in önskat spridnings-
mönster. Luftspalten öppnas med hjälp av en
skruvmejsel eller annat smalt föremål.
Injustering
Se nedan beskrivning med trycklåda PER. K-
faktorerna i tabellen nedan gäller för montage
tillsammans med trycklåda PER.

Injustering
Justera spjället med hjälp av spjällreglaget tills
tryckmätaren visar 21,4 Pa. Flödet är då 25 l/s.
OBS! Skruva åt vajerlåset på spjällreglaget när
injusteringen är klar.
Mät injusteringstrycket samtidigt i de båda
genomskinliga plastslangarna.

Monteringsanvisning
Donet är speciellt utformat för montage i gipstak.
Genom att skära ut en kvadratisk öppning i
innertaket kan spridarlådans bakstycke skjutas in
mot den bockade plåtkanten. Spridarlådan fästs
från insidan av anslutningsstosen med hjälp av
skruv eller popnit i kanal eller trycklåda.
Spridarplåten kan enkelt separeras från
spridarlådan genom att försiktigt föra in en
skruvmejsel i urtagen på sidan av spridarplåtens
kanter varefter de båda plåtarna böjs isär. På
samma sätt går det att skapa en spaltöppning runt
om donet.
Spridningsmönster
Eftersom varje dysa kan vridas runt individuellt
kan ett oändligt antal spridningsmönster erhållas.
Den öppningsbara spalten möjliggör ett något
större luftflöde. Se teknisk dokumentation för mer
information.
