General information
The UC-HL2 Launcher is a pneumatic launcher that uses projectiles that are
designed to clean the inside of hoses, tubes and pipe that may be newly
produced or already operational ones. The projectiles arepowered by
compressed air (5.5-7.5 bar). A 360°Rotary Plug creates an proper airflow and
non-fatigue operator use. The Safety Release Bar locks the faceplate into a
closed position for firing after loading the launcher with the projectile.

In combination with available kits a range of diameters of hoses and pipes up to
2” can be cleaned. For collecting the pollution and used projectiles a simple
container or a projectile verification system are optional as well.

Safety instructions
Before starting to use the UC-HL-2 launcher do read the operation
instructions and take care of the safety precautions as indicated.
Use eye-protection
Hoses, tubes and pipes should be free and clear of internal blockages,
clogs, and obstructions before firing a Ultra Clean Projectile. Blockages,
clogs or obstructions could cause the projectile to become lodged or
stuck in the product being cleaned. The compressed air firing the Ultra
Clean Projectile into the hose, tube or pipe could back fire and cause an
injury to the operator and damage to the launcher
Do not fire the launcher in direct contact with any bodyparts. Do not
point the launcher, hoseor piping in the direction of people.
Collect the projectiles and pollution that come out of the hose or piping in
a suitable container like the UC-PC Projectile Catcher Bucket.
Utilize only the UC-projectiles meant to be used with the UC-HL2
launcher.
The UC-HL2 Launcher has not been developed for operation by hand in
a continuous process. (The BM versions are designed for that
application)
The vibration-level does not exceed the 2.5 m/s2 level.
Guarantee
Ultra Clean Technologies Corp has manufactured the UC-HL 2 launcher with
outstanding quality materials and production methods. Guarantee for any
production fault is limited to replacement or repair of the launcher or parts of the
launcher for 12 months after purchasedate (date of purchase receipt).
Ultra Clean Technologies Corp will reject all claims related to misuse or
modification of the launcher.

Air Requirements
•80 PSI–5.5 bar minimum to 110 PSI–7.5 bar maximum
•1/2”ID air hose
•5 micron filter and regulator with gauge are strongly suggested!
To begin operation, the UC-HL2 Launcher needs to:
♦have a 1/2”ID air line connected to a filtered air source of 80 psi –5.5 bar
minimum and 110 psi –7.5 bar maximum.
Ultra Clean Technologies Corp supplies a full flow quick disconnect coupling
that must be used connecting the ½” I.D. air hose to the UC HL2 Launcher.
♦have a selected nozzle inserted into the face plate.
♦have an Ultra Clean Projectile loaded in the nozzle.
AIR SOURCE
The UC-HL2 Launcher is supplied with a1/2” quick release coupling (Fig #1) to
ensure proper airflow and a unique 360-degree rotary plug for non-fatigue
operator use. The recommended minimum air pressure is min 80 psi –5.5 barto
110-psi-7.5 bar max. The air pressure must not exceed 110 psi–7.5 bar. The
air source can be a compressor or suitable nitrogen filled gas bottle (Never use
Oxygen!). It is strongly recommended that the air line and any connection from
air source to the launcher must be no less than 1/2” ID. The airor inert gas such
as nitrogen should always beregulated to the correct pressure andfiltered to
assure contaminant free air.
SAFETY RELEASE BAR
Push the top of the safety release forward (Fig #2) and then down (Fig #3)to
release the faceplate.DO NOT DEPRESS THE TRIGGER
NOZZLE
Drop the face plate downand select a suitable nozzle and adapter ring for the
application.The adapter ring, if needed, snaps into the face plate first. Now you
can slide the nozzle into the adapter ring. (Fig #4) DO NOT DEPRESS THE
TRIGGER
PROJECTILE
Select the projectile from our sizing charts located on pages 19 through 22. Insert
the recommended Ultra Clean projectile into the nozzle. (Fig #5)
CLOSING THE FACEPLATE
Again, push the topof the safety release bar forward and then down. Close the
faceplate and confirm that the safety release bar locks the faceplate into position.

