Lesen Sie vor der Inbetriebnahme des ultraRESCUE-CHAIRs die Gebrauchsanleitung und
die Sicherheitshinweise sorgfältig durch. Um Bedienungsfehler zu vermeiden,bewahren Sie
die Gebrauchsanleitung auf.
1.2 Zweckbestimmung des Produkts
Der Trage- und Rettungsstuhl ultraRESCUE-CHAIR ist ein Medizinprodukt und dient zum
sicheren Transport von Patienten z.B.in Krankenhäusern, Notfallzentren,in Treppenhäusern
sowie in Feuernotrettung.
1.3 Benutzergruppe
Dieses Produkt darf nur vom sachkundigen,geschulten Fachpersonal benutzt werden.
Nutzungsvoraussetzung ist theoretisches und praktisches Wissen in der Handhabung des
Trage- und Rettungsstuhls.
1.4 Kundendienst
Sollten Sie weitere Informationen wünschen, Probleme in der Anwendung oder
Instandhaltung haben, wenden Sie sich bitte an den örtlichen Fachhändler oder direkt
an ultraMEDIC GmbH. Geben Sie immer die Artikel- und LOT-Nummer zur Identifizierung
des Produkts an.Artikelnummer finden Sie auf dem Produktetikett. Der Aufkleber mit LOT-
Nummer finden Sie neben dem Etikett mit der Produktkennzeichnung. Das Etikett und
der Aufkleber dürfen nicht entfernt werden, dies führt unter anderem zum Verlust des
Garantieanspruchs.
1.5 Konformitätserklärung
Das Produkt wurde gemäß der gültigen EU-Verordnungen hergestellt. Eine
Konformitätserklärung zu diesem Produkt kann über den Händler oder Hersteller bezogen
werden.
1.6 Funktionen
Der Tragestuhl ist faltbar und kann platzsparend verstaut werden.Die vier Räder, mit denen
der Stuhl ausgerüstet ist, erleichtern den Transport von Patienten. Der Stuhl besteht aus
sehr stabilen Aluminiumlegierungsmaterialien, dadurch ist er leicht, klein und eignet sich
gut zum Tragen. Der Tragestuhl ist mit Sicherheitsgurten ausgestattet,um die Sicherheit der
Patienten während des Transports zu gewährleisten.Abnehmbare Bezüge erleichtern das
Reinigen und Sterilisieren der Flächen.

2. Haftungs- und Gewährleistungsgarantie
Der Hersteller gewährt auf dieses Produkt 24 Monate Garantie. Die Garantie schließt
nur die Kosten für Ersatzteile ein. Eventuell anfallende Versand– oder Arbeitslohnkosten
unterliegen keiner Garantie.Aus der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind Schäden durch:
• Transport,
• Bedienfehler,
• falsche, unsachgemäße oder keine Wartung,
• Schäden, die auf einen fehlerhaften Betrieb des Produktes zurückzuführen sind,
• Reparaturen,die von nicht berechtigten Personen ausgeführt wurden,
• Schäden, die durch die Anwendung unter ungeeigneten Bedingungen
verursacht wurden,
• üblichen Verschleiß.
3.Wichtige Hinweise
1. Führen Sie vor dem ersten Gebrauch ein Probelauf mit dem
ultraRESCUE-CHAIR durch, um die Handhabung des Produkts
kennenzulernen.
2. Der Tragestuhl darf nur verwendet werden, wenn er ausgeklappt ist!
3. Bevor Patient transportiert wird, muss eine erste fachmedizinische
Beurteilung erfolgen.
4. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das ultraRESCUE-CHAIR korrekt
zusammengebaut ist.
5. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Patientengurte korrekt eingebaut sind.
6. Patient muss vor dem Transport mit Hilfe von Patientengurten befestigt
werden. Ungenügende oder keine Fixierung kann zu schweren
Verletzungen des Patienten und des Anwenders führen.
7. Prüfen Sie vor und nach jeder Anwendung die Unversehrtheit und
Vollständigkeit des ultraRESCUE-CHAIRs.
8. Sollten Beschädigungen oder nur der Verdacht auf Beschädigungen
an dem ultraRESCUE-CHAIR oder Gurten auftreten, nehmen Sie das
Produkt sofort außer Betrieb, bis die aufgetretenen Unregelmäßigkeiten
behoben sind.

