Prior to first use, inspect all parts of the steamer to make sure all parts are intact. The steamer must not
be used if it has been dropped, if there are visible signs of damage to the body or cord or if it is leaking.
DANGER - any appliance is electrically live even when the switch is off.
To reduce the risk of death by electric shock always unplug this steam mop from the electrical outlet
immediately after using and before cleaning.
Do not reach for an appliance that has fallen in to water. Unplug it immediately.
Do not immerse or let appliance to be soaked in water. Do not use while bathing or in the shower.
This appliance is not a toy and should not be used by children. Close supervision is necessary when this
appliance is used near children, or individuals with certain disabilities. Unsupervised use could result in
fire or personal injury.
Never pull on the cord to disconnect from the electrical outlet; grasp plug and pull to disconnect.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not disassemble or attempt to repair the appliance; take it to a
qualified service person for examination and repair, or call the appropriate toll free number in this
manual. Incorrect reassembly or repair could cause a risk of fire, electric shock, or injury while steaming.
To reduce the likelihood of circuit overload, do not operate another high wattage appliance on the same
circuit.
Use this appliance only for its intended use. Do not use attachments not specified in this manual.
If an extension cord is absolutely necessary, a cord with a 15 ampere rating should be used. A cord rated
for less amperage can result in a risk of fire or electric shock due to overheating. Care should be taken to
arrange the cord so that the cord cannot be pulled or tripped over.
Burns can occur from touching steam output vents, hot water, or steam. Do not hold your hand in front
of steam.
Do not direct steam at people, animals, plants or clothes while they are being worn.
While steam is being emitted, this appliance may cause burns if it is used too close to the skin, scalp or
eyes, or if it is used incorrectly. To reduce the risk of contact with hot water emitting from steam vents,
test appliance before each use by holding it away from body.
Ensure the steam mop is properly assembled before use.
Do not place the appliance in the same spot for more than 10 seconds to avoid damage from heavy
heating.
Do not touch the bottom of the appliance during operation.
Do not tilt or turn the appliance over when in use. Only use on flat, horizontal surfaces.
Do not fill the water tank with hot water or corrosive cleaning agents. Distilled water is strongly
recommended.
Do not use on any unsealed hard floor surfaces. Additionally, on surfaces that have been treated with
wax or some no-wax floors, the sheen may be removed by the heat and steam action. It is always
recommended to test an isolated area of the surface to be cleaned before proceeding. We also
recommend end that you check the use and care instructions from the floor manufacturer.

1. Attach the Handle to the Handle Bar:
Press down on the circle release button located on the
bottom of the handle and slide the handle in to the
handle bar until the release button locks into place.
2. Attach the Handle Bar in to the Main Body:
Press down on the circle release button located on the
bottom of the handle bar and slide the handle bar in to
the main body until the release button locks into place.
3. Make sure the release button is securely locked into
place.
4. Attach the Steam Head:
Slide the bottom of the the main
body on to the steam head joint
until it locks into place.
5. Attach the microfiber mop
pad by lining up the Velcro
attachments & triangular
shape.
6. Line up the triangle steam
head with the carpet glider and
press the steam mop in to the
carpet glider.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: ASSEMBLY
NOTE: As part of our Quality Assurance testing process, there may be water droplets in the
water tank and filter. Please disregard the residue.

Plug in the appliance. Since this is a powerful 1500 watt appliance, please
make sure your outlet and circuit can handle the wattage.
Press the Power Button. The indicator lights will turn red, it indicates
preheating. If the lights does not illuminate, please check the
"troubleshooting" section for more details.
The appliance warm-up time is 25seconds. When steam mop is ready to
steam the indicator lights will turn blue.
Adjust the level of steam to your desired amount. Max is suggested for
heavy duty tile and carpet. Min is suggested for fabricated and/or coated
surfaces such as vinyl or laminate.

1. Remove the Water Tank
Press down on the water tank
release button and gently remove
the water tank.
Remove any plastic wrappings &
dispose properly.
2. Open the silicone tank cap
and fill the tank with the
provided water cup. Distilled
water is highly
recommended to prolong
the life of your steamer

silicone tank cap and secure it
back to the main unit

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: START UP
NOTE: Upon first use of this steam mop or first use of a new water filter, the pump may make a
knocking sound while the filter fills with water. This sound is normal and may last up to one
minute. Leave the unit on while water fills the filter and tank and the knocking sound will
subside and the steam mop will emit steam.

