The soaking effect and, thus, cleaning performance can be
increased for heavy soiling by switching the hot water mo-
dule to steam.

ØThe Blue Evolution should be the
only appliance plugged into the
electrical outlet.
ØIf an extension cord is required:
Ø Use only a 12 gauge / 15AMP rated or
higher extension cord.
Ø 50ft maximum length
ØThe Blue Evolution will power up
and then turn OFF. This is normal.
ØPush the ON/OFF Button to turn-on.

Assembly / preparation
Filling the filter bowl
Your appliance is fitted with a hygienic water filter. You must
fill the filter bowl with water before starting, in order to bind
the extracted dirt in the water and to clean the suctioned air
in the water bath as well.
• Loosen the clips on the right and left of the filter bowl and
remove from its slot.
• Open the cover on the filter bowl by pushing off the rele-
vant clips.
• Fill with tap
water
up to the
green line
(approx.
2.0 litres).
• Re-insert the filter bowl, ensuring the switch cam on the
cover is in the correct position.
WARNING:
The appliance can suck in up to approx. 1.5 litres of liquid.
If you exceed this amount, the fill level sensor will stop suc-
tion automatically and LED D (page 2) on the display will
flash.
INFO:
If you only wish to suction liquid, such as accidental water
spills, it is not necessary to fill the appliance's filter bowl with
water.
When sucking liquids, the MAX. capacity in the container is
approx. 4 litres.
Inserting the steam suction hose
• Insert the connector of the steam suction hose into the
socket until you hear the click of the safety hook.
• To remove the hose from the appliance, press release but-
ton A and pull on the connector.

Assembly / preparation
Filling the filter bowl
Your appliance is fitted with a hygienic water filter. You must
fill the filter bowl with water before starting, in order to bind

ØThe steam symbol will illuminate
on the console signaling the Blue
Evolution is in Steam Mode.
ØThis symbol will start flashing,
signaling the boiler is heating.
ØSqueeze the RED trigger on the hose
handle to release steam.
ØSteam Pressure can be increased (+)
or decreased (-) on the side of hose
handle.
Steam Pressure Setting:
Ø 3 – Heavy soil or grease
Ø2 – Recommend for most cleaning
Ø1 – Light soil / Delicate surfaces

Adjustment
The wet/dry vacuum on the Blue
Evolution can be used independently or
with the Steam and Extraction. Utilize
the vacuum to reduce surface moisture
while cleaning.
ØFill the collection tank with water
before using the vacuum (see page 8).
ØDo not exceed the GREEN max fill
line on the tank.
ØThe vacuum has three suction
settings indicated by the color of the
LED light on the console.
ØSuction can be increased (+) or
decreased (-) on the side of hose
handle.
Green = Low Suction
Orange = Medium Suction
Red = High Suction
The Blue Evolution vacuum tank can
hold ½gallon of water. If you exceed
this amount the suction will stop and the
LED will blink.
ØActivate the Vacuum by
pushing the symbol on

This symbol will flash during
operation indicating the Blue Evolution
is reheating.

The Blue Evolution’s Extraction feature
allows the user to clean with hot water.
Extraction increases cleaning
performance, and when used with the
Vacuum, leaves a relatively dry surface.
ØActivate the Extraction by pushing
the button on the hose handle.
ØTurn ON the Vacuum by pushing
vacuum symbol on the hose
handle.
ØThe symbol will illuminate on
the display while the Blue Evolution
is in Extraction mode.
ØYou will hear the pump when
activated.
ØExtraction spray can be increased or
decreased in 10% increments by
pushing button on the console.
Ø Default Setting: 60%
Ø 010 - Lowest Setting minimum

ØTo turn OFF the Extraction and
return to Steam only, push the

After Each Use:
It is important to clean accessories and
brushes.
ØRun the vacuum for 30 seconds to
remove any water from the hose.
ØUse hot soapy and water to clean
brushes and nozzles.
ØEmpty and use hot soapy water to
clean the collection tank and
remove all debris.
ØIf using the Blue Evolution on an
extremely dirty or greasy surface,
clean hose after use by activating
the vacuum mode and suck water
through the hose on low suction.
ØIf working in a healthcare
environment, the hose can be
cleaned with a disinfection
solutions.
Every 3 Months
ØCheck Boiler cap and descale (see
Page 13).
ØDescale the reservoir tanks and
boiler. (see page 12).
ØCheck HEPA filter clean or replace.
(see page 10).
ØCheck O-Rings on hose and
extension wands. If damaged,

The collection tank can hold ½gallon of water. If you exceed this amount, the

ØRemove by pulling latches out, located on
the sides of the tank, and slide off.
ØRemove the lid and fill the tank with water to the
GREEN fill line.
ØSecure the lid to the tank before re-installing.
ØTo install the tank, pull out the latches and slide
tank onto the back of the Blue Evolution.
ØUse the latches to lock tank in place. It should
slide smoothly and fit tightly.
Accessory Box
The accessory box fits securely on the
handle using two fixed knobs. Tighten
by turning knobs clockwise.

Maintenance
Accessory Cleaning
It is important to clean accessories and brushes after each use to maintain cleaning
performance.
Ø Use hot soapy and water to clean brushes and nozzles.
Ø Rinse hose with water after each use by activating the vacuum and sucking
water through the hose.
ØEmpty and use hot soapy water to clean the collection tank and remove all
debris. Rise with water removing all soap.
HEPA Air Filter
We recommend the HEPA filter be cleaned monthly or when there is a noticeable drop
in vacuum suction. The filter should be replaced at least once per year.
ØRemove the exhaust cover on underside
of the Blue Evolution by loosening the
center screw.
ØThe HEPA filter is located on the back of
the exhaust cover.
ØClean by using air hose to blow out dirt
and dust. Make sure to clean both sides of
the filter.
