SAFET INSTRUCTIONS
Make sure that the towbar is suitable for the vehicle before starti g the
i stallatio .
For safety, all work i volvi g towbar i stallatio (i cl. electrical compo e ts) must
be u dertake by skilled tech icia s.
Damaged compo e ts must be replaced with ma ufacturer’s spares a d fitted by
qualified staff.
It is forbidde to make a y modificatio or structural repair to towi g assembly.
The towball must be kept clea a d lubricated. For added safety, his diameter (50
mm) must be checked at regular i tervals. If the towball measures less tha 49 mm
after selected readi gs across the diameter, the towball must be replaced with a ew
o e.
After 1000 km of towi g, check torque setti gs for uts a d bolts, i accorda ce
with the table.

•Remove a y mastic from co tact poi ts the pai t with a ti-rust pai t. The
ecessary holes are already existi g.
•
•1 Remove bumper a d discard the rei forceme t bar, the remove the plastic
cover which is o the outside of the left side of the vehicle so to be able to reach
mou ti g poi t 02.
•2 I case you are i stalli g the tow bar o a “Gra d Sce ic” remove the black
masks located to the sides of the rear part where the seats are i serted.
•3 Locate side arm B referri g to holes 01 the tighte i serti g the screws i side
a d i terposi g the large washers.
•4 U screw the screw u der the chassis rail to allow the passage of the side left
side arm; locate side arm C referri g to holes 01 a d 02 the tighte i serti g the
screws i side 01 a d outside 02. I positio 01 i terpose large washers.
•5 I terpose cross bar A to the B a d C supports i correspo de ce of holes 03
the tighte .
•6 Tighte all bolts a d uts as per torque setti gs
•7 Co ect the wiri gs to the socket.
•8 Re-fit the rubber cover o the left side of vehicle.
•9 Cut the i er bumper support as showed.
•10 If you are mou ti g the tow bar o a “ Gra d Sce ic” cut agai as showed i
layout 2 a d the re-fit the black sides masks.
•11 Re-fit bumper.