SAFETY RELEASE BAR IN LOCKED AND READY TO FIRE POSITION
The safety release bar and faceplate must always be in the locked position prior
to firing the UC-HL2 Launcher. (Fig #7) Failure to secure faceplate and safety
release bar in the locked position may cause serious injury to the operator
and or damage to the launcher
OPERATION
Place the hose, tube or pipe against the nozzle to insure a good air tight seal.
(Fig #8) Be sure the hose, tube or pipe is clear and free ofinternal blockages,
clogs and obstructions.
Depress the trigger. Keep the trigger depressed until the projectile exits the hose,
tube or pipe that you are cleaning.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR -PROBLEMSOLVING
The UC-HL2 Launcher is designed for long-life use. To be sure that the
launcher can be operated without risks, carry out simple inspection and
cleaning before use.

At the end of the life-cycle of the launcher the equipment has to be disposed
according to the local legislation. For detailed information contact your supplier.

Algemene informatie
Het UC-HL2 pistool is een pneumatisch pistool dat projectielen gebruikt die zijn
ontwikkelt om de binnenzijde van een slang, pijp of buis te reinigen, eventueel nieuw al
dan niet gebruikt. De projectielen worden voortgestuwd door geperste lucht ( 5.5 –7.5
bar). Een 360 graden draaiende plug zorgt voor een juiste luchtstroom en langdurig
gebruik. Het veiligheid ontgrendeling mechanisme houdt de afdekring in een gesloten
positie voor het schieten nadat het pistool is geladen met een projectiel.
In combinatie met beschikbare koffers, kunnen series diameters van slagen en pijpen to
50 mm gereinigd worden. Voor het opvangen van vuil en gebruikte projectielen is een
emmer of een projectielen verificatie systeem tevens een optie.

Veiligheidsinstructies
Voor gebruik van het UC-HL-2 pistool de gebruiksaanwijzingen aandachtig
doornemen en neem veiligheidsmaatregelen zoals aangegeven
Gebruik oog bescherming
Slangen, pijpen en buizen moeten vrij van interne blokkades, verstoppingen en
belemmeringen zijn alvorens het afvuren van een UltraClean projectiel.
Blokkades, verstoppingen en belemmeringen kunnen een mogelijke oorzaak
zijn voor het vast raken van een projectiel in de buis, slang of pijp. De geperste lucht
dat de UltraClean projectiel voortduwt in de slang, buis of pijp kan terugkaatsen en
mogelijk de gebruiker verwonden en het pistool beschadigen.
Gebruik het pistool niet als deze in aanraking is met lichaamsonderdelen. Richt
het pistool, slang, buis of pijp niet in de richting van personen.
Verzamel de projectielen en vuil die uit de slang, pijp of buis komen in een
doorvoor geschikte container zoals de UC-PC emmer.
Gebruik de UC projectielen die alleen geschikt zijn voor het UC-HL2 pistool
Het UC-HL 2 pistool is niet ontwikkeld voor handmatig gebruik bij seriematige
reinigingsprocessen. ( de BM series zijn voor deze toepassingen ontwikkeld)
Het trilniveau overschrijdt niet het 2.5m/s2 niveau.
Garanties
Het UC-HL2 pistool van UltraClean Technologies Corp is van buitengewone kwaliteit en
ontwikkeld met behulp van uitgekiende productie methoden. Garanties voor elke
productiefout is beperkt tot vervanging of reparatie alsmede onderdelen van het pistool
gedurende 12 maanden tot aankoopdatum (bewijs aankoop)
UltraClean Corp verwerpt elke bezwaar verwijtbaar door verkeerd gebruik of wijzigingen
aangebracht aan het pistool.

Luchtdrukvereisten

Om de procedure te starten moet het UC-HL2 pistool:
•een 12,7 mm binnendiameter aangesloten op een gefilterde luchtbron van 80
PSI-5.5 bar minimaal en 110 PSI-5,7 bar maximaal. Ultra Clean Technologies
Corp levert een FFQDC die gebruikt dient te worden met de 12,7 mm ID
luchtslang gekoppeld aan het UC-HL2 pistool.