NOTE: Please Power OFF and unplug the unit
before performing the following steps

accessory, align the small
arrow indicator on that piece

Then turn that accessory
clockwise to lock it into place.
4. To begin cleaning, power on
the device and wait for the
LED indicator to turn blue.
Once the device is ready,
press/hold trigger button
located under the handle and
the steaming process will
start. To stop, release the
trigger button.
5. If you'd like to change the
accessory attachment during
any stage of cleaning, please
wait 6 minutes until the
accessory attachment and main
adapter has cooled down.
Detach the handle and
mop head by pressing the
circle release buttons and
gently pulling the parts
apart.

The Microfiber mop pads are machine washable.
Wash with warm water and detergent of your choice.
Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
Lay flat to dry.

CLEANING THE MICROFIBER MOP PADS
After each use, once the steam mop is cooled down, empty the water tank and clean the external
surface of the steam mop with a damp cloth.
Use the cord wrap to safely & securely wrap & store the power cord.
Remove the mop pad and wash it following the instructions below.
Store you steam mop in a dry area.

Prepare a solution of 1/3 white distilled vinegar and 2/3 tap water and add to the water tank.
Plug in the cord and turn on the steam mop.
Let the steam mop produce steam until the vinegar/water solution runs out.
Repeat the above procedure as needed until a normal steam flow rate is achieved.
Fill the water tank with distilled water to clean.
Run the distilled water until it runs out.

WARNING
Do not leave the appliance unattended during the descaling process and/or while in use.
Make sure your steam mop is cooled
down before attempting to replace the
filter.
Press the water tank button and remove
the water tank from main body.
Pull out the filter until it is released from
the main body.
Place the new filter securely in to the
main body of the steam mop.
It is recommended that the water filter is
changed every 6 months

One Year Limited Warranty
True & Tidy warrants to the original purchaser of Brand New True & Tidy branded device or
accessories shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use ( as
instructed in True & Tidy’s device user manual) for a period of one (1) year from the date of
purchase from True & Tidy or its authorized resellers.
If such a defect arises and a return authorization request is received by True & Tidy within the
applicable Warranty Period, True & Tidy will, at its choice and to the extent permitted by law,
either (1) repair the defective Product at no charge, using a new or refurbished replacement
parts or (2) replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product. In the event of
such a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies.
Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law. Any
replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or
thirty (30) days, whichever is greater, or for any additional period of time that may be required
by applicable law.

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, True & Tidy shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect,
special or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, resulting from any
breach of express or implied warranty or condition or under any other legal theory, even if True & Tidy has
been advised of the possibility of such damages. True & Tidy warranty and liability is only limited to
replacement of the defective item.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This Limited Product Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the True & Tidy branded
Product that was purchased from True & Tidy directly or True & Tidy ‘s authorized reseller. Without
limiting the foregoing, the Limited Product Warranty does not apply to any (a) True & Tidy products
and services other than the Brand New True & Tidy branded products which are purchased directly
from True & Tidy or from True & Tidy‘s authorized reseller, (b)non- True & Tidy products, even if
included or sold with a Product, including, without limitation, any counterfeit products, (c) products
that are, or True & Tidy reasonably believes to be, stolen, (d) consumables (such as cleaning pads). This
Limited Product Warranty does not apply to third party products or accessories, including but not
limited to products with the “Made for True & Tidy” or “Works with True & Tidy” logos or advertising.
This Limited Product Warranty does not apply to a product or part of a product that has been replaced,
repaired, serviced, altered, refurbished or modified by anyone who is not authorized by True & Tidy,
nor does it apply to any cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents. In addition, this Limited
Product Warranty does not apply to damage or defects caused by (a) use with non- True & Tidy
products such as non- True & Tidy steamer liquid; (b) accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, flood, fire,
earthquake or other external causes; (c) normal wear and tear or aging of the product such as
discoloration of product; or (d) operating the product (i) outside the permitted or intended uses
described by True & Tidy under True & Tidy‘s Product User Manual , (ii) not in accordance with
instructions provided by True & Tidy, or (iii) with improper voltage or power supply, water or other add-
on products.
No True & Tidy, authorized reseller, distributor, agent, reseller, or employee is authorized to make any
modification, extension or addition to this Limited Product Warranty. If any term contained herein is
held to be illegal, void or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not
be affected or impaired.
