General Description
The HF-640S intercom station for outdoor use is
designed to operate in conjunction with the TOA fully
electronic exchange, which features a built-in
microcomputer with a memory for stored program
control. The station can communicate with a designated
master station in the system. In addition to intercom-
munication, there are several other functions designed
into the system.
The station is equipped with a calling switch which
can either activate a call bell, chime or other
equipment, or which can initiate a call to a pre-
programmed station.
The HF-640S has an in-use lamp and is fitted with
volume controls to adjust microphone sensitivity and
speaker output level. The front panel of the HF-640S
is made of stainless steel. The YC-150/YC150E flush-
mounted back box and the YS-13 surface-mounted
back box are available as optional accessories for
easy installation.

Architects and Engineers Specifications
The intercom door station shall be TOA model
HF-640S. The station shall provide a calling switch
and an in-use lamp. Volume controls for adjustment
of the microphone sensitivity and speaker output level
shall be built in the station. The front panel of
HF-640S shall be stainless steel. The flush-mounting
back box shall be TOA model YC-150/YC150E and
the surface-mounting back box shall be model YS-13.
