Thank you very much for selecting the Terraillon Glass Body Fat Analyzer WEB COACH FIT�
Please read this section carefully to familiarize yourself with features and operations
before using the unit�
The warning signs and the sample icons shown here are listed in order for you to use
this product safely and correctly as well as to prevent product damage, risk and injury
to you or others�

CARE AND MAINTENANCE Indicate matters in which the possibility of damage
may happen as a result of incorrect handling and
improper maintenance�
PRECAUTION WARNING
•Do not use the scale on subjects who have body implants such as pacemaker,
articial limbs, contraceptive devices, metal plates or screws. It may cause the
devices to malfunction or produce an inaccurate result�
•When in doubt, please consult your physician�
•Do not disassemble the scale as incorrect handling may cause injury�
IMPORTANT FOR USERS
•Make sure use only the type of battery stated (see “Section Insert the Battery”)�
•Body fat percentage estimates will vary with the amount of water in the body, and
can be affected by dehydration or over-hydration due to such factors as alcohol
consumption, menstruation, illness, intense exercise, etc�
•Do not use on pregnant women� The result is inaccurate�
•For body fat and body water estimates, subject must always be barefoot�
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
1� Do not disassemble the scale other than replacing the battery; it contains no
user serviceable parts�
Damage to the scale may occur as a result of improper handling�
2� Remove battery when the scale is not used for a prolonged period of time�
3� Clean the scale after use with a dampened cloth� Do not use solvents or
immerse the unit in water�
4� Avoid excessive impact or vibration to the scale, such as dropping it onto the
floor�

1� Insert the batteries (4xAAA), LCD will shows “8888”, then shows “0�0kg”�
2� Download the Terraillon Wellness Coach application�
If you cannot nd the app on Google Play from your Android smartphone, send
us an email to serviceconsommateurs@terraillon�fr with the model name of your
smartphone�

3� Once the app is installed on your smartphone, create your account by following
the different step below�
• Screen 1: Click on « Create an account » if it’s the rst time you use the app or log
you in to access to your dashboard�
• Screen 2: Enter your email address (1 address for 1 account� You can’t use one
email address for multiple accounts)� Choose your password and repeat it�
• Screen 3: Enter your rst name and your last name.
• Screen 4: Enter your date of birth�
• Screen 5: Select or enter your weight, height and waist measurement�
• Screen 6: Select a photo for your prole (optional).
• Screen 7: The app summarizes all your information� If you have made a mistake,
click on the arrow on the top left to go back to the previous step� If everything is
correct, check the boxes and click on nish.

4� Turn on Bluetooth on your Smartphone (Setting > Bluetooth > ON)�
5� Hold the “UNIT” button on the back of the scale to start pair-up�
6� In the app, follow the different screens below�
• Screen 1: Open the lateral menu�
• Screen 2: Click on Synchronize my devices�
• Screen 3 & 4: Click on Start synchronization then app searches your device
(20 seconds)
• Screen 5 & 6: Once the app has detected your device, click on synchronize�
The device is paring�
• Screen 7: Click on Bind my account
• Screen 8: Select a prole number which is not used by an other member
(from 1 to 8)�
• Screen 9: Enter your name and Conrm.
• Screen 10: Your device is paired� Click on Access my data to go back to the
dashboard� If fail, E1 is displayed on the screen�

7� It’s important to bind your account with the scale for automatic recognition of
user during weighing� You can pair the scale with 8 smartphones maximum� To do
that, just repeat steps 2 to 6 on an other smartphone and select another pro le
number� To bind an other user on the same smartphone, please log in with the
other user account and repeat steps 4 to 6. Then select another pro le number.
Before you  rst weighing, please select your pro le number on the scale.
1. Place the scale on a hard,  at surface.
2� Please make sure your Wellness Coach app is opened on your smartphone and
Bluetooth is active� If not, the scale will save the data until next Bluetooth connection
(10 records per user)�
3. If it’s your  rst weighing, call your user pro le number by pressing UP or DOWN when
the scale is off. The LCD displays your pro le and your user number blinks. Press SET
to con rm your user number.
4� Step on the scale� It will automatically switch on as you step on the platform
barefooted�
5� The scale shows the weight of the body, otherwise the scale will go to off mode
automatically after 10s�
6. After the weight is stable, the  ashing “BIA” means that the scale is measuring the
body composition�
7. If two pro les have a similar weight, the scale will ask you to con rm your pro le
number. On the scale, press the UP if you pro le number is the one on the left or
press DOWN if your pro le number is the one on the right. On the below example, if
you are pro le 3, you have to press the left arrow. Note: If 3 or 4 users have the same
weight, screen is changing to display 2x2 users� If it occurred error or it can’t identify
the user, it will display the present weight and turn off�
8� The symbol remains  xed on the screen, that means that the connection with
the app is done� If it blinks, please be sure that, on your Smartphone, your Wellness
Coach app is open and the Bluetooth is on� The symbol blinks on the screen and
disappears� It means that the data has been transmitted to the app� If the symbol
remains on the screen, it means that data transmission has failed� The data is saved
in the scale (10 records per user)�

Lo appears on the screen, when batteries are low and need to be changed� To
change the batteries, open the battery cover on the back of the scale unit� Remove
used battery and insert new ones� Batteries should be removed and replaced by
adults only� Only use recommended batteries or those of the same or equivalent
type� Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of different types� Batteries are to
be inserted with the correct polarity�
DO use a wet soft cloth, dipped into water and wrung out, to wipe the dirt� Then use a
dry soft cloth to dry up the device� DON’T use propellant, abrasive or other chemicals
Dispose of used batteries in a designed container so that they can be collected and
recycled� Do not mix different types of batteries� Do not mix new and used batteries�
After life, dispose of this product at a designated waste recycling point�
This scale is guaranteed against defects in materials or manufacturing for 2 years�
During this period, any such defects will be repaired free of charge (proof of purchase
must be shown in the case of a complaint under warranty)� The warranty does not
cover damage resulting from improper use or negligence. In the event of a claim,  rst
contact the shop where you purchased your scale�
Overload: remove weight immediately�
Battery failure: replace it�
Impedance measurement error�
If the symbol blinks, it means the connection with the app is not effective�
• Please be sure that, on your Smartphone, your Wellness Coach app is open and the
Bluetooth is on�
• The range between the scale and the smartphone should be reasonably close,
from 1 meter to 10 meters�

Weight is a useful indicator but not sufcient to monitor your health. Weight change in itself
does not indicate whether it was the weight of body fat or muscle that had changed� In
weight management, it is desirable that muscle mass be maintained while body fat is lost�
Thus, monitoring the percentage fat of the body is an important step toward successful weight
management and body health�
The optimal %BF of an individual varies according to age and gender�
