Weight : 15 kg
Motor :
Ref. 7184 : Single Phase 220 V –500 W
This little settling tank is heated (a thermostat
under the tank controls the temperature) and has
two removable strainers.
This pre-filtering unit is used to collect honey as
it comes out of the extractor.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
CAUTION : Before connecting the appliance to a power supply, make sure that your electric
installations comply with current standards (differential circuit breaker protection, earth
wire, etc.).
Check the supply voltage.
Before using the unit for the first time, clean it to remove any residual metal shavings or
filings.
Do not heat when the tank is empty, over heating may deteriorate the honey.
If you don’t use a pump, the outlet siphon (1) (8) must always be in a vertical position.
Do not let Cleanomel heat without a constant debit (for example, at night).
This equipment is made to work with a constant level of honey.

ASSEMBLY
The Cleanomel is positioned at the extractor’s outlet and can be combined with an uncapping tank
and a spin-dryer.
Fitted with 2 removable strainers (2), the machine is available in 2 versions:
- With a pump (Ref. 7184): float switch (3) for an automatic suction.
- Without a pump (Ref. 7186): fitted with a siphon and a guillotine style honey tap (4).
Heating the tank’s bottom allows a quick climb of micro-impurities which have not been held back
by the 2 strainers.
Cleanomel can easily be moved thanks to its 2 transport handles (5).

First use:
CAUTION: This settling tank is fitted with a heat variation controller (6). This is not a thermostat;
the values are just indications and do not stand for temperatures.
Plug in the machine.
For a good settling, we advise you to start to use Cleanomel with 15 or 20 kilos of honey.
Switch on heating.
As soon as honey has reached the ideal temperature (from 30°C to 40 °C), adjust the heat
variation controller (6) between 1 and 2.
The indicator light (7) indicates the machine is heating.
Turn the controller (6) off to stop cycle.
Twist the protection… …then insert on the handle.
