1. I ntroduction

2. Safety I nstructions
Keep this device away from children and unauthorized users.
I ndoor use only. Keep this device aw ay from rain, m oisture, splashing and dr ipping
liquids. Never put objects filled wit h liquids on t op o f or close to the device.
DO NOT disassemble or open the cover under any circum stances. Touching live wires can
cause life-threatening electroshocks. There are no user-serviceable parts inside the
device. Refer to an authorized dealer for service and/or spare parts.
Always connect the device to an earthed power socket.
Caution: device heats up during use. Make sure the ventilation openings are clear at all
tim es. Fo r sufficient air circulation, leave at least 1” ( ± 2.5 cm) in front of the openings.
Place the device on a flat, heat resistant surface, do not place the device on carpets,
fabrics…
Always disconnect mains power when device not in use or when servicing or m aintenance
activities are performed. Handle the power cord by the plug only.
Keep this device away from dust and extreme temperatures.
Protect this device from shocks and abuse. Avoid brute force when operating the device.
Do not use the device when damage to housing or cables is noticed. Do not attempt to
service the device yourself but contact an authorised dealer.

5. Description
The LABPS3005D is a highly accurate, DC-regulated power supply with an adjustable output. This output
can be used for constant voltage (C.V.) and constant current (C.C.).
The output voltage can be adjusted between 0V and 30V when the device is in the constant voltage
mode. The current-lim it ing po int can be set arbit rarily in t his m ode.
The output current can be adjusted continuously between 0A and 5A in the constant current mode.
The output current and voltage are indicated on the LED displays.

6. Operation
Sw it ching t he Pow er Supp ly On or Off
1. Connect the included power cord to the back of the device [ 2 3] and plug the other end into a
suitable, earthed power socket.
Always connect the device to an earthed power socket.
2. Press the Pow e r button [19] to switch the power supply on.
The pow er supply auto mat ically recalls t he sett ings fro m memory 1. (See Se tt ing Voltage and
Current for more information.) The display shows the existing settings, the M1 indicator [13]
lights.
At this moment, there is no output voltage or current on the output terminals.
3. Press the Pow e r button [19] to switch the power supply off.

Using the Pow er Supply in Constant Volt a ge Mode
If you want to use the power supply in constant voltage mode, you set up the desired output voltage
betw een 0V and 30V. You also set up the desired current lim it .
If the output current exceeds the lim it, the pow er supply automatically goes into constant current mode.
Using the Pow er Supply in Constant Current Mode
If you want to use the power supply in constant current mode: you set up the desired output current
between 0A and 5A. You also set up the desired voltage limit.
Sett ing Voltage and Current
You can save 4 different voltage/current settings using the memory keys M1~ M4.
1. Press the memory key [ 5 ] of the memory for which you want to define the settings. The
correspo nding indicat o r M1~ M4 [ 13 ] lights and the existing settings for voltage and current are
displayed.
2. Press the Voltage/ Current key [ 1 6 ] to set the voltage. The voltage readout flashes.
oFor use in constant voltage mode: this is the desired constant voltage.
oFor use in constant current mode: this is the desired voltage limit.
oIf you enable overvoltage protection, the output switches off automatically if the voltage
exceeds t his value.
3. Turn the adjustment knob [14] until you reach approximately the desired voltage. Press <or >
[15] to select a digit in t he voltage readout [ 7 ] and turn the adjustment knob to fine-tune.
4. Press the Voltage/ Current key [ 1 6 ] again to set the current. The current readout flashes.
oFor use in constant voltage mode: this is the desired current limit.
oFor use in constant current mode: this is the desired constant current.
oIf you enable overcurrent protection, the output switches off autom atically if the current
exceeds this value.
5. Turn the adjustment knob [14] until you reach approximately the desired current. Press <or >
[15] to select a digit in the current readout [ 6 ] and turn the adjustm ent knob to fine-tune.
6. Press the memory key again (or wait until the display stops flashing).
The settings are saved in the selected memory.
Recalling Settings
To recall one of the saved settings, press the corresponding memory key M1~M4 [ 5 ] . The corresponding
ind icato r M1~ M4 [ 1 3 ] lights and the corresponding voltage/current settings appear on the display.
Not e: the output is switched off automatically when you press a m emory key to recall a setup.
Using M em ory 5
To use memory 5, proceed as follows:
1. Press m emory key 4 and turn the adjustment knob until indicator M5 lights.
2. Set the voltage and current as desired. Wait unt il t he disp lay sto ps flashing . The sett ings are
aut om atically stored in m emory 5.
3. To recall the settings, press m emory key 4 and turn the adjustm ent knob again until indictor M5
lights.
Connecting a Load
1. Connect the load’s positive terminal to the red + t erm inal [18] of the power supply.
2. Connect the load’s negative terminal to the black – term inal [18] of the power supply.
3. You can connect the + or – terminal to the green earth terminal [17] of the power supply to pin the
voltage to 0V (earth potential) at that terminal.
If you leave the earth terminal unconnected, the output floats with respect to the ground.
Applying Voltage to the Load
1. Press the Off/ On key [ 1 ] to apply the voltage to the load.
The OUT [ 12 ] and C.V. indicators [11] light. The power supply works in constant voltage (CV)
mode; the display now shows the actual output voltage and current.
If the current exceeds the set current lim it , t he po wer supply autom at ically goes int o constant
current (CC) mode. The C.V. indicator goes out and the C.C. indicato r [ 1 0 ] light s.
2. Press the Off/ On key [ 1 ] to switch the output off.