Luchtbron
Het UC-HL2 pistool is uitgerust met een 12,7 mm doorsnede snel te verwijderen
koppeling om een constante luchtstroom te garanderen en een unieke 360 graden
roteerden plug voor langdurig gebruik (Fig #1). De aanbevolen minimale luchtdruk is 80
PSI –5.5. bar tot maximaal 110 PSi-7.5 bar. De luchtdruk mag niet meer zijn dan
110 PSI –7.5 bar. De luchtbron kan een compressor of een geschikte nitrogen
gevulde gasfles zijn. ( GEBRUIK NOOIT ZUURSTOF) Het wordt sterk aanbevolen de
luchtweg en elke andere verbinding van de luchtbron naar het pistool niet kleiner is dan
12,7 mm binnendiameter. Het lucht of gas zoals Nitrogen moet altijd gereguleerd
worden tot de juiste druk en worden gefiltreerd om zeker te zijn van een niet vervuilde
lucht.
Veiligheid Verwijder Mechanisme
Druk de bovenzijde van de SRB naar voren ( Fig #2) en druk vervolgens naar onderen
(Fig #3) om de afdekring te ontgrendelen. DRUK DE TREKKER NIET IN
Mondstuk
Laat de afdekring zakken en selecteer een geschikt mondstuk alsmede een adapter ring
voor de toepassing. De adapter ring, wanneer noodzakelijk, klikt in de afdekring. Nu kan
het mondstuk in de adapter ring geplaatst worden. (Fig #4) DRUK DE TREKKER NIET

Projectiel
Selecteer de projectiel met behulp van onze tabel die u kunt vinden op pagina 19 tot en
met pagina 22. Plaats de aanbevolen UltraClean projectiel in het mondstuk. (Fig #5)
Sluit de afdekring
Druk opnieuw de SRB naar voren en vervolgens naar onderen. (Fig #6) Sluit de
afdekring en zorg ervoor dat de SRB de afdekring in de juiste positie zet. DRUK DE
TREKKER NIET IN

SRB is gesloten en klaar voor gebruik
De SRB en de afdekring moeten altijd in de gesloten positie zijn alvorens gebruik UC-
HL2 pistool. (Fig #7) Het niet vergrendelen van de afdekring en de SRB in de juiste
positie kan de gebruiker ernstig letsel veroorzaken en of schade toebrengen aan het
pistool.
Gebruik
Plaats de slang, buis of pijp tegen het mondstuk en voorkom dat er geen lucht vrijkomt.
Zorg ervoor dat de slang, buis of pijp vrij zijn van interne blokkades, verstopping of
belemmeringen. (Fig #8) Druk de trekker in. Houd de trekker ingedrukt tot het projectiel
de slang, buis of pijp heeft verlaten.
Onderhoud en Reparatie-probleemoplossing
Het UC-HL2 pistool is ontworpen voor langdurig gebruik. Om er verzekerd van
te zijn dat het pistool gebruikt kan worden zonder risico’s , dient een
eenvoudige controle en reiniging voor gebruik toegepast te worden.

In geval van storing neemt u contact op met uw leverancier. Breng geen
aanpassingen aan het pistool aan. Elke aanpassing die door andere personen
worden aangebracht dan die door Ultra Clean Technlogies Corp als bevoegd
worden aanmerkt vallen niet onder de garantie.

Demonteren/ Verwijderen
Aan het einde van de levensduur van het pistool moeten de onderdelen verwijderd
worden volgens lokale wetgeving. Voor verdere details kunt u contact opnemen met uw
leverancier.

Yleistä
UC HL 2-laukaisin on paineilmatoiminen laukaisin, jolla puhdistetaan uusia tai jo
käytössä olevia letkuja ja putkia laukaisemalla niiden läpi puhdistuspanoksia.
Panokset liikkuvat paineilman vaikutuksesta (5,5 -7,5 bar). 360 astetta kääntyvä
liitin sallii tarvittavan ilmavirtauksen ja estää käyttäjää väsymästä. Turvallisuutta
lisäävä lukitusvipu lukitsee etulevyn paikalleen laukaisua varten, kun panos on
ladattu.

Erilaisia varustesarjoja käytettäessä laukaisimella voidaan puhdistaa putkia ja
letkuja joiden halkaisija on enintään 2 tuumaa (50 mm). Epäpuhtaudet ja käytetyt
panokset voidaan ottaa talteen esimerkiksi yksinkertaiseen säiliöön tai panosten

