Pressure release valve
The safety cap (1) is equipped with a pressure release valve.
When the pressure inside the water tank (4) reaches its maximum level, the valve
automatically releases pressure and steam escapes from the openings on top of
the safety cap (1). If this happens, check that the hose (5) is not twisted or kinked.
This will stop once pressure level inside the water tank (4) decreases to suitable
levels.
WARNING! Danger of scalding. Steam may escape from the pressure
release valve during and after use.