7. Panel Keys
Locking the Panel
To prevent unwanted operation of the panel keys, you can lock the front panel.
1. Press and hold the Lock/ Unlock key [ 4 ] for about 2 seconds. You hear a short tone. The keys are
now lo cked.
2. To unlock the panel, press and hold the button again. You hear a short tone.
Key Tones
Each time you press a key on the front panel, you hear a tone.
1. To switch off the tone, press and hold the OCP/ Beep key [ 3 ] for about 2 seconds.
2. To switch the tone on again, press and hold the OCP/ Beep key [ 3] for about 2 seconds.
8. Prot e ction
Using Overv olt a ge Protection
1. To protect against overvoltage, set up the maximum voltage and then press the OVP button.
The OVP indicator lights.
2. Press Off/ On to apply the output to the load.
If the output voltage becomes higher than the set value, the power supply cuts off the output and
the OVP indicator flashes.
3. Disconnect the load.
4. To recover, press the OVP key.
Using Overcurrent Protect ion
1. To protect against overcurrent, set up the m axim um current and then press the OCP button. The
OCP indicato r lights.
2. Press Off/ On to apply the output to the load.
If the output current becomes higher than the set value, the power supply cuts off the output and
the OCP indicat or flashes.
3. Disconnect the load.
4. To recover, press the OCP key.
9. Troubleshooting
•Nothing happens when you press the panel keys.
The keys are locked. Press and hold the Lock/ Unlock key [ 4] abo ut 2 seconds. You hear a tone
when they keys are unlocked.
•Power is on and output is switched on, but there is no output.
The load is not properly connected, or the current setup is 0.
•The output voltage rises slowly when the output is switched on.
The current setup is too small.
1 0. Re m ot e Control via PC
To operate t he pow er supply v ia the included pc softw are, proceed as follows:
1. Install the software on your pc and launch the software.
2. Connect the power supply to the pc via t he USB [21 ]or RS232 [20 ]port and sw itch it on.
The power supply connects automatically to the software. When connection is successful, you hear a
tone. On the pc, the comm unication status [K] is indicated.
Not e: the keys on the front panel are locked when the power supply is connected to a pc. You can only
operat e the power supply via the pc. The LED display and indicators work norm ally.

Setting Voltage and Current
To set the voltage and current [ A,C] you can:
•select a value from the list
•drag the sliders. Tip: you can click on the slider and use the scroll w heel of your mouse.
The set value appears in the box to the right of the slider.
Applying Voltage to the Load
Press the ON key [ J] to apply voltage to the load.
Press the OFF key [ I ] to switch the output off.
Using Overcurrent Protect ion
To protect against overcurrent, set up the m aximum current and then select Out put sw it ch offin the
Current prot ection setup box [ E] .
To switch overcurrent protection off, select Overcurrent prot ect ion off.

