(2)Serviceand Maintenance must bedonecorrectly.
Weusesometubeand insulatingtapetoholdsomeconnectorand harness inordertoavoidfallingdownand
short circuit.Soyouhavetoputback assameasinitialcondition.
When youask repair toTOMEY,pleaseinformdetail conditionandsymptoms.And ifyou changesomesetting,
pleaseput back itassameasinitialcondition.
(3)Afteryou finishServiceand Maintenance,you must checksafetyandfunction.
Pleasecheck all screwsandconnectorsareputback assameasinitialcondition.Andchecksomescrapiron
doesnot remaininsideofboard.
Afteryoufinishrepair, pleasecheckfunction.

(1) LCD doesnot illuminated, when powerswitchturnsON.
Cause1: LowpowerofLithium-ion buttery.
[Countermeasure]>>Check the powerofbuttery. Ifit islow,connectACadopter.
Cause2:Incorrect connection
[Countermeasure]>> Check theconnectionofall harnessthatisconnectedtoMainboard(792-010A).
Cause3: DefectiveMainboard.
[Countermeasure]>>ReplaceMainboard(792-010A).
Cause4: DefectiveLCD.
[Countermeasure]>>ReplaceLCD(E20-0026).
(2) Nothingisdisplayedonmonitor.
Cause1: Brightness controlvolumeisturntominimum.
[Countermeasure]>>Adjustthisvolume.
Cause2: Incorrect connection ofLCD.
[Countermeasure]>>Check the connection betweenLCD (E02-0022)andMinboard (792-010A),
Cause3: DefectiveLCD.
[Countermeasure]>>ReplaceLCD (E02-0022).

against foreyeball ortest piece.
Cause6: DefectiveMainboard.
[Countermeasure]>>Check theMainboard (792-010A)andifthere isaproblem, replaceMainboard.
(4) Measurement dataisnotprinted out.
Cause1: Paperjamming.
[Countermeasure]>> Check theconditionofpaper. Ifit isjamming, removejammingpaperfromoutlet side
andsetpaperincorrect position.
Cause2: DefectiveMembraneswitch.
[Countermeasure]>>Check the Membraneswitch(792-021A). Ifit isbroken, replaceMembraneswitch.
Cause3: DefectivePrinter.
[Countermeasure]>>Check theThermalprinter(E20-0026). Ifit isbroken, replaceThermalprinter.

3. Parts, Parts list andHow to disassemble.
A) Open “1. Cover, printer” andremove “2.Printer, Paper”.
Note:When you removeprinterpaper, it shouldnot bepulledfrominlet part.
Itwill hart printerandbecauseofdefection ofprinter.
You shouldcut printerpaperfrominlet part and,pull remainsfromoutlet side.
B) Remove “1. Cover, printer” withpushingsupport part towardtoinside.
C) Remove “3.Stand, rear” withpushingsupport parttowardtoout side.
D) Remove “4.Self-bindingscrew” and remove “5.Batterycover,Assy”.
E) Remove “6.Lithium-ion battery” withpullingconnectorpart.(Don’t pull harness).
F) Remove “7. Dust cap”.
