1 Prefazione
Grazie per aver acquistato 1099/811, dispositivo di controllo accessi con riconoscimento volti, misura
della temperatura e rilevazione mascherina. Per usare il dispositivo in modo corretto e sicuro, si
consiglia di leggere attentamente questo manuale, in particolare il paragrafo riferito istruzioni sull’uso
in sicurezza.
Prima di utilizzare questo prodotto, si prega di leggere attentamente il manuale del prodotto e
conservarlo per riferimento futuro.
Senza autorizzazione scritta, nessuno può in alcun modo estrarre, copiare, tradurre o modificare in
tutto o in parte questo manuale. Salvo quanto diversamente concordato, non rilasciamo dichiarazioni
o garanzie, espresse o implicite.

Pericoli
Tutte le operazioni elettroniche devono essere rigorosamente conformi alle norme di sicurezza
elettrica, normative antincendio e altre normative correlate alla propria regione/nazione.
Utilizzare l'alimentatore fornito a corredo.
Non collegare più dispositivi a un adattatore di alimentazione poiché il sovraccarico dell'adattatore può
causare surriscaldamento o principio di incendio.
Accertarsi che l'alimentazione sia stata scollegata prima di cablare, installare o smontare il dispositivo.
Quando il prodotto è installato a parete o soffitto, il dispositivo deve essere fissato saldamente.
Controllare che la temperatura d’esercizio sia nei limiti indicati e che l’ambiente non sia particolarmente
umido.
Se fumo, odori o rumori provengono dal dispositivo, spegnere immediatamente l'alimentazione e
scollegare l'alimentazione, quindi contattare il centro assistenza.
Prima di collegare l’apparecchio alla rete di alimentazione accertarsi che i dati di targa siano rispondenti
a quelli della rete di distribuzione.
Non ingerire la batteria, pericolo di ustioni chimiche. Questo prodotto contiene una batteria a bottone.
Se la batteria a bottone viene ingerita, essa può causare gravi ustioni interne in sole 2 ore e può
portare alla morte.
Tenere le batterie nuove e usate lontano dai bambini.
Qualora la batteria fosse stata ingerita consultare immediatamente un medico.
Se il prodotto non funziona correttamente, contattare il rivenditore o il centro di assistenza più vicino.
Non tentare mai di smontare il dispositivo da soli. (Non ci assumeremo alcuna responsabilità per
problemi causati da riparazioni o manutenzioni non autorizzate.)
Avvertenze
Non far cadere il dispositivo o sottoporlo a shock fisici e non esporlo a livelli elevati di radiazioni
elettromagnetiche. Evitare l'installazione dell'apparecchiatura su superfici o luoghi con vibrazioni o

soggette a shock (può causare danni alle apparecchiature).
Assicurarsi che l'apparecchiatura sia ben collegata a terra per evitare interferenze e danni ai segnali
video e audio.
Per utilizzare e far funzionare il dispositivo in modo ottimale, configurarlo tramite un computer.
Non posizionare il dispositivo in ambienti estremamente caldi (fare riferimento alle specifiche del
dispositivo per i dettagli riguardanti la temperatura di esercizio), luoghi freddi, polverosi o umidi e non
esporli a temperature elevate o a radiazioni elettromagnetiche.
Il dispositivo è per uso interno e deve essere protetto da pioggia e umidità.
Evitare di esporre l'apparecchiatura alla luce solare diretta, a sistemi di ventilazione anche bassa o a
fonte di calore.
Non puntare il dispositivo verso il sole o in luoghi particolarmente luminosi.
Prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione di pulizia o di manutenzione disinserire l’apparecchio dalla rete
di alimentazione elettrica. Non usare prodotti spray per la pulizia dell’apparecchio.
Utilizzare dei guanti quando si apre il coperchio del dispositivo, evitare il contatto diretto con la
copertura del dispositivo, poiché il sudore acido delle dita può erodere il rivestimento superficiale del
dispositivo
Conservare tutti gli involucri dopo averli disimballati per un uso futuro. In caso di errore, l'utente deve
necessariamente restituire il dispositivo alla fabbrica con la confezione originale.
I prodotti per il riconoscimento facciale non sono applicabili al 100% agli ambienti anti-spoofing. Se si
vuole un livello di sicurezza più elevato, utilizzare più modalità di autenticazione.
Uso interno se si vuole misurare anche la temperatura corporea.
Non collegare in modo diretto dispositivi esterni come apparecchiature audio, allarmi o altre interfacce
altrimenti è possibile danneggiare le porte a cui sono collegati.
Assicurarsi di far funzionare l'apparecchiatura alla temperatura consentita (-10° + 55°C) e all'umidità
(10% ~ 90%). È consigliata una installazione ad almeno 3 metri dalla luce e ad almeno 3 metri dalla
finestra o dalla porta.
La tensione di ingresso deve soddisfare sia SELV (Safety Extra Low Voltage) che la LPS (Limited Power
Source) 100 ~ 240 V CA o 12 V CC secondo lo standard IEC60950-1. Riferirsi alle specifiche tecniche
per informazioni dettagliate.