Running a Predefined Volt age/ Current Program m e
The software allows you to define a series of voltage/current settings for the output, and let them run
aut om atically. To set up the programme:
1. Click the Program Form tab.
2. In the table, enter the desired voltages, currents, and time (in seconds).
3. In the loop box, select how many times the programme has to run:
oSelect inf in it e to let the programm e run inf inite ly unt il you stop it
m anually.
oSelect a number from the selection list.
oOr click in t he loop box and type the required number.
4. Click the Run button to start the programme.
5. Click the Stop button to pause the programme. Click Run again and the
program me continues where it was stopped.
6. Click the MainScreen tab to see the evolution of voltage and current in the
graphs while the program me runs.
Ex it ing from PC Remote Control Mode
1. Close the remote control software.
2. Disconnect the USB/ RS232 cable from the back of the power supply.
You hear a tone from the power supply to indicate that remote control mode is no longer active. The
keys on the front panel are unlocked automatically (this may take a few seconds).
Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing problems, check if the pc’s COM port is set up correctly:
•bits per second: 9600
•parity bit: none
•data bits: 8
•stop bits: 1
•data flow control: none.
To check the functionality, run this query command via a terminal application such as MTTTY:

1 1. Cleaning and Maintenance
•Disconnect the device from t he m ains prior to m aintenance activit ies.
•The power supply cables must not show any damage. Have a qualified t echnician m aint ain the
device.
•Wipe the device regularly wit h a m oist, lint-free cloth. Do not use alcohol or solvents.
•There are no user-serviceable parts, apart from the fuse. Contact your dealer for spare parts if
necessary.
•Store the device in a dry, well-vent ilated, dust-free room.
Replacing t he Fuse
Only replace the fuse by a fuse of the same type and rating.
1. Before replacing the fuse, unplug the mains lead.
2. Wedge the fuse holder out of its housing with a flat-head screwdriver.
3. Remove the damaged fuse from its holder and replace with the exact same type of fuse.
4. Insert the fuse holder back in its place and reconnect power.

1. I nleiding

2. Veiligheidsinstructies
Houd buiten het bereik van kinderen en onbevoegden.
Gebruik het toestel enkel b innenshuis. Bescherm tegen regen, vochtigheid en
opspattende vloeistoffen. Plaats geen objecten gevuld met vloeistof op of naast het
toestel.
Demonteer of open dit toestel NOOI T. Raak geen kabels aan die onder stroom staan om
dodelijke elektroshocks te vermijden. Er zijn geen door de gebruiker vervangbare
onderdelen in dit toestel. Voor onderhoud of reserveonderdelen, contacteer uw dealer.
Sluit het to estel alt ij d aan op een geaard stopcontact.
Bij gebruik kan de behuizing opwarm en. Zorg dat de verluchtingsopeningen niet verstopt
geraken. Voorzie een ruimte van minstens 2,5 cm tussen het toestel en elk ander object.
Plaats het toestel op een effen en hittebestendig oppervlak. Plaats het toestel nooit op
(kamerbreed) tapijt, textiel…
Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact (trek niet aan de kabel!) voordat u het toestel reinigt
en als u het niet gebruikt.
Bescherm tegen stof en extreme temperaturen.
Bescherm tegen schokken. Vermijd brute kracht tijdens de bediening.
Gebruik het toestel niet indien de behuizing of de kabels beschadigd is. Repareer het
toestel niet zelf; neem contact op met een erkende dealer.
3. Algem ene richtlijnen

•Leer eerst de functies van het toestel kennen voor u het gaat gebruiken.
•Om veiligheidsredenen mag u geen wijzigingen aanbrengen. Schade door w ij zigingen d ie de

5. Omschrijving
De LABPS3005D is een zeer precieze, DC-gestuurde voeding met een regelbare uitgang. U kunt deze
uitgang gebruiken voor constante spanning (C.V.) of constante stroom (C.C.).
De uitgangsspanning kan willekeurig worden ingesteld tussen 0V en 30V wanneer het toestel zich in de
"constante spanning"-mode bevindt. In deze mode kunt u het stroombegrenzingspunt willekeurig
instellen.
De uitgangsstroom kan willekeurig worden ingesteld op 0 tot 5A in de "constante stroom"-mode.
De uitgangsstroom en de uitgangsspanning worden aangegeven d.m .v. LCD displays.

