Easy troubleshooting
1. Restart your router by turning it o using the power-button, waiting
5 sec and turning it on again.
2. Troubleshoot using the routers lights using the guide seen above
(check your berconverter or cablemodem too).
3. Problems with wi: try connecting an ethernet cable from the router
to your computer. If this xes the problem something is wrong with the
wireless network. A common reason for this is that wi has
been turned o using the wi-button. Or that something in the routers
surroundings or a close neighbour’s wi is interfering with the signal.
4. If the problems remain, try bypassing the router (if you have a
cablemodem your need to release your IP-address, contact us and
we’ll help you). Use the ethernet cable between your router and
berconverter/cablemodem. Instead of having your router connected,
connect a computer instead. Restart the computer. If internet works
now the problem is in your router.
INTERNET is orange when the
router’s internet-port is connected
but no internet service is available.