3 Installazione
Il dispositivo nel caso di misurazione della temperatura deve essere utilizzato in un ambiente
preferibilmente chiuso con una temperatura costante, non installare il dispositivo in prossimità di
sorgenti calde/fredde o ventilate, assicurarsi che non vi siano fonti di riscaldamento/raffreddamento
entro 3 metri.
Quando le persone entrano nella stanza da un ambiente freddo esterno, la precisione della misurazione
della temperatura ne risentirà. La prova della temperatura frontale deve essere eseguita dopo che la
fronte ha una temperatura stabile, ci vogliono circa tre minuti affinché si stabilizzi se la temperatura
da dove si arriva varia molto.
La temperatura letta dal dispositivo di misurazione della temperatura è la temperatura della parte
frontale. Quando c'è acqua sulla fronte, macchie di sudore, macchie di olio o trucco pesante o rughe

negli anziani, la temperatura letta sarà inferiore alla temperatura effettiva, accertarsi che la fronte sia
libera da capelli o indumenti.
Installazione su varco di accesso
In base ai requisiti del sito di installazione, è necessario aprire un foro con un diametro di 35 mm Sul
tornello, generalmente al centro o nella parte anteriore, per l'installazione del dispositivo per controllo
accessi/misurazione della temperatura (diametro esterno del foro della staffa a corredo è di 34 mm).
La posizione di apertura del foro è suggerita nella figura seguente.
Accesso singolo accesso doppio
Regola l'angolazione del dispositivo che misura anche la temperatura.
Dopo l’accensione del dispositivo di controllo accesso e misura della temperatura è possibile vedere
sullo schermo dello stesso l’immagine del viso rilevata.
Per permettere il riconoscimento del viso e la conseguente misura di temperatura, inclinare il
dispositivo in modo che l’utente possa posizionare il proprio volto parallelamente ad esso. La stessa
inclinazione del volto e del dispositivo sono indispensabili per permettere il miglior riconoscimento.
La parte del viso esposta (non coperta da indumenti o altro) deve trovarsi frontalmente nella "zona di
misurazione della temperatura": la distanza ottimale è di 0,5m, mentre l’altezza consigliata è di 1,35m.
Dopo aver determinato la posizione migliore per il rilevamento corretto della temperatura, si consiglia
di riportare un’indicazione a terra con scritto “Posizione per lettura temperatura”.

