tion therapy in one wearable device. From performance prep to post-workout
relief to overall wellness, there is something for everyone. Proprietary lightweight
motors along the calf enhance warm-up and improve recovery.
Intended Use
The RecoveryPulse Calf Vibration Device is intended to help reduce soreness
and enhance mobility, focusing on the calf. This wearable vibration device is also
intended to increase blood flow to help reduce symptoms commonly associated
with acute muscle pain.

EN Getting started
Put on your wearable device
Step 1
1. Find the tag with the circular Therabody logo on your
calf sleeve. It should land in the center of the shinbone
facing forward once the sleeve is properly placed (See
image). The battery pocket should be on the right side
of the tag, on the outside of your right leg or the inside
of your left leg.
2. Slide your left or right leg into the sleeve, pulling up
steadily and gently.
3. Make sure the sleeve is placed correctly: circular
Therabody logo tag is centered on your shinbone facing
forward and the battery pocket should be on its right.
The vibration therapy units should be at the back of your
leg, centered in your calf muscle.

combination of material, integrated motors, and compression help keep you feeling your best.
4. Insert the battery in the pocket. Make sure the golden connectors are facing down and
the Therabody logo on the battery faces outwards.
5. Firmly press the button below the battery for 2 seconds to turn on the vibration therapy.
6. Press the button again to cycle through our different vibration therapy modes.
7. Firmly press the button again for 2 seconds to turn off the device.

Using the RecoveryPulse Calf
Vibration Device
1. Wear the RecoveryPulse Calf Vibration
Device on either the right or left calf. You will
know the sleeve is on correctly when the logo
is facing up and out. (See Figure 1).
2. Once in a comfortable position, turn ON the
integrated vibration motors by firmly pressing
and holding the button for 2 seconds.
3. Press the button again to toggle through the
range of vibration frequencies. Adjust the
vibration frequency as needed.
4. To turn OFF the RecoveryPulse Calf
Vibration Device, firmly press and hold the
button for 2 seconds.

Cleaning Instructions:
1. Remove the battery before washing.
2. Place the RecoveryPulse sleeve in the provided
laundry bag and machine wash on delicate
mode with temperatures below 30ºC/80ºF.
3. After washing, lay flat to dry. Do NOT machine
dry the RecoveryPulse sleeve. Note: Make sure
the RecoveryPulse sleeve is completely dry
before re-inserting the battery.

Charging
• The RecoveryPulse Calf Vibration Device is USB-C enabled.
• The RecoveryPulse Calf Vibration Device includes a Therabody USB-C to USB-A cable.
• You can plug the device into any standard USB adapter.
• The USB port is located in the right side of the battery pack and is accessible by removing the battery
from the sleeve pocket.
• The battery level is indicated in the LED indicator of the battery:
• Red: low charge, blue: mid charge, green: fully charged.
• When charging, the LED will flash to indicate it is properly connected and will turn solid
green when complete.
• You can always check the battery level by inserting the battery in the sleeve and tapping the
power button once.
Note: Make sure the charger is from a certified manufacturer and it has not suffered any structural damage.
The device will not work while charging.

Vorgesehene Verwendung
Das RecoveryPulse Calf Vibration Device ist dazu bestimmt, Schmerzen zu reduzieren und die Mobilität
zu verbessern, wobei es sich auf die Waden fokussiert. Dieses Vibrationsgerätsoll auch die Durchblutung
erhöhen, um die Symptome zu reduzieren, die häufig mit Unannehmlichkeiten wie die einer Tendinitis und
akuten Muskelschmerzen verbunden sind.

Erste Schritte
Ziehen Sie den Sleeve an
Schritt 1
1. Suchen Sie nach dem Etikett mit dem runden
Therabody-Logo an Ihrem Sleeve für die Wade.
Ein richtig platzierter Sleeve sollte bis zur Mitte des
Schienbeins reichen und nach außen zeigen (siehe
Abbildung). Das Akkufachsollte sich auf der rechten
Seite des Etiketts, auf der Außenseite Ihres rechten Beins
oder auf der Innenseite Ihres linken Beins befinden.
2. Schieben Sie Ihr linkes oder rechtes Bein in den Sleeve
und ziehen Sie ihn gleichmäßig und vorsichtig nach oben.
3. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Sleeve richtig platziert
ist: Das runde Therabody-Logo Etikett sollte sich in
der Mitte des Schienbeins befinden und nach vorne
zeigen, und das Akkufach sollte rechts davon sein.Die
Vibrationstherapie-Motoren sollten an der Rückseite
Ihres Beins, mittig zum Wadenmuskel, aufliegen.

