U-50 (Sistema in & out)
Questo sistema di carico o scarico permette la gestione
dell’interscambio fra un acquario e la relativa vasca
tecnica.
T-50 (Tubo out)
Questo tubo è stato selezionato per convogliare l’acqua
di scarico di un acquario alla sua vasca tecnica. Il
trasferimento è per caduta e non in pressione.
S-25 (Tubo in)
Questo tubo è stato selezionato per collegare il sistema
di carico di un acquario alla sua pompa di risalita
posizionata nella vasca tecnica. Il trasferimento è a
bassa pressione, con prevalenza massima 2mt e
pressione inferiore a 0.2 bar (2.9 psi).
Attenzione: L’utilizzo del prodotto implica la lettura, la
comprensione e l’accettazione di tutte le condizioni
riportate nel manuale “Sicurezza” allegato. Se non
trovate detto manuale contattate immediatamente i
nostri uffici!
Risciacquate attentamente con acqua e aceto (diluito al
10%) ogni componente che andrà in contatto con
l’acqua. Prodotti a base di alcool o solventi possono
danneggiare l’acrilico.
INSTALLAZIONE
L’installazione dei sistemi di carico e scarico prevede la
foratura della vasca
Sistema U40 - Foro vetro da 43 +1/-0 mm
Sistema U50 - Foro vetro da 53 +1/-0 mm
Attenzione: Eseguire il lavoro con mezzi propri
potrebbe causare seri danni. Consigliamo di rivolgersi al
costruttore dell’acquario per la loro realizzazione.
Mediante il canalino di taglio presente sui passa-vetro
è possibile tagliare il filetto per permettere
un’installazione su vetri con spessore inferiore a 15mm.
Durante il montaggio eseguite il serraggio dei tappi a
mano, senza ricorrere a pinze o leve. Non siliconare o
aggiungere nastro di teflon sui filetti. Le guarnizioni o-
ring devono essere posizionate all’interno dei canalini
ed aderire SUL LATO ESTERNO DELLA VASCA.
Seguite le istruzioni riportate sulle immagini per
collegare il tubo. Accorciate il tubo alla giusta
lunghezza. Se necessario intestate il tubo tagliando i
primi centimetri
Attenzione: Prima dell’uso verificare sempre l’integrità
del tubo in tutta la sua lunghezza. Dopo l’installazione
del sistema, verificarne la tenuta!
Attenzione: I tubi in silicone sono particolarmente
morbidi, temono tagli e graffi. Stringere le fascette di
ritegno con forza moderata!
Attenzione: Eseguite un taglio pulito per evitare perdite
d’acqua.
Assicurate il tubo usando le fascette regolabili.
Ricordate che le fascette in acciaio inossidabile non
sono garantite contro la corrosione in atmosfera salina,
pertanto controllatele periodicamente e se necessario
pulitele.
Attenzione: Non serrare eccessivamente le fascette,
altrimenti potreste rompere tubo e porta tubo.

CARICO
E’ quasi impossibile valutare la portata di un sistema di
tracimazione a livello teorico al fine di stabilire il livello
dell’acqua in vasca con precisione. La pompa di carico
deve essere determinata in base alla capacità della
vasca e del sistema di scarico. Suggeriamo una pompa
compresa nel seguente intervallo:
Sistema U40: Pompa da 2000 a 5000 l/h
Sistema U50: Pompa da 3000 a 7000 l/h
Suggeriamo di installare a valle della pompa di risalita
(sulla tubazione di carico) una saracinesca/rubinetto
per poter regolare il livello d’acqua in vasca.
L’utilizzo del prodotto implica l’accettazione di tutte le
condizioni riportate nel manuale e ne sottintende la
precedente lettura e totale comprensione.
SCARICO
Il rumore di uno scarico non è imputabile allo scarico
stesso ma al modo in cui viene alimentato e/o scaricato
(Vedi figura A).
Usate un tubo corrugato morbido per collegare lo
scarico alla sump. Evitare l’utilizzo di tubi corrugati per
uso elettrico o tubazioni per scarichi domestici. La
silenziosità dello scarico è data anche dal film di alghe
che si formerà al suo interno nel giro di qualche
settimana.
Pulite periodicamente il tubo per evitare la formazione
di spugne o occlusioni che ne limitino la portata. Dopo
la pulizia potrebbe temporaneamente risultare più
rumoroso.
Dopo alcuni anni di lavoro, il tubo potrebbe irrigidirsi.
Verificate la tenuta e nel caso sostituitelo.