Turvallisuusohjeet
Lue käyttöohjeet ja huolehdi eritellyistä turvatoimista, ennen kuin aloitat
UC-HL-2-laukaisimen käytön.
Käytä suojalaseja.
Letkuista ja putkista täytyy poistaa kaikenlaiset tukokset ja esteet, ennen
kuin Ultra Clean -panos laukaistaan. Jos puhdistettavassa esineessä on
tukos tai este, panos saattaa jäädä siihen kiinni. Paineilma, jolla Ultra
Clean -panos laukaistaan letkuun tai putkeen, saattaa antaa takapotkun,
jolloin käyttäjä voi loukkaantua tai laukaisin vaurioitua.
Älä laukaise laukaisinta mitään ruumiinosaa vasten. Älä suuntaa
laukaisinta tai letkuja ja putkia ihmisiä kohti.
Kerää panokset sekä letkujen ja putkien mukana tulevat epäpuhtaudet
niille soveltuvaan säiliöön, kuten UC-PC-panoskeräimeen.
Käytä vain UC-HL2-laukaisimeen tarkoitettuja UC-panoksia.
UC-HL2-laukaisinta ei ole suunniteltu jatkuvaan käsikäyttöön. (Tällaista
käyttöä varten ovat BM-mallit.)
Tärinätaso ei ylitä tasoa 2,5 m/s2.
Takuu
Ultra Clean Technologies Corp on valmistanut UC-HL 2-laukaisimen
ensiluokkaisin materiaalein ja valmistusmenetelmin. Valmistusvirheitä koskeva
takuu kattaa laukaisimen tai sen osien vaihtamisen tai korjaamisen 12
kuukauden ajan ostopäivästä alkaen (ostopäivämäärällinen kuitti).
Ultra Clean Technologies Corp torjuu kaikki vaatimukset, jotka aiheutuvat

ILMALÄHDE

käyttäjä ei väsy. (Fig #1) Ilmanpaineen suositellut arvot ovat vähintään 5,5 bar
(80 psi) ja enintään 7,5 bar (110 psi). Ilmanpaine ei saa ylittää arvoa 7,5 bar
(110 psi). Ilmanlähteenä voidaan käyttää kompressoria tai tarkoitukseen sopivaa
typpikaasupulloa. (Älä käytä happea!) On suositeltavaa, että ilmaletkun sekä

tuumaa (12,7 mm). Ilmaa ja jalokaasuja, kuten typpeä, täytyy aina säädellä, jotta
paine saadaan halutulle tasolle. Niitä täytyy myös suodattaa, jotta epäpuhtaudet
saadaan poistettua.
KIINNITYSVIPU
Avaa etulevy työntämällä vivun päätä eteenpäin (Fig #2) ja painamalla sitten

SUUTIN
Käännä etulevy ala-asentoon ja valitse käyttötarkoitukseen sopiva suutin ja
sovitinrengas. Jos sovitinrengasta tarvitaan, asenna se etulevyyn ensin. Nyt voit

PANOS
Valitse sopiva panos sivuilla 19-22 olevista kokotaulukoista. Aseta suositettu
Ultra Clean -panos suuttimeen.(Fig #5)

ETULEVYN SULKEMINEN
Työnnä vivun päätä jälleen eteenpäin ja paina vipu sitten ala-asentoon. Sulje
etulevy ja varmista, että kiinnitysvipu lukitsee etulevyn paikalleen. (Fig #6)

KIINNITYSVIPU LUKITTUNA LAUKAISUASENTOON
Kiinnitysvivun ja etulevyn tulee olla aina kiinnitettyinä, ennen kuin UC-HL2-
laukaisin laukaistaan. (Fig #7) Jos etulevyä ja kiinnitysvipua ei kiinnitetä
lukitusasentoon, seurauksena voi olla käyttäjän vakava vammautuminen
ja/tai laukaisimen vaurioituminen.
KÄYTTÖ
Sovita letku tai putki suutinta vasten niin, että liitos on ilmatiivis. (Fig #8)
Varmista, että letkussa tai putkessa ei ole minkäänlaisia tukoksia tai esteitä.
Vedä liipaisimesta. Pidä liipaisin pohjassa, kunnes panos tulee ulos
puhdistettavan letkun tai putken toisesta päästä.
HUOLTO JA KORJAUS -ONGELMIEN RATKAISEMINEN
UC-HL2-laukaisin on suunniteltu pitkäaikaiseen käyttöön. Voit varmistaa
laukaisimen käyttöturvallisuuden tarkistamalla ja puhdistamalla
laukaisimen ennen käyttöä.