Schritt 2
Feel the Difference.®Jeden Tag.
Ob zwischen den Workouts oder zur allgemeinen Entspannung: Atmen Sie tief durch und verwöhnen Sie
sich mit dieser Kombination aus Material, integrierten Motoren und Kompression, damit Sie sich immer topfit
fühlen.
4. Setzen Sie den Akku in das dazugehörige Fach ein. Achten Sie darauf, dass die goldenen Anschlüsse
nach unten zeigen und das Therabody-Logo auf dem Akku nach außen zeigt.
5. Halten Sie die Taste unter dem Akku 2Sekunden fest gedrückt, um die Vibrationstherapie
einzuschalten.
6. Drücken Sie die Taste erneut, um aus verschiedenen Vibrationstherapiemodi zu wählen.
7. Halten Sie die Taste 2Sekunden lang fest gedrückt, um das Gerät wieder auszuschalten.

Verwendung des RecoveryPulse Calf
Vibrationsgeräts für die Waden
1. Legen Sie das RecoveryPulse Calf Vibration Device
entweder an der rechten oder linken Wadean. Der
Sleeve sitzt dann richtig, wenn das Logo nach oben
und außen zeigt. (siehe Abb.1).
2. Nehmen Sie eine bequeme Position ein und schalten
Sie die integrierten Vibrationsmotoren ein, indem Sie
die Taste 2Sekunden lang fest gedrückt halten.
3. Drücken Sie die Taste erneut, um durch den Bereich
der Vibrationsfrequenzen zu scrollen. Passen Sie die
Vibrationsfrequenz nach Bedarf an.
4. Um das RecoveryPulse Calf Vibration Device
auszuschalten, halten Sie die Taste 2Sekunden lang
fest gedrückt.

Reinigungshinweise:
1. Entfernen Sie vor dem Waschen stets den Akku.
2. Legen Sie den RecoveryPulse-Sleeve in den
mitgelieferten Wäschebeutel und waschen Sie
ihn im Feinwaschgang bei nicht höher als 30°C.
3. Nach dem Waschen zum Trocknen flach
hinlegen. Der RecoveryPulse-Sleeve
NICHT in der Maschine trocknen. Hinweis:
Stellen Sie sicher, dass der RecoveryPulse-
Sleevevollständig trocken ist, bevor Sie den
Akku wieder einsetzen.

Aufladen
• Das RecoveryPulse Calf Vibration Device ist USB-C-fähig.
• Das RecoveryPulse Calf Vibration Device enthält ein Therabody-USB-C-auf-USB-A-Kabel.
• Sie können das Gerät an einen beliebigen Standard-USB-Adapter anschließen.
• Der USB-Anschluss befindet sich auf der rechten Seite des Akkus und ist zugänglich, indem der
Akku aus dem Sleeve-Fach entnommen wird.
• Der Akkustand wird in Form einer LED-Anzeige angezeigt:
• Rot: niedrige Ladung, Blau: mittlere Ladung, Grün: volle Ladung.
• Beim Aufladen blinkt die LED-Leuchte, um anzuzeigen, dass das Gerät
ordnungsgemäß angeschlossen ist, und leuchtet nach Abschluss grün.
• Sie können den Akkustand jederzeit überprüfen, indem Sie den Akku in das dazu
vorgesehene Fach einsetzen und einmal auf den Ein/Aus-Schalter tippen.
Hinweis: Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Ladegerät von einem zertifizierten Hersteller stammt und keine
strukturellen Schäden aufweist. Das Gerät lässt sich während des Ladevorgangs nicht verwenden.

Commencer
Enfiler votre jambière
Étape 1
1. Trouver l’étiquette avec le logo circulaire Therabody sur
votre jambière. Elle doit être positionnée au centre d tibia,
face vers l’extérieur, une fois la jambière correctement
positionnée (voir l’image). La poche de la batterie doit se
trouver sur le côtédroit de l’étiquette, à l’extérieur de votre
jambe droite ou à l’intérieur de votre jambe gauche.
2. Faire glisser votre jambe gauche ou droite dans la manche,
en tirant doucement et régulièrement vers le haut.
3. Assurez-vous que la jambière est correctement
positionnée: l’étiquettecirculaire du logo Therabody
est centrée sur votre tibia, face vers l’extérieur, et la
poche de la batterie doit être sur sa droite. Les unités de
thérapie par vibration doivent être à l’arrière de votre
jambe, centrées sur le muscle de votre mollet.

Que vous l’utilisiez entredeux séances d’entraînement ou pour vous soulager de manière générale, inspirez
profondément et offrez-vous un moment de détente pendant que l’ensemble des matériaux, des moteurs
intégrés et de la compression vous aident à vous sentir au mieux de votre forme.
4. Insérer la batterie dans la poche. Assurez-vous que les connecteurs dorés sont orientés vers le
bas et que le logo Therabody sur la batterie est orienté vers l’extérieur.
5. Appuyer fermement sur le bouton situé sous la batterie pendant 2 secondes pour activer la
thérapie par vibration.
6. Appuyer à nouveau sur le bouton pour faire défiler nosdifférents modes de thérapie par vibration.
7. Appuyer à nouveau fermement sur le bouton pendant 2 secondes pour éteindre l’appareil.