9. Alle im Zusammenhang mit dem Produkt aufgetretenen
schwerwiegenden Vorfälle sind dem Hersteller und der zuständigen
Behörde des Mitgliedstaats, in dem der Anwender und/oder der Patient
niedergelassen ist, zu melden.
4.Anwendung
4.1.Ausklappen des Trage- und Rettungsstuhls
Zum Transport der Patienten zuerst den Tragestuhl ausklappen (Abbildung 1), dann den
Verriegelungsbügel in gezeigte Richtung (Abbildung 2) ziehen, bis er einrastet.
Den Patienten auf den Tragestuhl setzen und mit Sicherheitsgurten befestigen.
Ziehen Sie die Teleskopgriffe nach Bedarf heraus und öffnen Sie die klappbaren Griffe vor
dem Gebrauch (Abbildung 3).

4.2. Zusammenklappen des Trage- und Rettungsstuhls
Um der Tragestuhl zur Aufbewahrung zusammen zu falten,ziehen Sie den
Verriegelungsbügel so wie in der in Abbildung 4 gezeigt ist. Dafür lösen Sie die
Verriegelung.Dann kann der Stuhl zusammen geklappt werden.
4.3. Befestigung der Patientengurte
Im Lieferumfang sind 3 Patientengurte zur Sicherung des Patienten auf dem Trage- und
Rettungsstuhl enthalten. Befestigen Sie die Patientengurte am Rahmen des Tragestuhls
(Abbildung 5). Mit 2 überkreuzten Gurten wird Rumpf des Patienten an der Sitzfläche
gesichert, 1 Gurt wird zur Fixierung der Beine am Tragestuhl verwendet.
5. Reinigung und Pflege
Produkt darf nicht mit Hochdruck-/Dampfstrahl gereinigt werden! Dies
könnte zur Entfernung der Schmiermittel und zur Korrosion führen.
Benutzen Sie milde Seife und warmes Wasser zur Reinigung des Trage- und Rettungsstuhls
und der Gurte.Für die Desinfektion können Sie handelsübliche auf Alkohol basierende
Mittel benutzen.Andere Lösungen oder Reinigungschemikalien können das Material des
Produktes und der Gurte beschädigen.

6.Wartung
Um im Einsatz die Sicherheit des Verletzten und des Anwenders zu gewährleisten,
empfehlen wir, das ultraRESCUE-CHAIR und Patientenurte mindestens einer jährlichen
Sichtprüfung durch einen Sachkundigen zu unterziehen.
Für die Nutzer in Deutschland empfehlen wir, folgende Verordnungen und Richtlinien zu
berücksichtigen:
• MPBetreibV
• DGUV Grundsatz 305-002 DGUV Regel 112-198/199
• Routinemäßig sauber halten (inkl. Desinfektion)
Für die Nutzer außerhalb von Deutschland ist eine regelmäßige Prüfung nach
landesspezifischen Vorgaben erforderlich.
Sollten Beschädigungen oder nur der Verdacht auf Beschädigungen
auftreten, nehmen Sie das Produkt sofort außer Betrieb.
An dem Trage- und Rettungsstuhl müssen regelmäßig die Verschraubungen geprüft
werden.Wenn die Stiftmutter und Stahlschrauben sich lösen, müssen diese fest gezogen
werden.
Die beweglichen Teile des Trage- und Rettungsstuhls (Verbindungs- und Drehteile) sollten
bei der Störung oder Blockierung geölt werden.
Die Sicherheitsgurte müssen nach jedem Einsatz auf Unversehrtheit überprüft werden.
7. Lagerung
Bewahren Sie den Trage- und Rettungsstuhl an einem trockenen Ort.Vermeiden Sie direkte
Sonneneinstrahlung und direkte Wärmestrahlung von Heizquellen.Diese Faktoren können
das Material beschädigen.
8. Lebensdauer
Die Lebensdauer des Trage- und Rettungsstuhls ist von den individuellen
Einsatzbedingungen abhängig.Je nach Häufigkeit und Intensität der Nutzung ist eine
Abnutzung des Produkts normal.Eine sachgemäße Anwendung wird hier vorausgesetzt.
Lebensdauer des optionalen Zubehörs entnehmen Sie aus den dazugehörigen
Gebrauchsanweisungen.