Informations générales
Le lanceur UC HL 2 est un lanceur pneumatique qui utilise des projectiles qui
sont conçus pour nettoyer l'intérieur des tuyaux, tubes et flexibles qui sont neufs
ou déjà opérationnels. Les projectiles sont propulsés avec de l'aircomprimé (5,5
-7,5 bar) Une prise rotative à 360 crée une bonne circulation d'air et une
utilisation de non-fatigue pour l’utilisateur. La barre de sécurité verrouille la partie
plate en position fermée pour le tir après le chargement projectile dans le
lanceur.
En combinant avec d’autres kits toute une gamme de tuyaux et de tubes peut
être nettoyée jusqu'à des diamètres de 2". Pour récupérer la pollution et les

projectiles utilisés, un simple récipient de récupération ou un système de
vérification de projectile sont facultatifs.

obstruction avant de tirer un projectile Ultra-Clean. Les blocages, ou
obstacles pourraient entraîner le projectile à se bloquer dans le matériel
faisant l'objet du nettoyage. L'air comprimé, propulsant le projectile Ultra-
Clean dans le tuyau, ou tuyauterie pourrait causer une blessure à
l'utilisateur et des dégâts au lanceur

Récoltez les projectiles et la pollution qui sortent du tuyau ou de la
tuyauterie dans un récipient approprié, comme le “'UC-PC Projectile

Utilisez seulement les projectiles de l’ UC destinés à être utilisé avec le
lanceur UC-HL2.
Le Lanceur UC-HL2 n'a pas été conçu pour l'utilisation manuelle dans
un processus continu. (Les versions BM sont conçues pour cette
application)
Le niveau de vibration ne dépasse pas les 2,5 m/s2 niveau.
Garantie
Ultra Clean Technologies Corp a fabriqué le lanceur UC-HL 2 avec une qualité
exceptionnelle de matériaux et de méthodes de production. La garantie pour
toute malfaçon de la production est limitée au remplacement ou de la réparation
du lanceur ou aux parties du lanceur pendant 12 mois après date d’achat (date
de réception de l'achat).

Conditions de l’Air

Pour commencer l'exploitation, le Lanceur UC-HL2 doit:
• avoir une 1/2"ID d'air relié à une source d'air filtré de 80 psi-5,5 bar minimum
et de 110 psi-7,5 bar maximum.
Ultra Clean Technologies Corp fournit un total découplage rapide qui doit être
utilisé en reliant le tuyau d'air ½"ID au lanceur UC HL2.

SOURCE d’AIR
Le Lanceur UC-HL2 est fourni avec un découplage rapide de 1/2" pour assurer
une bonne circulation d'air et d'une prise rotative à 360 degrés pour la non-
fatigue de l’utilisateur. (Fig #) Le minimum de pression d'air recommandé est de
80 psi min -5,5 bar à 110 psi-max 7,5 bar. La pression d'air ne doit pas
dépasser 110 PSI -7,5 bar. La source de l'air peut être un compresseur ou une
bombonne adaptée d’azote (Ne jamais utiliser d'oxygène!). Il est vivement
recommandé que la ligne d’air et toute connexion à partir de la source d'air au
lanceur ne doit pas être inférieure à 1/2"ID. L'air ou du gaz inerte comme l'azote
doit toujours être réglée à la bonne pression et filtré pour assurer un air propre.
Déverrouillage de la barre de sécurité
Appuyez sur le haut de la sécurité vers l'avant (Fig #2) et puis vers le bas (Fig
#3) pour libérer la face avant. Ne pas relâcher la gâchette
BUSE
Baissez la plaque plate vers le bas et sélectionnez une buse etun anneau
adaptateur pour l'application. L’anneau de l'adaptateur, si nécessaire,
s'enclenche dans la plaque en premier. Maintenant, vous pouvez glisser l'embout
dans l'anneau adaptateur. (Fig #4) Ne pas relâcher la gâchette
PROJECTILE
Sélectionnez le projectile de notre calibrage des tableaux situés sur les pages 19
à 22. Insérez le projectile Ultra Clean recommandé dans la buse. (Fig #5)

Encore une fois, appuyez sur le haut de la barre de sécurité avant la libération,
puis en bas. Fermez la plaque avant et soyez sûr que la barre de sécurité
verrouillela plaque plate. (Fig #6) Ne pas relâcher la gâchette

endommager le lanceur
OPÉRATION
Placez le tuyau, ou flexible contre la buse pour assurer une bonne étanchéité
d'air. (Fig #8) Assurez-vous que le tuyau, de tuyauterie estlibre de blocages
internes et d’obstacles. Appuyer sur la gâchette. Gardez le déclencheur enfoncé
jusqu'à ce que le projectilesorte du tuyau, ou du flexible que vous nettoyez.
Entretien et réparation –RESOLUTION DE PROBLEME
Le lanceur UC-HL2 est conçu pour une longue durée de vie d’utilisation.
Pour être sûr que le lanceur peut être utilisé sans risque, effectuezune
simple inspection et un nettoyage avant de l'utiliser.
