DESCRIZIONE / DESCRIPTION
Ultravapor Clean Machine è una macchina pulitrice a vapore compatta e maneggevole adatta alla pulizia sia
delle unità interne che esterne, delle batterie alettate e delle batterie dei condensatori esterni. È dotata di due
led molto intuitivi che segnalano lo stato della macchina, a led verde acceso Ultravapor è in grado di emettere
un getto di vapore a 120°Ccon una pressione di 4 bar. A led rosso acceso segnala che il serbatoio dell’acqua è
scarico. Grazie alla pratica tracolla è facile da trasportare in qualsiasi situazione, anche in quelle più scomode.
/ Ultravapor Clean Machine is a compact and handy steam cleaning machine suitable for cleaning both internal and
external units, finned tube coils and external condenser coils. It is equipped with two highly intuitive led lights which
signal the status of the machine, when the green led is on Ultravapor is able to emit a jet of steam at 120°C with a
pressure of 4 bar. With the red LED on, it indicates that the water tank is empty. Thanks to the practical shoulder strap
it is easy to carry in any situation, even in the most uncomfortable ones.
Per una buona pulizia di uno split interno Tecnosystemi consiglia di procedere come segue:
1. Scollegare la rete elettrica dello split
2. Smontare la carenatura frontale e rimuovere i filtri
3. Applicare allo split il kit telo di protezione professionale per pulizia delle unità split interne Tecnosystemi
e coprire in modo adeguato le parti elettriche.
4. Applicare lo spray schiumogeno per batterie per unità interne Tecnosystemi
5. Dopo aver fatto reagire il prodotto schiumogeno lavare la batteria con Ultravapor Clean machine facendo
attenzione a non spruzzare su parti elettriche.
6. Utilizzare il pulitore per filtri con spruzzino Tecnosystemi per la pulizia dei filtri
7. Risciacquare i filtri prima di montarli sull’ unità spilt
8. Rimontare i filtri sullo split
9. Rimuovere il kit telo di protezione professionale per pulizia delle unità split Tecnosystemi e rimuovere le
protezioni sulle parti elettriche
10. Versare il detergente per scarico condensa condizionatori Tecnosystemi
11. Rimontare la carenatura dello split
12. Pulire esternamente lo split ed il telecomando della macchina con spray igienizzante superficie Tecnosystemi
13. Assicurarsi che tutti i componenti dello split siano asciutti
14. Ridare tensione allo split
15. Accendere lo split e spruzzare il deodorante per unità split Tecnosystemi sui filtri
PROCEDURA DI PULIZIA / CLEANING PROCEDURE
To clean an internal split system well, Tecnosystemi recommends proceeding as follows:
1. Disconnect the electricity supply of the split system
2. Disassemble the front housing and remove the filters
3. Apply to the split system the Tecnosystemi professional protection sheet kit for cleaning internal split units and
adequately cover the electrical parts.
4. Apply the foaming spray for Tecnosystemi indoor unit coils
5. After allowing the foaming product to react clean the coil with Ultravapor Clean machine being careful not to spray
the electrical parts.
6. Use the cleaner for filters with the little Tecnosystemi spray for filter cleaning
7. Rinse the filters before fitting them on the split system
8. Re-assemble the filters in the split system
9. Remove the Tecnosystemi professional protection sheet kit for cleaning internal split units and remove the protections
covering the electrical parts
10. Pour in the detergent for Tecnosystemi air conditioner unit condensation draining
11. Re-assemble the housing of the split system
12. Clean the outside of the split system and the machine remote control with Tecnosystemi surface sanitizer
13. Ensure that all the split system components are dry
14. Power the split system again
15. Tun the split system on and spray the Tecnosystemi split unit deodorant onto the filters

Ultravapor Clean Machine ha un sistema di controllo di pressione ad alta sensibilità di temperatura

Ultravapor Clean Machine has a high temperature sensitivity pressure control system which is capable of
delivering steam at 120°C. The boiler is made of die-cast aluminium, is robust and particularly quick to reach the
operating temperature.

