For routine cleaning and maintenance of the device please refer to basic
hygiene standard envisaged for these circumstances. The appliance
must be cleaned thoroughly each time it is used.
To clean the device properly, simply follow the steps below with reference
to fig.3:
- Remove the plastic cap (Pos.2), remove the rubber plug (pos.4) and
remove the brush (Pos. 3);
- Carry out a cold disinfection of parts by using disinfectants;
- Pour some isopropyl alcohol on a dry cloth and continue cleaning only
the inside of the glass (Pos.1);
- Reassemble the whole device.







The product is a manual device to clean dental instruments used to
remove the coarse parts of cements, alginates, etc. before the
subsequent cleaning treatments of the sterilization cycle.ODOTTO

To use the device correctly start by pulling out the plastic cap (POS.A). Fill
the container in the circular ring about half way up (POS.B). Pour the
detergent on the brush (POS.C). Take the tools that need to be cleaned
and start brushing them, making coordinated circular up-and-down
movements and vice versa (pay attention to excessive splashes of solvent
when going up). At this stage, each cleaned tool can be placed in the
circular ring at the stand-by stage.
After cleaning the tools you can proceed with the treatments below, part of
the sterilization cycle. Finish by emptying the device and start the full
cleaning stage.


Wear suitable protective clothing. Avoid contact and inhalation
of vapors of the solvent inside. Keep in a cool and dry place.
Keep away from heat sources and direct exposure to light.
Make sure it is firmly closed after using it.







During the cleaning step is necessary to use a detergent
cleaning tools; the tested solvent we recommend to use is
ORANGE SOLVENT, it isn’t however exclude the use of other
types of detergents or disinfectants.





To use the device you must wear suitable protective devices:
- protective gloves;
- suitable protective eyewear;
- suitable protective clothing.
The device is classified as dangerous sanitary waste with the risk of
infection, so the management of disposal of such waste must be carries
out in accordance with regulations
in force in the country where the device is used.
Adequate disposal of equipment no longer used prevents negative
effects on the environment and human health.


Per la manutenzione e pulizia ordinaria del dispositivo è sufficiente far
riferimento alle più elementari norme igienico sanitarie previste in circostanze
del genere, la pulizia completa deve essere effettuata ad ogni utilizzo.
Per pulire in modo corretto il dispositivo è sufficiente seguire le seguenti
operazioni facendo riferimento alla fig.3:
- Togliere il tappo in plastica (Pos.2), rimuovere il tappo in gomma (Pos.4) e
sfilare la spazzola (Pos.3);
- Eseguire una disinfezione a freddo delle parti attraverso l’utilizzo di
disinfettanti;
- Bagnare un panno asciutto con alcool isopropilico, proseguire pulendo solo la
parte interna del bicchiere (Pos.1);
- Riassemblare il tutto come in precedenza.







Il prodotto è un dispositivo manuale per la pulizia di strumenti
odontoiatrici utilizzato per la rimozione delle parti più grossolane di
cementi, alginati ecc… prima dei successivi trattamenti di pulizia del
ciclo di sterilizzazione.ODOTTO

Per un corretto utilizzo del dispositivo iniziare sfilando il tappo in plastica
(POS.A). Inserire acqua sino a metà circa del contenitore nella corona
circolare (POS.B). Versare dall’alto il detergente sulla spazzola (POS.C).
Prendere gli strumenti da pulire ed inziare l’azione di spazzolamento,
compiendo movimenti circolari coordinati con movimenti dall’alto verso il
basso e viceversa (durante la fase di risalita agire con cautela per evitare
schizzi eccessivi di solvente), in questa fase ogni strumento pulito potrà
essere riposto nella corona circolare in fase di stazionamento.
Terminata la detersione degli strumenti si può procedere con i seguenti
trattamenti del ciclo di sterilizzazione. Concludere svuotando il dispositivo
ed iniziare la fase di pulizia completa.

Indossare indumenti protettivi adatti. Evitare il contatto e
l’inalazione dei vapori del diluente interno.Conservare in
luogo ben asciutto e fresco, tenere lontano da fonti di
caloree a riparo dalla luce. Assicurarsi della buona
chiusura dopo l’utilizzo.







Durante la fase di pulizia si rende necessario l’utilizzo di un
detergente per la detersione degli strumenti, il solvente
testato e consigliato per l’utilizzo è il BIO ORANGE SOLVENT,
non si esclude però l’utilizzo di altri tipi di detergenti o disinfettanti.





Per l’utilizzo del dispositivo è necessario indossare gli strumenti protettivi
adatti:
- guanti protettivi;
- occhiali protettivi adeguati;
- vesti protettive adatte.
Il dispositivo è classificato come rifiuto sanitario pericoloso a rischio
infettivo, pertanto la gestione dello smaltimento dello stesso deve essere
eseguita in conformità alle normative vigenti nel paese di utilizzo.
Il corretto smaltimento delle apparecchiature in disuso evita
conseguenze negative per l’ambiente e la salute umana.