Installazione a muro
Effettuare dei fori nel muro in base alla staffa di montaggio.
Allentare la vite di fissaggio anti-smontaggio nella parte inferiore dell'apparecchiatura con una chiave
a brugola, rimuovere il pannello di montaggio e fissare il pannello sull'alloggiamento come mostrato
nella figura sotto.
Collegare il dispositivo al pannello di montaggio dall'alto verso il basso.
Nella parte inferiore della staffa, utilizzare l'apposita chiave a brugola per bloccare le viti allentate.
L'altezza consigliata di installazione per gli adulti è di 1,45 metri (distanza da terra della parte superiore
del dispositivo).
Configurazione del dispositivo
Da impostazioni di fabbrica il dispositivo aziona il controllo accessi basato sulla sola verifica della
temperatura.
È possibile modificare la modalità di funzionamento di default e altri parametri dalla pagina web del
dispositivo.
Per accedere alla pagina web del dispositivo è necessario utilizzare un cavo di rete per collegare il
dispositivo su LAN e alimentarlo, il dispositivo riceverà automaticamente un indirizzo IP assegnato dal
servizio DHCP della rete.
Seguono i passi necessari per la configurazione:
1. Eseguire su PC il Software “EasyTool”, selezionando , verranno visualizzati
automaticamente l’indirizzo IP, la subnet mask, il gateway e l’indirizzo MAC di ogni dispositivo IP
attivo nella LAN, come mostrato nella figura seguente.

2. Dopo aver rilevato il dispositivo IP premere il pulsante destro del mouse e selezionare “open in
IE” (aprire in IE), verrà aperta una pagina Web su IE.
Qualora dovesse essere richiesta l’installazione di un componente ActiveX, fare riferimento alla
sezione dedicata del manuale completo.
Nella schermata di accesso aperta dal browser è possibile selezionare il nome utente (default:
admin), la password (default: ), il Tipo di Stream (Main/Sub Stream) e la Lingua.
Parametri consigliati
I parametri consigliati sono visualizzati nella figura seguente. Per impostare questi parametri cliccare
su 【Schermo】(【Display】) → 【Controllo immagine】(【Image Control】) per accedere all’interfaccia
seguente.

Dimensioni del prodotto
DIRETTIVA 2012/19/UE DEL PARLAMENTO EUROPEO E DEL CONSIGLIO del 4 luglio
2012 sui rifiuti di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche (RAEE).
Il simbolo del cassonetto barrato riportato sull’apparecchiatura o sulla sua confezione indica che il
prodotto alla fine della propria vita utile deve essere raccolto separatamente dagli altri rifiuti.
L’utente dovrà, pertanto, conferire l’apparecchiatura giunta a fine vita agli idonei centri comunali di
raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti elettrotecnici ed elettronici. In alternativa alla gestione autonoma è
possibile consegnare l’apparecchiatura che si desidera smaltire al rivenditore, al momento dell’acquisto di una
nuova apparecchiatura di tipo equivalente.

inferiore a 25cm.

1 Introduction
Thank you for purchasing a 1099/811, access control device with face recognition, temperature
measurement and face-covering detection . Please read this manual carefully to use the device
correctly and safely, in particular the section on safe use.
Before using this product, please read the product manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
Extracting, copying, translating or modifying this manual in any way in whole or in part without
written permission is forbidden. No representations or warranties, either express or implied, are
released unless otherwise agreed.
Warranty and liability
URMET guarantees that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty
does not apply to damage caused by accident, negligence , misuse, tampering, contamination or
improper storage.
Precautions
Make sure that the device is intact after removing it from the package.
This quick start guide is only used to guide the installation of the device. Precautionary measures
are divided into hazards and warnings:
Hazards: Failure to observe any warning may result in serious injury or death.
Warnings: Failure to observe any of the precautions may result in injury or damage to equipment.
Hazards
All electronic operations must comply strictly with electrical safety, fire regulations and other
regulations in force in your region/country.
Use the power unit included.
Do not connect more than one device to the same power adapter as adapter overload may cause over-
heat or fire hazard.
Make sure the power supply has been disconnected before wiring, installing or disassembling the
device.
The device must be fixed securely when the product is installed on a wall or ceiling.
Check that the working temperature is within the indicated range and that the environment is
not excessively damp.
In case of smoke, odour or noise comes from the device, turn off the power immediately and
disconnect the power, then contact a service centre.
Make sure that the rating plate data corresponds to the power specifications before connecting
the device to the mains.
Do not swallow the battery; danger of chemical burns. This product contains a button cell battery.
If the button cell battery is swallowed, it can cause severe internal burns in just 2 hours and can
lead to death.
Keep new and used batteries away from children.
If the battery has been swallowed, consult a doctor immediately.
If the product does not work properly, contact your nearest dealer or service centre.
Never attempt to dismantle or modify the device on your own. (We will not accept any liability
for problems caused by unauthorised repairs or maintenance)
Warnings
Do not drop the device or subject it to physical shocks and do not expose it to high levels of
electromagnetic radiation. Avoid installing the equipment on surfaces or places with vibration or
shock (may cause damage to the equipment).
Make sure the equipment is properly earthed to avoid interference and damage to video and
audio signals.
To use and operate the device optimally, configure it via a computer.
Do not place the device in extremely hot environments (refer to the specifications of the device