SICUREZZA GENERALE
1. Questo prodotto è progettato per essere
conservato ed utilizzato ad una temperatura
ambientale compresa fra +10 e +35 °c. Tenere
lontano da fonti di luce e calore. Proteggere dalle
radiazioni solari.
2. Lo smaltimento è a carico dell’utilizzatore. Il
prodotto deve essere smaltito in luogo idoneo in
base alle leggi e alle norme locali, pertanto non può
essere smaltito nei rifiuti normali/casalinghi.
3. Il prodotto è progettato per funzionare a contatto
con acqua dolce e salata (salinità 35‰) ad una
temperatura compresa fra 10 e 35 °c.
4. Utilizzare il prodotto solo per il suo scopo.
Decliniamo ogni responsabilità per qualunque
utilizzo errato o diverso da quello specificato.
5. Prima di avviare il prodotto verificate
attentamente l'integrità di ogni sua parte. Nel caso
rileviate segni di usura o crepe non avviate il
prodotto e contattate immediatamente i nostri
uffici.
6. Non siete autorizzati ad eseguire riparazioni sul
prodotto. Nel caso siano necessarie operazioni di
revisione, riparazione o manutenzione
straordinaria, contattate i nostri uffici.
7. Al primo avvio del prodotto osservatelo per alcuni
minuti. Nel caso di malfunzionamenti
interrompete il suo utilizzo e contattate
immediatamente i nostri uffici. Non avviare il
prodotto in assenza di alcune sue parti.
8. Qualunque perdita d’acqua e danno conseguente
resta responsabilità dell’utilizzatore. L’utilizzatore
deve prendere ogni ragionevole precauzione per
scongiurare danni a persone, animali e oggetti.
9. Monitorare costantemente lo stato di
funzionamento dell’acquario è la prima e più
importante precauzione. Non abbandonare mai
l’acquario e la sua tecnica incustoditi per periodi di
tempo lunghi.

U-50 (In & Out system)
This charge or drain system allows the management of
the interchange between an aquarium and the relative
technical tub.
T-50 (Out hose)
This hose has been select for conveying the drain water
of an aquarium to its technical tank. The transfer is by
fall and not under pressure.
S-25 (In hose)
This hose has been selected to connect the loading
water system of an aquarium tank to its return pump
positioned in the technical tank. The transfer is at low
pressure, with a maximum head of 2 meters and a
pressure lower than 0.2 bar (2.9 psi).
Warning: The use of the product involves reading,
understanding and acceptance of all conditions set
forth in the "Safety" manual attached. If you do not find
that manual immediately, contact our office!
Clean thoroughly with water and vinegar (diluted to
10%) each component that will go into contact with
water. Products that contains alcohol or solvents can
damage the acrylic.
INSTALLATION
The installation of charge and discharge system
involves the drilling of tanks glass.
U40 System - Glass hole 43 +1/-0 mm
U50 System - Glass hole 53 +1/-0 mm
Warning: Perform work by own means may cause
serious damage. We recommend you to contact the
manufacturer of the aquarium for hole realization.
To use the system on tank with glass wall thickness less
than 15mm, cut the thread using the groove on the
glass-pass plug thread.
During assembly, tighten the plugs by hand, without
using clamp or levers. Do not add silicon paste or Teflon
tape on the threads. The O-ring gasket must be placed
within the grooves and adhere ON THE OUTSIDE OF
THE TANK.
Follow the instructions on the images to connect the
hose. Cut it to the correct length. If necessary, prepare
the hose ends by cutting the first centimetres.
Warning: Prior to use, always check hose integrity along
its entire length. After system installation, check its
watertightness!
Warning: Silicon hoses are particularly soft, they fear
cuts and scratches. Tighten the retaining straps with
moderate force!
Warning: Make a clean cut to avoid water leaks.
Secure the hose using the adjustable clamp. Please
note that the stainless steel clamp are not guaranteed
against corrosion in saline atmosphere, so check it
periodically and if necessary clean it.
Warning: Do not over tighten the clamp otherwise you
could break the hose and the hose connection.

CHARGE
It is almost impossible to predict flow rate of an
overflow system in order to determine water level in
tank with precision. The charge pump must be
determined according to capacity of the tank and drain
system. We suggest a pump within the following range:
U40 System: Pump from 2000 to 5000 l/h
U50 System: Pump from 3000 to 7000 l/h
We recommend you to install a gate valve after the
pump lifts (on load pipe) to adjust water level in the
tank.
DRAIN
Discharge noise is not due to the discharge itself but by
way it is flushed and/or drain (See figure A).
Use only soft corrugated pipe to connect the discharge
to the sump. Avoid using corrugated tubes for electrical
or plumbing for domestic sewage. Discharge quietness
depends by algae film that forms inside piping in a
matter of weeks.
Periodically clean the hose to avoid sponges or
occlusions that limit its flow. After cleaning, it may
temporarily be noisy.
After several years of work, the tube may become stiff.
Check its seal and in case replace it.

GENERAL SAFETY
1. This product is designed to be stored and used at
an ambient temperature between +10 and +35 ° c.
Keep away from sources of heat and light. Protect
from solar radiation.
2. Disposal is responsibility of user. The product
should be disposed of in a suitable place in
accordance with local laws and regulations and
therefore cannot be disposed in municipal waste
household.
3. The product is designed to work in contact with
fresh water and salt water (salinity 35‰) at a
temperature between 10 and 35 °c.
4. Use the product only for its intended purpose. We
disclaim all responsibility for any improper or
incorrect use other than that specified.
5. Before start the product, carefully check the
integrity of all its parts. In case of signs of wear or
cracks, do not start the product and immediately
contact our office.
6. You are not authorized to perform repairs on the
product. If is necessary any repair or maintenance,
please contact our offices.
7. At startup of the product, watch it for a few
minutes. In the event of a malfunction discontinue
its use immediately and contact our offices. Do not
start the product in absence of any of its parts.
8. Any loss of water and consequent damage remains
responsibility of the user. User must take all
reasonable measures to prevent harm to people,
animals and objects.
9. Constantly check operating status of the aquarium
is the first and most important precaution. Never
leave the aquarium and its technic unattended for
long periods of time.
