TB162 included power cord with US plug only and EU customers need to pay for
additional power cord with EU or UK plug due to the vendor does not want to do it
unless we can commit to MOQ.

There is no indication LED for battery charging.
Yes,there is no indication LED for battery charging.
Seems TB162 support some kind of hot swap,It is unclear how it
operarting and for how long.If you remove battery and put back in
certain time, the TB162 resume back to where it was.
Yes. When the backup battery is fully charged (Tablet power on >1.5H), it can
support to swap main battery within 60 seconds, this 60 seconds duration may be
different depends on system loading and the health of backup battery.
How long the batteries operating lifetime of using Prime95( 64 bits )
to test?
1. 200 minutes when contrast is at 75%
2. 235 minutes when contrast is at 25%
How long the batteries operating lifetime of using JEITA ver.2.0 to
test?
1. Media Operating time: 06:34:51(PQT team test)

Does TB162 and cradle support wake up on LAN / Wi-Fi function?
TB162 cannot support wake up on LAN function.
TB162 does not support wake up on Wi-Fi function.
Cradle does not support wake up on LAN and wake up on Wi-Fi function both.
Does the TB162 support an active stylus?
TB162's Touch panel does not support an active stylus(Not support digitizer stylus)
and only supports a passive stylus.
Does the TB162's USB port adapt PD(Power Delivery) and Quick
Charge function?
The TB162's USB ports don't support Power Delivery & Quick Charge function.
How long does it take to charge the TB162 battery?
Power adaptor directly: 7H:46M:11S / Via cradle: 7H:46M:25S

TB162 scanner setting question?
1. Do we need to scan the barcode from the manual to set the language?
→Yes
2. Will the setting remain when TB162 is suspended?
→Yes
3. Will the setting remain when the battery remove/insert?
→Yes
4. Will the setting be set to default when the factory resets the TB162?
→No. Please use the reset to default barcode in UG to reset the barcode to
default Reset the Custom Defaults.If you want the custom default settings
restored to your scan engine, scan the Activate Custom Defaults bar code below.
This is the recommended default bar code for most users. It resets the scan
engine to the custom default settings. If there are no custom defaults, it will reset
the scan engine to the factory default settings. Any settings that have not been
specified through the custom defaults will be defaulted to the factory default
settings.
Note: To remove custom defaults, see "Resetting the Factory Defaults" on page
8-162.
Can TB160 support glove ?
1. Can support gloves thickness of less than 1mm
2. Suggest to use 8mm capacitive stylus (384896G)

Is it correct the IP grade is compromised when connector flaps are
open?
Yes. IP65 only can be guaranteed when all flaps and access doors are well
closed.

Is there reason the Camera app is not embedded in the O.S ?
Due to TB162 is using window 10 LTSC version, so a Windows 10 LTSC does not
contain Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Store, such as Camera, Cortana, OneNote, and
other modern apps that continue to advance with innovative improvements.

Face recognition / login does not operate.
TB162 doesn't support face recognition and face login.
There is green LED at the front next to Front Camera,It is unclear
what is the purpose When Tb162-screen is on the green LED is
also on but is sometimes also on when TB162-screen is off.
It is power on indicator. Power on / Sleep / Suspend : LED on; Power off (S5) :
LED off.
When TB162 is automatically powered off and power on, you need
to tap 2 times in login prompt before SIP appears.
It is the slow response of Win10.

It seems when the TB162 is automatically powered off and then
press the power key, the TB162 is rebooting rather then coming
from suspend. Is this correct?
Yes. Auto power off will act like manually power off.