Nota / Note:
Verificare che non ci sia acqua residua nel boiler prima di aggiungere altra acqua. Rimuovere l’acqua residua
dopo aver terminato l’utilizzo e pulire il boiler. In caso contrario, potrebbero formarsi cumuli di calcare che
possono ostruire l’erogazione del vapore nel lungo termine. / Check that there is no residual water in the boiler
before adding more water. Remove residual water after use and clean the boiler. Otherwise limescale build-up may
form which can obstruct steam spraying in the long term.

Assicurarsi che il boiler sia pieno d’acqua e che la valvola di sicurezza sia ben stretta prima di attivare l’alimentazione.
Ensure that the boiler is full of water and that the safety valve has been tightened properly before activating the
power supply.
Inserire la spina nella presa e attivare l’interruttore di alimentazione. Se l’alimentazione è attiva, la spia rossa si
accenderà. / Insert the plug in the socket and activate the power switch. If power is active the red warning light will come on.
Non toccare i componenti di alimentazione con le mani bagnate / Do not touch the power components
with wet hands
Non utilizzare spine, prese e cavi di alimentazione rotti. / Do not use plugs, sockets or power cables that
are broken.
Quando siaccendela spiaverde,significa cheil vapore èpronto. Ingenere,sono necessari5-6 minutidall’accensione.
Il tempo finale dipende dalla quantità di acqua che è stata versata.
Tenere con la mano la pistola a vapore e spostare in avanti il tasto del vapore. Il vapore uscirà direttamente. È
possibile erogare automaticamente il vapore ruotando il blocco vapore verso destra durante l’utilizzo. All’inizio del
ciclo, verrà erogata una piccola quantità di acqua. Non utilizzare per pulire tappeti, tessuti per stirare ecc.
La pistola contiene il tasto regolatore del vapore. Regolare la quantità di vapore da erogare in base alle proprie
necessità. Per utilizzi prolungati, è possibile ruotare il blocco vapore verso destra; il vapore fuoriuscirà senza
che sia necessario tenere il dito sul pulsante . Per arrestare il flusso, basta ruotare l’interruttore verso sinistra.
Nel caso in cui la macchina rimanesse incustodita, fermare l’erogazione del vapore e ruotare il blocco vapore verso
destra .
La macchina è dotata di una spia verde che si accende quando la pressione ha raggiunto i 4 bar.
La prima volta, verrà erogata una piccola quantità di acqua, derivante dalla condensa che si è formata nel tubo.
Non allentare la valvola di sicurezza durante l’uso o quando l’alimentazione è attiva, altrimenti
verranno erogati vapore caldo e acqua
La spia rossa che si accende indica la mancanza d’acqua. Dopo l’uso, disattivare l’alimentazione. Per prima cosa,
premere la valvola di sicurezza, quindi ruotare per aprirla.
Effettuare i passaggi nuovamente i passaggi sopra indicati per ripetere l’utilizzo.
ALIMENTAZIONE / POWER SUPPLY
FUNZIONAMENTO / OPERATION
Metodo di pulizia del boiler: aggiungere dapprima una piccola quantità di acqua nel boiler, scuotere quindi con
forza la macchina utilizzando entrambe le mani, quindi rimuovere completamente l’acqua. Si raccomanda di
ripetere l’azione sopra indicata, in caso di acqua ad alto livello di impurità. / Boiler cleaning method: first add a
small amount of water to the boiler, then shake the machine vigorously using both hands, then remove the water
completely. We recommend repeating the above mentioned action if the water has a high level of impurities.
Per ottenere il vapore ideale, assicurarsi di riempire con 0,3 - 0,8 litri di acqua. Utilizzare le tacche nel dosatore.
/ To obtain the ideal steam make sure you fill the machine with 0.3 - 0.8 litres of water. Use the markers on the
measuring jug.
Stringere la valvola di sicurezza quando si è riempito con acqua. / Tighten the safety valve when you have filled
it with the water.
Non versare altri liquidi, eccetto l’acqua pulita / Do not pour in any other liquids apart from clean water

Se il vapore non è stato erogato del tutto, aprire la valvola di sicurezza fino a che non si raffredda, quindi
rimuovere l’acqua residua. / If the steam has not been fully dispensed, open the safety valve until it cools, then
remove the residual water.
Attenzione: sussiste il rischio di ustioni quando l’acqua viene rimossa, in quanto è ancora bollente