for details regarding operating temperature), cold, dusty or humid places and do not expose it
to high temperatures or electromagnetic radiation.
The device is for indoor use and must be protected from rain and moisture.
Avoid exposing the equipment to direct sunlight, low ventilation systems or heat sources.
Do not point the device at the sun or in particularly bright places.
Disconnect the device from the mains before cleaning or maintenance. Do not use spray products
to clean the device.
Use gloves when opening the device cover, avoid direct contact with the device cover, as acidic
finger sweat can erode the surface coating of the device.
Store all wrappings after unpacking for future use. In the event of an error, the user must return
the device to the factory in its original packaging.
Face recognition products are not 100% applicable to anti-spoofing environments. Use multiple
authentication modes if you want a higher level of security.
Internal use if you also want to measure your body temperature.
Do not connect external devices, such as audio equipment, alarms or other interfaces directly,
otherwise, the ports to which they are connected may be damaged.
Be sure to operate the equipment at the permitted temperature (-10° + 55°C) and humidity
(10% ~ 90%). An installation at least 3 metres from the light and at least 3 metres from the
window or door is recommended.
The input voltage must meet both SELV (Safety Extra Low Voltage) and LPS (Limited Power
Source) 100 ~ 240 V AC or 12 V DC according to IEC60950-1. Refer to the technical specifications
for detailed information.
2 Product description

3 Installation
In case of temperature measurement, the device must be used in a preferably closed
environment at constant temperature. Do not install the device near hot/cold or ventilated
sources. Make sure that there are no heating/cooling sources within a 3 metre radius.
The accuracy of the temperature measurement will be affected when people enter the room from
a cold outdoor environment. The forehead temperature test must be performed after the
forehead has a stable temperature. It may take about three minutes to stabilise the temperature
if the ambient difference varies greatly.
The temperature read by the temperature measuring device is the temperature of the forehead.
When there is water on the forehead, sweat stains, oil stains, heavy make-up or wrinkles in the
elderly, the temperature read will be lower than the actual temperature, make sure the forehead
is free of hair or clothing.
Installation on access gate
According to the requirements of the installation site, it is necessary to open a hole with a
diameter of 35 mm on the turnstile, usually in the middle or in the front part, to install of the
access control/temperature measurement device (outer diameter of the hole of the supplied
bracket is 34 mm). The opening position of the hole is suggested in the following figure.

Adjust the angle of the device that also measures the temperature.
The face image detected on the screen will appear after switching on the access control and
temperature measurement device
In order to permit the recognition of the face and the further measure of temperature, tilt the device
so that the user can position his face parallel to it. The same tilt of the face and of the device is
indispensable to obtain the best recognition.
The exposed part of the face (not covered by clothing or other) must be arranged in front of in
the "temperature measuring zone" (the optimal distance to reduce measurement errors is 0.5
m). After having determined the best position for correct temperature detection, it is advised to
place an indication with the words "Temperature reading position" on the floor.
Wall mount installation
Drill holes in the wall according to the mounting bracket.
Undo the tamper-proof fixing screw at the bottom of the equipment with an Allen key, remove
the mounting panel and secure the panel to the housing as shown in the figure below.
Connect the device to the mounting panel from top to bottom.
Use the Allen key to fasten the screws on the bottom of the bracket. The maximum recommended
installation height for adults is 1.45 metres (distance from the ground of the top of the device).

