PaX-i PACKING GUIDE
STEP 1. Prepare the Device for Packing Remark Check
① In Capture software, press Ctrl + S to bring up Serial
Communication window
Please mark
‘X’ in box
after you
complete each
step.
② Enter ‘pken_0001’ in upper right box and Click ‘SEND’ to
put the unit in Packing Mode
o Once you hear the chime and see [epm_pken_001], the
device is moving into packing mode
o Restart the unit to confirm the unit does not initalize
 A Unit moves into
locking position once
you click ‘SEND’
③ Install the 2 M8x45 locking bolts as shown below to secure
the rotator from moving
 Locking Bolts are
included in the Empty
Box
 This is to prevent
the Rotator from
moving during
transportation.
 If not locked, the
device will be
mechanically
damaged.

④ Install provided packing bars (Upper and Lower)
o Upper packing bar requires Spacer (#8) and 4 M8x35
bolts
o Lower packing bar requires 2 M8x30 bolts
o Do not cross thread or overtorque the bolts
o Make sure the rotator is locked.
 Moving Bars and
Bolts are included in
an Empty Box

STEP 2. Place the device in the Packing Box for Return
① Boxing instructions
 Be sure to properly
box up the unit.
 Take note of
placement of each foam
and how they’re applied
 Any missing, cutting
Box or broken foam will
be billed
 Packing Bars must
return with the unit
otherwise it will be
billed.
I confirm that the device is properly packed following by the Packing Guide.
