ASSEMBLING CABINET
1. Place the back (1) on a protected surface.
The bottom flange should be facing upward.
2. Attach the left side (2) and right side (3) to the back
by placing flange around the back and bolting the
back and sides together with seven bolts and nuts
on each side. Be sure that the lances (4) on all shelf
adjustment strips point in the same direction.
(See Figure 1)
3. To help hold the sides in position, insert the shelf (5)
into the top position of the shelf adjustment strips,
inserting the shelf edges into the lances on all four
shelf adjustment strips. Be sure that the channeled
edge of the shelf is toward the cabinet front.

4. Attach the top (8) to the unit by sliding the outer
flange over the back of the unit and the side flange
on the side panel of the unit. The threaded studs
should go through the holes in the top flange of the
side and fasten with three nuts. Attach the back to
the top using four bolts and nuts. (See Figure 3)
5. Attach the sill (6) to the two holes on each side
of the cabinet bottom. Flange faces upward.

6. Place the bottom (7) in the bottom lances of the
shelf adjustment strips. The flange with two holes
should face the front, and it should hang over the
sill. Bolt to the sill with two bolts and nuts.
(See Figure 5)
7. Set the unit upright and attach a coat rod bracket
(18) beneath the left side of the cabinet shelf by
inserting one bolt through the hole in the left edge
of the shelf. Secure with a nut. Attach the right
bracket in the same way. Slide the coat rod (17)
through holes in the brackets. (See Figure 6)
8. Attach the doors (9) and (10) to the unit by placing
the door on the hinges, aligning the holes, and
using a hammer to tap the hinge pins (11) into
place with the side of a screwdriver. (See Figure 7)
NOTE: If having issues with doors aligning, it
may be due to cabinet not sitting level. Use
included nut driver to adjust leveling feet in
bottom front two corners. Nut driver should
insert through inside of cabinet down into feet
and adjust as needed.

ATTACHING HANDLE
1. Place the door handle (13) on the right hand door
and fasten with two slotted bolts and lockwashers.
(See Figure 8)
2. Turn the handle to the open position (parallel to the
ground) and hook the lock bars (12) to the locking
cam (14). (See Figure 9)
3. With the handle still in the open position, place the
locking cam (14) over the square shank of the door
handle. The locking cam must be facing downward
as shown. (See Figure 9)
4. Hold the lock bars in position while sliding the lock
bar guides (16) over the ends of the lock bars and
through the door slots. (See Figure 9)
5. Place the cotter pin (15) through the hole of the
square shank. (See Figure 10)

ENSAMBLE DEL GABINETE
1. Coloque el panel posterior (1) sobre una superficie
protegida. La pestaña inferior deberá mirar hacia
arriba.
2. Fije el panel lateral izquierdo (2) y el panel lateral
derecho (3) al panel posterior colocando la
pestaña por detrás y uniendo la parte posterior y
los laterales con siete tornillos y tuercas en cada
lado. Asegúrese de que las lancetas (4) de todas
las tiras de ajuste de las repisas apunten hacia la
misma dirección. (Vea Diagrama 1)
3. Para ayudar a mantener los laterales en posición,
inserte la repisa (5) en la posición superior de las
tiras de ajuste de las repisas, insertando los bordes
de la repisa en la lanceta de las cuatro tiras de
ajuste de las repisas. Asegúrese de que el borde
acanalado de la repisa quede hacia la parte
delantera del gabinete. (Vea Diagrama 2)
4. Fije el panel superior (8) a la unidad deslizando
la pestaña exterior por detrás de la unidad y la
pestaña lateral en el panel lateral de la unidad.
Los remaches roscados deberán insertarse en los
orificios de la pestaña superior del lateral y fijarse
con tres tuercas. Una el panel posterior al superior
usando cuatro pernos y tuercas. (Vea Diagrama 3)
5. Coloque la base frontal (6) en los dos orificios de
ambos lados de la parte inferior del gabinete. La
pestaña mira hacia arriba. (Vea Diagrama 4)

6. Coloque la parte inferior (7) en las lancetas inferiores
de las tiras de ajuste de las repisas. La pestaña
con dos orificios debe mirar hacia delante y debe
colgar por encima de la base frontal. Fije la base
frontal con dos pernos y tuercas. (Vea Diagrama 5)
7. Coloque la unidad en posición vertical y fije un
soporte de vara para abrigos (18) por debajo del
lado izquierdo de la repisa del gabinete insertando
un perno a través del orificio del extremo izquierdo
de la repisa. Fije con una tuerca. Coloque el
soporte derecho de la misma manera. Deslice la
vara para abrigos (17) a través de los orificios de los
soportes. (Vea Diagrama 6)
8. Coloque las puertas (9) y (10) en la unidad
colocándolas en las bisagras, alineando los
orificios y usando un martillo para insertar los
pasadores de la bisagra (11) en su lugar con el
lateral de un destornillador. (Vea Diagrama 7)
NOTA: Si tiene problemas con la alineación
de las puertas, podría ser debido a que el
gabinete no está nivelado. Utilice la llave
de tuercas incluida para ajustar el nivel de
las patas en las esquinas frontales inferiores.
Debe insertar la llave de tuercas por adentro
del gabinete hasta las patas y ajustar cuanto
sea necesario.

COLOCACIÓN DEL ASA
1. Coloque el asa de la puerta (13) sobre la puerta
derecha y fíjela con dos pernos ranurados y
rondanas de seguridad. (Vea Diagrama 8)
2. Gire el asa a la posición de abierto (paralela al
piso) y fije las barras de seguridad (12) a la leva
con seguro (14). (Vea Diagrama 9)
3. Con el asa todavía en la posición de abierto,
coloque la leva con seguro (14) sobre el vástago
cuadrado del asa de la puerta. La leva con seguro
debe mirar hacia abajo como se muestra. (Vea
Diagrama 9)
4. Sostenga las barras de seguridad en posición
mientras desliza las guías de las barras de
seguridad (16) sobre los extremos de las barras de
seguridad y a través de las ranuras de la puerta.

5. Coloque el pasador de chaveta (15) a través del
orificio del vástago cuadrado. (Vea Diagrama 10)