6. Gebruik
De voe ding in- of uit schak ele n
1. Sluit de meegeleverde voedingskabel aan op de aansluiting aan de achterkant van het toestel [23]
en steek het andere uiteinde in een geschikt, geaard stopcontact.

2. Druk op Pow e r [ 1 9 ] om de voeding in te schakelen.
De voeding roept automatisch de instellingen van geheugen 1 op. (Zie Se tt ing Voltage and
Current voor meer informatie.) Het display toont de bestaande instellingen, de M1-indicato r [ 13 ]
licht op.
Op dit ogenblik is er geen uitgangsspanning of –stroom op de uitgangsconnectoren.
3. Druk op Pow e r [ 19 ] om de voeding uit te schakelen.
De voeding gebruiken in constante spanningsm odus
Indien u de voeding wenst te gebruiken in constante spanningsmodus, stel de gewenste
uitgangsspanning in tussen 0V en 30V. U kunt eveneens het gewenste stroombegrenzingspunt instellen.
Indien de uitgangsspanning de ingestelde waarde overschrijdt, gaat het toestel automatisch over in
constante stroommodus.
De voeding gebruiken in constante stroom modus
Indien u de voeding wenst te gebruiken in constante stroommodus: stel de gewenste uitgangsstroom in
tussen 0A en 5A. U kunt eveneens de gewenste spanningsbegrenzing instellen.
Spanning en stroom instellen
U kunt tot 4 verschillende spanning-/stroominstellingen opslaan m et de geheugentoetsen M1~ M4.
1. Druk op de geheugentoets [ 5 ] van het geheugen waarvan u de instellingen wenst te definiëren. De
overeenkomstige M1~ M4-indicator [ 13 ] licht op en de bestaande spanning- en stroom instellingen
worden weergegeven.
2. Druk op de selectieknop Voltage/ Current [16] om de spanning in te stellen. De
spanningsuit lezing knippert.
oVoor gebruik in constante spanningsmodus: dit is de gewenste constante spanning.
oVoor gebruik in constant stroommodus: dit is het gewenste spanningsbegrenzingspunt.
oBij het deactiveren van de overspanningsbeveiliging, wordt de uitgang automatisch
uitgeschakeld indien de spanning de ingestelde waarde overschrijdt.
3. Draai aan de instelknop [14] totdat u ongeveer de gewenste spanningswaarde hebt bereikt. Druk
op <of >[ 1 5 ] om een digit te selecteren in de spanningsuitlezing [ 7 ] en draai aan de instelknop
om te fijnregelen.
4. Druk nogmaals op de selectieknop Voltage/ Current [ 16 ] om de stroom in te stellen. De
stroom uit lezing knippert.
oVoor gebruik in constante spanningsmodus: dit is het gewenste stroom begrenzingspunt.
oVoor gebruik in constants stroommodus: dit is de gewenste constante stroom.
oBij het deactiveren van de overstroombeveiliging, wordt de uitgang autom atisch uitgeschakeld
indien de stroom de ingestelde waarde overschrijdt.
5. Draai aan de instelknop [ 1 4] totdat u ongeveer de gewenste stroomwaarde hebt bereikt. Druk op <
of > [ 1 5 ] om een digit te selecteren in de stroomuitlezing [ 6 ] en draai aan de instelknop om te
fijnregelen.
6. Druk nogmaals op de geheugentoets (of wacht totdat de display niet meer knippert).
De instellingen zijn opgeslagen in het geselecteerde geheugen.
Oproepinstellingen
Om één van de opgeslagen instellingen op te roepen, druk op de overeenkomstige M1~M4-
geheugentoetsen [ 5 ] . De overeenkomstige M1~M4-indicator [ 1 3 ] licht op en de overeenkomstige
spanning- en stroominstellingen worden weergegeven op de display.
Opm e rk ing: de uitgang wordt automatisch uitgeschakeld wanneer u een geheugentoets indrukt om een
instelling op te roepen.
Geheugen 5 gebruiken
Om geheugen 5 te gebruiken, gaat u als volgt te werk:
1. Druk op de geheugentoets 4 en draai aan de instelknop totdat de M5-indicator oplicht.
2. Stel de gewenste spanning en stroom in. Wacht totdat de display niet meer knippert. De instellingen
worden autom atisch opgeslagen in geheugen 5.
3. Om de instellingen op te roepen, druk de op de geheugentoets 4 en draai nogmaals aan de
instelknop totdat de M5-indicato r oplicht .

