Dealer Assembly Setup Guide

Caution: boom and main frame are
connected by the battery wire. Move both
pieces together so the battery wire does not
get damaged.
Look through entire setup guide before
beginning. Some steps do not need to be done in
a particular order.

1Using caution to not stress wires,
insert boom to desired length and snug
boom pinch bolts to secure boom.

2Secure the battery with the additional
safety strap.

3Apply cable guide to bottom side of left
outrigger.

Mount speed sensor on computer sensor
bracket.
Refer to Step 6 for proper wire routing.
Install magnet on spoke.
Align magnet and marking on speed sensor.
Ensure speed sensor wire is clear of
brake rotor and any steering parts that
could cause damage.

Attach computer mount to left handlebar.
Refer to Step 6 for proper wire routing.
Mount Bosch computer and secure.

Route wires according to diagram.
Using the cable housing guide under the center
lug of the frame secure excess wires with
ziptie.

The E.V.O. chain tubes and mounts are
to be congured as shown below.

-Charge the battery pack completely.

-Complete the trike assembly.