Per pulire l’esterno della caldaia utilizzare solo panni morbidi non lavare con acqua corrente / To clean the
outside of the boiler only use soft cloths, do not clean with running water

CONSERVAZIONE E PULIZIA / STORAGE AND CLEANING
RISOLUZIONE DEI PROBLEMI / PROBLEM SOLVING
When the green warning light comes on it means that the steam is ready. In general 5-6 minutes are required after
switching on. The final time depends on the amount of water that has been poured in.
Hold the steam spray gun in your hand and move the steam button forwards. The steam will come out directly.
IT IS possible to automatically spray the steam by turning the steam lock to the right during use. At the start of the
cycle a small amount of water will be sprayed. Do not use for cleaning carpets, fabrics for ironing etc.
The steam spray gun contains the steam regulator button. Adjust the amount of steam to disperse according to your
needs. For prolonged use it is possible to turn the steam lock to the right;
the steam will come out without you needing to hold your finger on the button. To stop the flow just turn the switch
to the left.
In the event that the machine is left unattended stop the steam dispersal and turn the steam lock to the right .
The machine is fitted with a green warning light that comes on when the pressure reaches 4 bar.
The first time a small amount of water will be sprayed, due to the condensation that is formed in the tube.
Do not loosen the safety valve during use or when the power is activated otherwise hot steam and
water will be sprayed
The red warning light which comes on indicates low water level. After use de-activate the power. First of all press the
safety valve then turn it to open it. Repeat the steps above to repeat the use.

Alla fine della sua vita utile il prodotto non deve essere smaltito insieme ai rifiuti urbani. Può essere
consegnato presso gli appositi centri di raccolta differenziata predisposti dalle amministrazioni
comunali, oppure presso i rivenditori che forniscono questo servizio. Per rimarcare l’obbligo di smaltire
separatamente gli elettrodomestici, sul prodotto è riportato il marchio del contenitore di spazzatura
mobile barrato.
At the end of its useful life, the product must not be disposed of with household waste. It can be deposited at
a dedicated recycling centre run by local councils, or at retailers who provide such a service. To highlight the
requirement to dispose of household electrical items separately, there is a crossed-out waste paper basket
symbol on the product.
La garanzia ha durata di 1 (uno) anno a decorrere dalla data di consegna indicata sul d.d.t (bolla). E’ prevista altresì
l’estensione d’ufficio, a titolo gratuito, per il secondo anno (due anni complessivi di garanzia) con decorrenza sempre
dalla data indicata nel d.d.t di consegna (bolla).
L’azienda fornitrice garantisce la qualità dei materiali impiegati e la corretta realizzazione dei componenti. La garanzia
copre difetti di materiale e di fabbricazione e si intende relativa alla fornitura dei pezzi in sostituzione di qualsiasi
componente che presenti difetti, senza che possa venir reclamata alcuna indennità, interesse o richiesta di danni.
La garanzia non copre la sostituzione dei componenti che risultano danneggiati per:
• trasporto non idoneo;
• installazione non conforme a quanto specificato in questo manuale di installazione uso e manutenzione;
• la non osservanza delle specifiche tecniche di prodotto;
• quant’altro non riconducibile a vizi originari del materiale o di produzione a condizione che il reclamo del cliente
sia coperto dalla garanzia e notificato nei termini e modalità richiesta dal fornitore, lo stesso si impegnerà, a sua
discrezione, a sostituire o riparare ciascun prodotto o le parti di questo che presentino vizi o difetti.
The warranty is valid for 2 (two) years from the delivery date indicated on the delivery note / waybill.
The supplier company guarantees the quality of the materials used and the correct construction of the components. The
warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing defects and refers to the supply of spare parts of any components
featuring defects, without any compensation, interest or claim for damages.
The warranty does not cover the replacement of components damaged due to:
incorrect transportation;
installation not compliant with that specified in this installation, use and maintenance manual;
non-observance of product technical specifications;
Anything else that is not linked to original faults of the material or production provided that the
customer complaint is covered by the guarantee and a claim is made within the time limit and
in the way requested by the supplier, the same supplier will commit, at their own discretion,
to replace or repair any product or part of product showing signs of faults or defects.
