Automatic switch off:
The Tower Air Fryer has a built in timer, which will automatically shut down the Air Fryer when
the timer reaches zero and will also beep at the same time. You can manually switch off the
Air Fryer by turning the temperature and timer knob anti-clockwise to zero.
Air Fryer Drawer Safety Switch:
For your safety, this air fryer contains a safety switch in the drawer designed to keep it from
accidentally turning on when the frying pan is not properly situated inside the appliance and
the timer is not set. To use the air fryer, please ensure that the pan is inside of the air fryer, is
fully closed and that the cooking timer has been set.
Removing the frying pan:
The pan can be removed fully. Pull on the handle to slide the pan out from the Air Fryer.
Using the Air Fryer:
1. Place the Air Fryer on a stable, horizontal and even surface. Do not place the Air Fryer
on non-heat resistant surfaces.
2. Connect the power cord to the mains socket.
3. Put the grill into the pan and insert it into the Air Fryer. Do not ll the pan with oil or any
other liquid when pre-heating.
4. Pre-heat the Air Fryer for 4 minutes when it is cold and if there are not ingredients
inside. After warming up, carefully pull the pan out of the Air Fryer. The Air Fryer will
stop heating after the pan is pulled out.
5. Place the ingredients in to the pan, and then place the pan back into the Air Fryer.
6. Note: Never exceed the ll line while putting food into the Air Fryer pan.
7. Select the correct timing and temperature for the ingredients. See the Reference Table
for cooking and temperature times.
8. To start the Air Fryer, turn the timer dial to the required time.
Note: If the Air Fryer has not been pre-heated, add 3 minutes onto the required time setting.
9. The power light and heat indicator light will come on, and the timer will begin counting
down the set cooking time.
10. During the cooking process the heat indicator light will cycle on and off as it maintains
the set temperature.
11. Some ingredients may require shaking or turning in the pan during cooking. Check
the reference table for notes. To shake/turn ingredients, pull the pan out of the Air
Fryer using the handle and shake the pan or turn the ingredients (using a heat resistant
utensil: tongs or spatula) before sliding it back into the Air Fryer.
WARNING! DO NOT touch the body of pan during cooking time or before it has cooled
down. Only touch the handle of the pan to avoid injury.
12. When cooking is nished, the timer bell will ring. Pull the pan out of the Air Fryer using
the handle and place it on a heat-resistant surface.
13. If the food is ready, serve. To remove large ingredients, pull out the pan out of the air
fryer by the handle and use a pair of heat resistant tongs to lift the food out. For small
ingredients (e.g. fries), pull out the pan by the handle and pour the food into a bowl or
plate.