Device configuration
By default the device operates access control based on temperature measurement only.
You can change the default operation mode and other parameters from the device web page.
To access the web page of the device, use a network wire to connect the device to the LAN and
power it. The device will receive an IP address assigned automatically by the DHCP service of
the network.
The following steps are needed for configuration:
1. Start “EasyTool” on the PC by selecting : the IP address, subnet mask,
gateway and MAC address of each IP device active on the LAN will be automatically
displayed, as shown in the figure below.
3. After having detected the IP device, right-click and select “Open in IE” to open a Web page
on IE.
See the applicable section in the complete manual if the installation of an ActiveX
component is required (see paragraph below).
On the login screen on the browser, select the user name (default): "admin"), password
(default:""), Stream Type (Main/Sub Stream) and Language.

The suggested parameters are displayed below. To set these parameters click on 【Screen】
(【Display】) → (【Image Control】) in order to access to the following window.

Product dimensions
DIRECTIVE 2012/19/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of
4 July 2012 on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE).
The crossed-out wheelie bin symbol on the equipment or its packaging indicates that
the product at the end of its useful life must be collected separately from other waste.
Therefore, any products that have reached the end of their useful life must be given to
waste disposal centres specialising in separate collection of waste electrical and
electronic equipment. As an alternative to autonomous disposal,
the device you want to dispose of can be given back to the retailer at the time of purchasing new
similar equipment.
At electronic product retailers with a sales area of at least 400 m2, it is possible to return, without
any obligation to buy, electronic products to dispose of with dimensions below 25 cm free of
charge.
The separate collection for delivering the equipment to recycling, treatment and environmentally
compatible disposal helps avoid possible negative effects on the environment and health and
promotes the reuse and/or recycling of materials that make up the equipment.

Gefahren
Sämtliche elektronischen Vorgänge müssen streng den Bestimmungen zur elektrischen Sicherheit, den
Brandschutzvorschriften und sonstigen im jeweiligen Gebiet/Land geltenden Gesetzesvorschriften
entsprechen.
Verwenden Sie das im Lieferumfang enthaltene Netzteil.
Schließen Sie nicht mehrere Geräte an einen Versorgungsadapter an, da die Überlast des Adapters
Überwärmung oder einen Brandherd verursachen kann.
Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Verkabeln, Installieren oder Zerlegen des Geräts, dass die
Stromversorgung unterbrochen wurde.
Wird das Produkt an Wand oder Decke installiert, muss das Gerät fest angebracht werden.
Überprüfen Sie, ob die Betriebstemperatur sich innerhalb der angezeigten Grenzwerte befindet und
die Umgebung nicht besonders feucht ist.
Sollten Rauch, Gerüche oder Geräusche aus dem Gerät austreten, ist die Stromversorgung
unverzüglich abzuschalten und zu unterbrechen und dann das Kundendienstzentrum zu verständigen.
Überprüfen Sie die Angaben auf dem Typenschild des Geräts auf Übereinstimmung mit den
Anschlussdaten des Stromnetzes, bevor Sie die Kamera an die Stromversorgung anschließen.
Die Batterie nicht verschlucken. Es besteht die Gefahr chemischer Verbrennungen. Dieses Produkt
enthält eine Knopfzelle. Wird die Knopfzelle verschluckt, kann sie in nur 2 Stunden schwere innere
Verbrennungen verursachen und zum Tod führen.
Bewahren Sie neue und Altbatterien außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf.
Sollte die Batterie verschluckt worden sein, wenden Sie sich umgehend an einen Arzt.
Funktioniert das Produkt nicht korrekt, wenden Sie sich an den Fachhändler oder das nächstgelegene
Kundendienstzentrum.
Versuchen Sie nie, das Gerät selbst zu zerlegen. (Wir haften in keiner Weise für durch nicht autorisierte