Een belasting aanslu it e n
1. Sluit de positieve uitgangsconnector van de belasting aan op de rode + uitgangsconnector [18] van
de voeding.
2. Sluit de negatieve aansluitconnector van de belasting aan op de zwarte – aansluitconnector [18]
van de voeding.
3. U kunt de + of – connectoren aansluiten op de groene aardingsaansluit ing [ 17] van de voeding om
de spanning in te st ellen op 0V ( aardingspotent iaal) bij die aanslu it ing.
Als de aardingsaansluit ing niet aangesloten wordt, "zweeft" de uitgang t.o.v. de aarde.
Spanning aanleggen op de be la st ing
1. Druk op de Off/ on-knop [ 1 ] om spanning te zetten op de belasting.
De OUT-[ 12 ] en C.V.-indicat oren [11] lichten op. De voeding werkt in constante spanningsm odus
(CV); de display geeft nu de huidige uitgangsspanning en –stroom weer.
Indien de uitgangsstroom de ingestelde waarde overschrijdt, gaat het toestel automatisch over in
constante stroommodus (CC). De C.V.-indicator gaat uit en de C.C.-ind icator [10] licht op.
2. Druk op de Off/ on-knop [ 1 ] om de uitgang uit te schakelen.
7. Paneeltoetsen
Het paneel vergrendelen
Om ongewenste bediening van de paneeltoetsen te voorkomen, kunt u het frontpaneel vergrendelen.
1. Houd de Lock/ Unlock-toets [ 4 ] ingedrukt gedurende een 2-tal seconden. U hoort een korte
pieptoon. De toetsen zijn nu vergrendeld.
2. Om het paneel te ontgrendelen, houd de toets opnieuw ingedrukt. U hoort een korte pieptoon.
Toetstonen
Telkens u een toets indrukt op het frontpaneel, hoort u een pieptoon.
1. Om de toetstoon uit te schakelen, houd de OCP/ Beep-toets [ 3 ] ingedrukt gedurende een 2-tal
seconden.
2. Om de toetstoon opnieuw in te schakelen, houd de OCP/ Beep-toets [ 3 ] ingedrukt gedurende een
2-tal seconden.
8. Beveiliging
De overspanningsbeveiliging gebruiken
1. Om te beveiligen tegen overspanning, stel de maximumspanning in en druk daarna op de OVP-
toets.
De OVP-indicator licht op.
2. Druk op Off/ On om de uitgang aan te leggen op de belasting.
Wanneer de uitgangsspanning de ingestelde waarde overschrijdt, schakelt de voeding de uitgang uit
en de OVP-indicator knippert .
3. Ontkoppel de belasting.
4. Om te herstellen, druk op de OVP-toets.
De overstroombeveiliging gebruiken
1. Om te beveiligen tegen overstroom, stel de maximumstroom in en druk daarna op de OCP-toets.
De OCP-indicato r licht o p.
2. Druk op Off/ On om de uitgang aan te leggen op de belasting.
Wanneer de uitgangsstroom de ingestelde waarde overschrijdt, schakelt de voeding de uitgang uit
en de OCP-indicator knippert .
3. Ontkoppel de belasting.
4. Om te herstellen, druk op de OCP-toets.
9. Problemen en oplossingen
•Er gebeurt niets bij het indrukken van de paneeltoetsen.
De toetsen zijn vergrendeld. Houd de Lock/ Unlock-toets [ 4 ] ingedrukt gedurende een 2-t al
seconden. U hoort en pieptoon wanneer de toetsen ontgrendeld zijn.
•Stroom en uitgang zijn ingeschakeld, maar er is geen uitgang.
De belasting is niet correct aangesloten, of de stroominst elling is 0.

