NOTE!Forlithium-ionbatteries,overchargingisnotaproblem.Lithium-ionbatteriesdonotneedtobefullydischarged
beforebeingrecharged.Chargingthebatterybeforefullydischargedwillnotcauseprematurelossoffunction.Lithium-
ionbatteriesaredesignedforoperatingenvironmentsfrom0ºCto60ºC/32ºFto140ºF.Notethattheenvironmental
temperatureandtheoperatingtemperaturearenotnecessarilythesame.Thehigherthetemperatures,thefasterthe
discharge.Whenyoudonotintendtousethetransmitterforalongerperiodoftime,werecommendthatyouremovethe
batteryfromthetransmitter.Thetransmitterusescurrentevenwhenbeingturnedoff.Leavingthebatteryinthe
transmittermayaffectthebatterylifespan.Improperlongtermstorageoflithium-ionbatteriescanreducetheireffective
life.Newlithium-ionbatteriesshouldbestoredinalocationwithambienttemperaturesbetween20ºCto38ºC/70ºto
100ºFata40%stateofchargeorlower.Afteruse,batteriescanbestoredathigherchargelevels.Afteralongerperiod
ofstorage,werecommendrechargingofbatteriespriortobeingplacedbackintoserviceoruse.Batteriesstoredincold
environmentsmayneedtobestabilizedwithinnormaltemperaturerangespriortorecharginganduse.Batteriescanbe
replacedwhentheyarenolongercapableofholding80%oftheiroriginalcapacity.Usersshouldconsiderhowfrequently
anoldbatteryisrechargedcomparedtowhenitwasnew.Werecommendthatyoucheckwithyourrepresentativeifyou
needfurtherdetails.

screws.
2.Useascrewdrivertounscrewthe4screws.Removethefrontencapsulationbyhand.Turnthe
transmitteraround,sothatthebuttonsfaceup.
3.Useascrewdrivertounscrewthescrewinthemiddleofthetransmitter.Liftthecircuitboard
upbyhand.
4.Thebatterypackisplacedbehindthecircuitboard.Removethebatterybyhand.