Warnhinweise
Lassen Sie das Gerät nicht fallen und setzen Sie es keinen heftigen Stößen bzw. starken
elektromagnetischen Strahlungen aus. Vermeiden Sie die Installation des Geräts auf Oberflächen oder
an Orten, die Schwingungen oder Stößen ausgesetzt sind (dies kann Geräteschäden verursachen).
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Gerät korrekt an die Erdung angeschlossen ist, um Störungen und
Schäden der Video- und Audiosignale zu vermeiden.
Konfigurieren Sie das Gerät für optimale Verwendung und reibungslosen Betrieb über einen Computer.
Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht in extrem warmen Umgebungen(zu Einzelheiten bezüglich der
Betriebstemperatur siehe Gerätespezifikationen), kalten, staubigen oder feuchten Orten auf und
setzen Sie es keinen hohen Temperaturen oder elektromagnetischen Strahlungen aus.
Das Gerät ist für den Einsatz in Innenräumen bestimmt und muss vor Regen und Feuchtigkeit
geschützt werden.
Vermeiden Sie es, das Gerät direkter Sonneneinstrahlung, Belüftungssystemen (auch in geringem
Umfang) oder Wärmequellen auszusetzen.
Richten Sie das Gerät nicht gegen die Sonne oder besonders helle Stellen.
Trennen Sie das Gerät vor jeglichen Reinigungs- oder Wartungsvorgängen vom
Stromversorgungsnetz. Verwenden Sie für die Reinigung des Geräts keine Sprays.
Tragen Sie beim Öffnen der Geräteabdeckung Handschuhe und vermeiden Sie den direkten Kontakt
mit dem Gerätegehäuse, da der saure Schweiß der Finger die Oberflächenverkleidung des Geräts
angreifen kann.
Bewahren Sie alle Verpackungen nach dem Auspacken zur späteren Verwendung auf. Im Fall von
Fehlern muss der Benutzer das Gerät in der Originalverpackung an das Werk zurücksenden.
Die Produkte zur Gesichtserkennung sind nicht zu 100 % auf Anti-Spoofing-Umgebungen anwendbar.
Wird ein höheres Sicherheitsniveau gewünscht, sollten mehrere Authentifizierungsverfahren
verwendet werden.
Zur Verwendung in Innenräumen, wenn auch die Körpertemperatur gemessen werden soll.
Schließen Sie externe Vorrichtungen wie Audiogeräte, Alarme oder sonstige Schnittstellen nie direkt
an, andernfalls können die Ports, an die sie angeschlossen sind, beschädigt werden.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Gerät bei der zugelassenen Temperatur (-10° + 55°C) und Feuchtigkeit
(10% ~ 90%) in Betrieb zu nehmen. Eine Installation mindestens drei Meter vom Licht und mindestens
drei Meter vom Fenster oder der Tür entfernt wird empfohlen.

3 Installation
Das Gerät muss im Fall der Temperaturmessung vorzugsweise in einem geschlossenen Raum mit

konstanter Temperatur verwendet werden. Installieren Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von
warmen/kalten Quellen oder Belüftungen und vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich im Umkreis von drei
Metern keine Heiz-/Kühlanlagen befinden.
Wenn die Personen aus einer kalten Außenumgebung den Raum betreten, wird die
Temperaturmessung davon beeinflusst. Die Prüfung der Stirntemperatur muss ausgeführt werden,
nachdem die Stirn eine stabile Temperatur erreicht hat. Die Temperatur benötigt ca. drei Minuten, um
sich zu stabilisieren, wenn die Temperatur des vorangegangenen Aufenthaltsbereichs sehr stark
schwankt.
Die von dem Temperaturmessgerät abgelesene Temperatur ist die Temperatur des Stirnbereichs.
Befinden sich Wasser, Schweißperlen, Ölflecken oder starkes Make-up oder bei alten Menschen Falten
auf der Stirn, erweist sich die abgelesene Temperatur niedriger als die tatsächliche. Vergewissern Sie
sich, dass sich keine Haare oder Kleidung vor der Stirn befinden.
Installation am Zugangsbereich
Abhängig von den Anforderungen des Installationsorts muss eine Öffnung mit einem Durchmesser von
35 mm auf dem Drehkreuz angebracht werden, im Allgemeinen in der Mitte oder im vorderen Teil, um
das Gerät für die Zugangskontrolle/Temperaturmessung zu installieren (der Außendurchmesser der
Öffnung der im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Halterung beträgt 34 mm). Die Position der Öffnung wird in
der nachstehenden Abbildung angegeben.