•De uitgangspanning stijgt lichtjes wanneer de uitgang is ingeschakeld.
De st room inst elling is te klein.
1 0. PC-besturing op afstand
Om de voeding te bedienen via de meegeleverde PC-software, gaat u als volgt te werk:
1. Installeer de software op uw PC en start de software.
2. Sluit de voeding aan op de PC via de USB [ 2 1] of RS232 [ 2 0 ] poort en schakel in.
De voeding maakt automatisch een verbinding met de software. Bij een geslaagde verbinding, hoort
u een pieptoon. Op de PC, wordt de comm unicatiestatus [ K] weergegeven.
Opm e rk ing: de toetsen op het frontpaneel zijn vergrendeld wanneer de voeding aangesloten is op een
PC. U kunt de voeding enkel bedienen via de PC. De LED-display en indicatoren werken normaal.

Om de spanning en stroom [ A,C] in te stellen, kunt u:
•een waarde selecteren uit de lijst
•sleep de schuifknoppen. Tip: k lik op de schuifknop en gebruik het scrollwieltje van uw muis.
De ingestelde waarde verschijnt in het veld rechts van de schuifknop.

Spanning aanleggen op de be lasting
Druk op ON [ J] om spanning aan te leggen op de belasting.
Druk op OFF [I ] om de uitgang uit te schakelen.
De overstroombeveiliging gebruiken
Om te beveiligen tegen overstroom, stel de maximumstroom in en selecteer vervolgens Out put sw itch
off in het veld Cur rent prot ection setup [ E] .
Om de overstroombeveiliging te deactiveren, selecteer Overcurrent prot ect ion off.
Een vooraf ingesteld programm a voor spanning/ stroom afspelen
Met de software kunt u een reeks spanning-/stroominstellingen definiëren, en deze automatisch laten
uitvoeren. Om het programma in te stellen:
1. Klik op de tab Program Form .
2. In de tabel, geef de gewenste spanning, stroom, en duur in (weergave in
seconden).
3. In het veld loop, selecteer het aantal keren dat het programma moet
afgespeeld worden:
oSelecteer inf in it e om het programm a onbepaald door te laten lopen
totdat u het m anueel doet stoppen.
oKies een aantal uit de geselecteerde lijst.
oOf klik in het veld loop en geef het gevraagde aantal in.
4. Klik op Run om het programma af te spelen.
5. Klik op Stop om het programma te onderbreken. Klik nogmaals op Run en
het programma gaat verder waar het gestopt is.
6. Klik op de tab MainScreen om de spanning-/ st roomevolut ie in de
diagram m en te visualiseren terw ijl het programm a loopt .
De afstandsbedie ningm odus verlat en
1. Sluit de softw are voor PC-bediening op afstand.
2. Koppel de USB/ RS232-kabel los van de achterkant van de voeding.
U hoort een pieptoon om aan te geven dat de afstandsbedieningmodus niet langer actief is. De
toetsen op het frontpaneel worden autom atisch vergrendeld (dit kan enkele seconden duren).
Problemen en oplossingen
Mochten er zich problemen voordoen, controleer of de COM-poort van de PC correct is ingesteld:
•bits per seconde: 9600
•pariteit sbit: geen
•databits: 8
•stopbits: 1
•controle dataflow: geen.
Om de functies te verifiëren, laat deze controlequery lopen via een terminalapplicatie zoals MTTTY:
* ldn?
Hierdoor zouden de identificatiegegevens (modelnaam, serienummer) van de voeding teruggestuurd
worden.
1 1. Reiniging en onderhoud
•Ontkoppel het toestel van het lichtnet voor u aan onderhoudswerkzaamheden begint.
•De voedingskabels mogen niet beschadigd zijn. Laat het toestel onderhouden door een geschoolde
technicus.
•Maak het toestel geregeld schoon met een vochtige, niet pluizende doek. Gebruik geen alcohol of
solventen.

•De gebruiker mag geen onderdelen vervangen, behalve de zekering. Bestel eventuele
reserveonderdelen bij uw plaatselijke verdeler.
•Bewaar het toestel op een droge, goed geventileerde, stofvrije ruimte.
De zekering vervangen
Vervang een gesprongen zekering enkel door een zekering van hetzelfde type.
1. Ontkoppel het toestel van de netspanning voor u de zekering vervangt.
2. Maak de zekeringhouder los met behulp van een schroevendraaier met platte kop.
3. Verwijder de oude zekering en vervang door een zekering van hetzelfde type.
4. Plaats de zekeringhouder terug in het toestel en schakel de stroom weer in.