Before using the ultraRESCUE-CHAIR, please read the operating manual and safety
instructions carefully. Keep the operating manual in a safe place to avoid operating errors.
1.2 Intended use of the product
The ultraRESCUE-CHAIR The ultraRESCUE-CHAIR carrying and rescue chair is a medical
product and is used for the safe transport of patients,e.g. in hospitals, emergency centers,
in stairwells and in fire rescue.
1.3 User groups
This product may only be used by qualified, expert personnel.A prerequisite is theoretical
and practical experience in handling the carrying and rescue chair.
1.4 Customer service
Should you require further information or encounter difficulties in its use or maintenance,
please contact your local dealership or ultraMEDIC GmbH directly.
Always include the item and LOT number to identify the product.You can find the article
number on the product label.The LOT number sticker is located next to the product
identification label.The label and the sticker must not be removed,this leads to the loss of
the guarantee, among other things.
1.5 Declaration of conformity
The ultraRESCUE-CHAIR was manufactured in accordance with the current EU regulation.A
declaration of conformity for these products can be acquired from the local dealership or
the manufacturer.
1.5 Functions
The carrying chair is foldable and can be stowed away to save space.The four wheels that
the chair is equipped with make it easy to transport patients.The chair is made of very
strong aluminum alloy materials,which makes it light,small and convenient to carry.The
stretcher chair is equipped with safety belts to ensure patient safety during transportation.
Removable covers make it easier to clean and sterilize the surfaces.
2. Liability and warranty guarantee
The manufacturer grants a warranty period of 24 months on this product.The warranty
only encompasses the costs of the spare parts.

Any shipping or labor costs incurred are not guaranteed.The following points are not
covered by the warranty:
• transportation,
• operator error,
• incorrect, improper or no maintenance,
• damage caused by incorrect operation of the product,
• repairs carried out by unauthorized persons,
• damage caused by use in unsuitable conditions,
• normal wear and tear.
3. Important Notes
1. Before initial use, conduct a test run with the ultraRESCUE-CHAIR to
become aware of the handling of the product.
2. The carrying chair may only be used when it is unfolded!
3. Before the patient is transported, an initial specialist medical
assessment must be carried out.
4. Make sure that the ultraRESCUE-CHAIR is correctly assembled.
5. Ensure that the patient restraining belts are correctly installed.
6. Before transport, the patient must be secured using patient belts.
Insufficient fixation or no fixation can lead to serious injuries of the
patient and the user.
7. Before and afterevery use, check the components of ultraRESCUE-CHAIR
and patient restraining belts for damage and completeness.
8. In the event of damage or suspected damage to the ultraRESCUE-CHAIR
or belts, remove the product from operation immediately until any
occurring irregularities have been remedied.
9. All serious incidents related to the device shall be reported to the
manufacturer and to the competent authority of the Member State
where the user and/or the patient is established.

2. Applikation
4.1 Unfolding the carrying and rescue chair
To transport the patient, first unfold the carrying and rescue chair (Figure 1), then pull the
locking bar in the direction shown (Figure 2) until it locks into place.
Place the patient on the carrying and rescue chair and secure with safety belts.
Pull out the telescoping handles as needed and open the folding handles before use
(Figure 3).

4.2. Folding the carrying and rescue chair
To fold the carrying and rescue chair for storage,pull the locking bar as shown in Figure 4.
To do this,release the lock.Then the chair can be folded together.
4.3.Attaching the patient belts
The scope of delivery includes 3 patient belts to secure the patient on the carrying and
rescue chair.Attach the patient straps to the frame of the stretcher (Figure 5).The patient’s
torso is secured to the seat with 2 crossed straps, 1 strap is used to fix the legs to the
carrying chair.

5. Cleaning and Care
The product must not be cleaned with a high-pressure/steam jet! This could
lead to de-lubrication and corrosion.
Use mild soap and warm water to clean the carrying and rescue chair and belts.You
can use commercially available alcohol-based agents for disinfection. Other solutions or
cleaning chemicals may damage the material of the product and the belts.

6. Maintenance
In order to ensure the safety of the user and the injured party during a rescue mission,
we recommend that you have the ultraRESCUE-CHAIR and belts visually inspected by an
expert on an annual basis.
For German users,we recommend consideration to the following regulations and
guidelines:
• MPBetreibV
• DGUV Grundsatz 305-002 DGUV Regel 112-198/199
• Keep routinely clean (incl. disinfection)
For users outside of Germany, a regular check according to country-specific requirements
is required.
In the event of damage or suspected damages, remove the product
from operation immediately until any occurring irregularities have
been remedied.
The screw connections on the carrying and rescue chair must be checked regularly. If the
pin nut and steel screws loosen, they must be tightened.
The moving parts of the carrying and rescue chair (connecting and rotating parts) should
be oiled in the event of a malfunction or blockage.
The patient belts must be checked for integrity after each use.
7. Storage
Store the ultraRESCUE-CHAIR in a dry and dark place.Avoid direct sunlight and direct heat
radiation from heat sources.These factors can damage the material.
8. Service life
The service life of the ultraRESCUE-CHAIR depends on the individual conditions of use.
Depending on how frequently and intensely the ultraRESCUE-CHAIR is used,wear and tear
on the product is normal. In this regard,correct use is assumed.The material is subject to
an ageing process even if handled carefully.The product should be discarded depending
on its condition.
For the service life of the optional accessories, please refer to the relevant operating
instructions.
