The unit is designed for supply of intake warmed up air into cottages, oces, hotels, cafes,
conference halls and other domestic and public premises.
The unit is a component unit and is not designed for independent operation.
Transported medium must not contain any ammable or explosive mixtures, evaporation of
chemicals, coarse dust, soot and oil particles, sticky substances, brous materials, pathogens or any
other harmful substances.

The present user’s operation manual contains technical description, data sheet, installation and
mounting guidelines for the air supply unit PA W, VENTS series (hereinafter referred as the unit).
The unit is not designed to be used by children, physically or mentally disabled
persons, persons with sensory disorder, persons with no appropriate experience or
expertise.
The unit may be operated by qualied experts after appropriate instruction about
its use and operation.
Install the unit to be out of reach of children.
Unit - 1 item;
User’s manual - 1 item;
Transport packing: wooden box - 1 item.

MAIN TECHNICAL DATA
The unit is designed for indoor application with the ambient temperature ranging from -25°C to
+ 55°C for the units PA 01 W2 and PA 01 W4, from -25°C to + 45°C for the units PA 02 W2, PA 02 W4, PA
03 W2 and PA 03 W4, from -25°C to +70 °C for the units PA 04 W2 and PA 04 W3 at relative humidity
up to 80%.
Ingress Protection (IP) rating from solid objects and liquids:
IP 44 for the unit motors;
IP 22 for the assembled unit connected to the air ducts.
The unit series designation, main overall and connecting dimensions, external view are shown in
g. 1 and in table 1. For the technical data, refer to the table 2.
The unit design is regularly being improved, so some models can slightly dier from those ones
described in this manual.

Water heater parameters calculation example Air Speed. Starting from 950 m3/h on the air ow scale draw a vertical line (1) till the air speed axis which makes 3.35 m/s.
Supply air temperature. Prolong the line (1) of air ow up to the point where it crosses the outside air temperature (blue curve), e.g. -15°C; then draw a horizontal line (2) from this point to the left till crossing water in/out temperature curve (90/70). From this point draw a

tical line (3) to the supply air temperature axis on top of the graphic (+23 °C).
Heating coil capacity. Prolong the line (1) up to the point where it crosses the outside air temperature -15°C (red curve) and draw a horizontal line (4) from this point to the right until it crosses water in/out temperature curve (90/70), from here draw a vertical line (5) up to the scale representing the heating coil capacity (13.5 kW). Water ow. Prolong the line (5) down to water ow axis at the bottom of the graphic (6) (0.14 l/s). Water pressure drop. Draw the line (7) from the point where line (6) crosses the black curve to the pressure drop axis. (1.5 kPa).

Water heater parameters calculation example Air Speed. Starting from 950 m3/h on the air ow scale draw a vertical line (1) till the air speed axis which makes 3.35 m/s. Supply air temperature. Prolong the line (1) of air ow up to the point where it crosses the outside air temperature (blue curve), e.g. -15°C; then draw a horizontal line (2) from this point to the left till crossing water in/out temperature curve (70/50). From this point draw a vertical line (3) to the supply air temperature axis on top of the graphic (+29 °C). Heating coil capacity. Prolong the line (1) up to the point where it crosses the outside air temperature -15°C (red curve) and draw a horizontal line (4) from this point to the right until it crosses water in/out temperature curve (70/50), from here draw a vertical line (5) up to the scale representing the heating coil capacity (16.0 kW). Water ow. Prolong the line (5) down to water ow axis at the bottom of the graphic (6) (0.2 l/s). Water pressure drop. Draw the line (7) from the point where line (6) crosses the black curve to the pressure drop axis. (2.1 kPa).

Supply air temperature. Prolong the line (1) of air ow up to the point where it crosses the outside air temperature (blue curve), e.g. -15°C; then draw a horizontal line (2) from this point to the left till crossing water in/out temperature curve (90/70). From this point draw a verti- cal line (3) to the supply air temperature axis on top of the graphic (+22 °C). Heating coil capacity. Prolong the line (1) up to the point where it crosses the outside air temperature -15°C (red curve) and draw a hori- zontal line (4) from this point to the right until it crosses water in/out temperature curve (90/70), from here draw a vertical line (5) up to the scale representing the heating coil capacity (28.0 kW). Water ow. Prolong the line (5) down to water ow axis at the bottom of the graphic (6) (0.35 l/s). Water pressure drop. Draw the line (7) from the point where line (6) crosses the black curve to the pressure drop axis. (3.8 kPa).

Starting from 2500 m3/h on the air ow scale draw a vertical line (1) till the air speed axis which makes 3.32 m/s.
Supply air temperature.
Prolong the line (1) of air ow up to the point where it crosses the outside air temperature (blue curve), e.g. -20°C;
then draw a horizontal line (2) from this point to the left till crossing water in/out temperature curve (90/70). From this p
oint draw a
vertical line (3) to the supply air temperature axis on top of the graphic (+22 °C). Heating coil capacity.
Prolong the line (1) up to the point where it crosses the outside air temperature -20°C (red curve) and draw a
horizontal line (4) from this point to the right until it crosses water in/out temperature curve (90/70), from here draw a vert
ical line (5) up to
the scale representing the heating coil capacity (40.0 kW). Water ow.
Prolong the line (5) down to water ow axis at the bottom of the graphic (6) (0.47 l/s).
Water pressure drop.
Draw the line (7) from the point where line (6) crosses the black curve to the pressure drop axis. (6.0 kPa).