Placer l’appareil sur une sur

5. Description
La LABPS3005D est une alimentation à pilotage CC à haute précision, équipée d'une sortie réglable. Vous
pouvez utiliser cette sortie pour une tension constante (C.V.) ou un courant constant (C.C.).
La tension de sortie peut être réglée arbitrairement de 0V à 30V lorsque l'appareil se trouve dans le
mode de tension constante. Le point de limitation de courant est réglable dans ce mode.
Le courant de sortie peut être réglé entre 0 et 5A dans le mode de courant constant.
Le courant de sortie et la tension de sortie sont affichés au moyen d'afficheurs à LCDs.

Allumer ou éteindre l' a lim e nt a t ion
1. Connecter le cordo n d'alim ent ation à l'arrière de l'appare il [23] et enficher l'autre extrémité dans
une prise de courant avec mise à la terre appropriée.
Toujours brancher l'appareil sur une prise de courant avec mise à la terre.

2. Appuyer sur le bouton Pow e r [ 19 ] pour allum er l'alim entat ion.
L'alimentation rappelle automatiquement les réglages de mémoire 1. (Voir Setting Voltage and
Current pour plus d' info rm at ions.) L'afficheur visualise les réglages exist ants, l' indicateur M1 [ 1 3 ]
s'allum e.
A ce moment, il n'y a pas de tension ou du courant de sortie sur les connecteurs de sortie.
3. Appuyer sur le bouton Pow e r [ 19 ] pour ét eindre l'alim entat io n.
Ut iliser l'a lim ent at ion en m ode de t ension constante
Si vous souhaitez utiliser l'alim entation en mode de tension constante, il faut régler la tension de sortie
souhaitée entre 0V et 30V. Le point de limitation de courant est également réglable dans ce mode. Si le
courant de sortie dépasse la valeur limite instaurée, l'alimentation se met automatiquement en mode de
courant constant.
Ut iliser l'a lim ent at ion en m ode de courant const ant
Si vous so uhaitez utiliser l'alim entation en mode de courant constant : régler le courant de sortie
souhaité entre 0A et 5A. Régler également le point de limitation de tension.
Régler la tension et le courant
Il est possible de mémoriser 4 modes de réglages différents de tension/courant en utilisant les touches
de m émoire M1~ M4.
1. Appuyer sur la touche de mémoire [ 5 ] de la m émoire dont vous souhaitez définir les réglages.
L'indicateur correspondant M1~M4 [ 1 3 ] s'allume et les réglages existants de la tension et du
courant s'affichent.
2. Appuyer sur la touche Voltage/ Current [ 1 6 ] pour régler la tension. L'affichage de la tension
clignote.
oPour utiliser en m ode de tension constante : ceci est la tension constante souhaitée.
oPour utiliser en m ode de courant constant : ceci est le point de limitat ion de tension souhaité.
oEn désact ivant la protectio n contre la surt ension, la sortie s'éteint automat iquem ent si la
tension dépasse cette valeur.
3. Tourner la molette de réglage [14] jusqu'à ce que la tension souhaitée soit atteinte
approxim at ivem ent . Appuyer sur <ou >[15] pour sélectionner un digit dans l'affichage de tension
[ 7 ] et tourner la molette de réglage pour ajuster.
4. Appuyer de nouveau sur la touche Voltage/ Current [16] pour régler le courant. L'afficheur de
courant clignote.
oPour utiliser en mode de tension constante : ceci est le point de lim itat ion de courant souhaité.
oPour utiliser en m ode de courant constant : ceci est le courant constant souhaité.
oEn désactivant la protection contre le surcourant, la sortie s'éteint automatiquement si le
courant dépasse cette valeur.
5. Tourner la molette de réglage [14] jusqu'ce que le courant souhaité soit atteint approxim ativement.
Appuyer sur <ou >[15] pour sélectionner un digit dans l'affichage de courant [ 6 ] et tourner la
molette de réglage pour ajuster.
6. Appuyer de nouveau sur la touche de mémoire (ou patienter jusqu'à ce que l'afficheur s'arrête de
clignoter) .
Les réglages sont sauvegardés dans la mémoire sélectionnée.
Rappel de réglages
Pour rappeler un des réglages sauvegardés, appuyer sur la touche de mémoire M1~M4 [ 5 ] . L'indicateur
correspondant M1~M4 [ 13 ] s'allume et les réglages correspondants de tension/courant s'affichent.
Re m a rque : la sortie s'éteint autom atiquem ent en appuyant sur une touche de mémoire pour rappeler
un réglage sauvegardé.
Utilise r m é m oire 5
Pour utiliser mémoire 5, procéder comme suit :
1. Appuyer sur la touche de mémoire 4 et tournez la molette de réglage jusqu'à ce que l'indicateur M5
s'allum e.
2. Régler la tension et le courant comme vous le souhaitez. Patienter jusqu'à ce que l'afficheur s'arrête
de clignoter. Les réglages sont sauvegardés automatiquement dans mémoire 5.
3. Pour rappeler les réglages, appuyer sur la touche de mémoire 4 et tourner à nouveau la molette de
réglage jusqu'à ce que l' ind icat eur M5 s'allum e.

Connecter une charge
1. Connecter le connecteur positif de la charge au connecteur + rouge [ 18 ] de l'alim entat io n.
2. Connecter le connecteur négatif de la charge au connecteur – noir [18] de l'alim entat io n.
3. Il est possible de raccorder le connecteur + ou – à la borne de mise à la terre verte [ 1 7 ] de
l'alimentation pour fixer la tension sur 0V (potentiel de terre) à cette borne.
En laissant la borne de mise à la terre déconnectée, la sortie flotte à l'égard de la terre.
Appliquer tension à la charge
1. Appuyer sur la touche Off/ On [ 1] po ur appliquer la tension à la charge.
Les indicateurs OUT [12] et C.V. [ 1 1] s'allum ent. L'alimentation fonctionne en mode de tension

Si le courant dépasse la valeur limite instaurée, l'alimentation se met automatiquement en mode de
courant constant. L'indicateur C.V. s'éteint et l'indicateur C.C. [ 1 0 ] s'allum e.
2. Appuyer sur la touche Off/ On [ 1] pour éteindre la sortie.
7. Touches du panneau
Verrouiller le panneau
Pour éviter tout actionnem ent involontaire des touches du panneau, il est possible de verrouiller le
panneau frontal.
1. Appuyer et m aintenir enfoncé la touche Lock/ Unlock [ 4 ] pendant environ 2 secondes. Vous
entendez un bip sonore court. Les touches sont m aintenant verrouillées.
2. Pour déverrouiller le panneau, appuyer et m aintenir enfoncé de nouveau la touche. Vous entendez
un bip sonore court.
Tonalité de touches
A chaque fois que vous appuyez sur une touche du panneau frontal, vous entendez un bip sonore.
1. Pour éteindre la tonalité, appuyer et maintenir enfoncé la touche [ 3 ] pendant environ 2 secondes.
2. Pour rallum er la tonalité, appuyer et maintenir enfoncé la touche OCP/ Beep[ 3 ] pendant environ 2
secondes.

1. Pour une protection contre la surtension, régler la tension m aximum et puis appuyer sur la touche
OVP.
L'indicateur OVP s'allum e.
2. Appuyer sur Off/ On pour appliquer la sortie à la charge.
Si la t ension de so rtie dépasse la valeur instaurée, l'alim entatio n coupe la sortie et l'indicateur OVP
clignote.
3. Déconnecter la charge.
4. Pour rétablir, appuyer sur la touche OVP.

1. Pour une protection contre le surcourant, régler le courant maximum et puis appuyer sur la touche
OCP. L'indicateur OCP s'allum e.
2. Appuyer sur la touche Off/ On pour appliquer la sortie à la charge.
Si le courant de sortie surpasse la valeur inst aurée, l'alim entat ion coupe la sortie et l'indicateur OCP
clignote.
3. Déconnecter la charge.
4. Pour rétablir, appuyer sur la touche OCP.
9. Problèmes et solutions
•Rien ne se passe en appuyant sur les touches du panneau.
Les touches sont verrouillées. Appuyer et maintenir enfoncé la touche Lock/ Unlock [ 4] pendant
environ 2 secondes. Vous entendez un bip sonore lorsque les touches sont déverrouillées.
•L'appareil est mis sous tension et la sortie est activée, mais il n'y a pas de sortie.
La charge n'est pas connectée correctement, ou le réglage du courant est m is sur 0.
